Multibody model vozidla - hodnocení jízdního komfortu / Vehicle Multibody Model - Ride Comfort EvaluationFriedl, Michal Unknown Date (has links)
This master’s thesis is concerned of ride comfort. It uses MBS simulation software MSC Adams, especially its Car module. It contains simulations of ride over the road with obstacles that represent the everyday conditions in real traffic. The main area of focus is to find acceleration data that are present on the driver’s seat and co-driver’s seat in relation on specific suspension settings which affect the ride comfort.

Contractivity-Preserving Explicit 2-Step, 6-Stage, 6-Derivative Hermite-Birkhoff–Obrechkoff Ode Solver of Order 13Alzahrani, Abdulrahman January 2015 (has links)
In this thesis, we construct a new optimal contractivity-preserving (CP) explicit, 2-step, 6-stage, 6-derivative, Hermite--Birkhoff--Obrechkoff method of order 13, denoted by HBO(13) with nonnegative coefficients, for solving nonstiff first-order initial value problems y'=f(t,y), y(t_0)=y_0. This new method is the combination of a CP 2-step, 6-derivative, Hermite--Obrechkoff of order 9, denoted by HO(9), and a 6-stage Runge-Kutta method of order 5, denoted by RK(6,5). The new HBO(13) method has order 13.
We compare this new method, programmed in Matlab, to Adams-Bashforth-Moulton method of order 13 in PECE mode, denoted by ABM(13), by testing them on several frequently used test problems, and show that HBO(13) is more efficient with respect to the CPU time, the global error at the endpoint of integration and the relative energy error. We show that the new HBO(13) method has a larger scaled interval of absolute stability than ABM(13) in PECE mode.

The vehicular dynamics is divided into three areas: longitudinal, vertical and lateral. There are variations between the methods proposed in the literature to calculate the longitudinal dynamics of the vehicle. The purpose of this study is, through simulations; compare the results obtained by different methods. By means of a model generated by Adams® (Software of Multibody Dynamics Analysis) together with Simulink Matlab® were implemented the calculation methods proposed by literature to simulate the behavior of a vehicle according to a power demand resulting from the default speeds cycles required by Brazilian Standards NBR6601 and NBR7024. The results were compared using linear correlation between the couple curves resulting from the dynamic model, allowing an evaluation of the results reported by different methods. Were also evaluated: the fuel consumption and the influence of the mass vehicle variation, the driving strategy in the vehicle dynamic behavior, some complementary models of hybrid vehicles and the effect of add a clutch model / Mestrado / Mecanica dos Sólidos e Projeto Mecanico / Mestre em Engenharia Mecânica

Michael Nyman: The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a HatAvant-Rossi, Joan 05 1900 (has links)
Composer Michael Nyman wrote the one-act, minimalist opera The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat, based off the neurological case study written by Oliver Sacks under the same title. The opera is about a professional singer and professor whom suffers from visual agnosia. In chapter 1, the plot and history of the opera are discussed. Chapter 2 places The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat alongside a selection of minimalist operas from Philip Glass and John Adams. Chapter 3 contains a history of the Fluxus art movement and shows where Fluxus-like examples appear in the opera. Chapter 4 includes Nyman's usage of minimalism, vocal congruencies, and Robert Schumann as musical elements that convey the drama.

Konstrukční návrh standu pro zkoušení jednoválcového motoru / Stand for Single Cylinder Engine TestingSikora, Ondřej January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with construction design of stand for testing single-cylinder turbocharged engine. The first part describes principles and possibilities of measuring the performance parameters of internal combustion engines. It also analyzes the issue of measuring single-cylinder combustion engine. The main part of thesis is about construction design of stand, which describes the individual technical solutions of the general construction parts. The last chapter deals with numerical simulation, which uses modern software tools. This software helps with verification of function design.

Analýza silových účinků v tříbodovém závěsu na výstupní parametry traktoru / Analysis of the force effects in the three-point hitch on the output parameters of the tractorRendek, Marek January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of force effects in the three-point hitch links in the multi-body environment depending on the forces ejected to the plow during the plowing. Through simulations, force responses under the tractor wheels are also identified for various conditions. The work is also analyzed for the impact of the upper link attachment relative to the tractor output parameters.

Úprava rychloupínacího zařízení pro aplikace prosévacích lopat / Adjustment of quick clamping equipment for application on screener crusher bucketHrňa, Lukáš January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with the adjustment of quit camping equipment for application on screener crusher bucket Allu SC 3-20 in order to streamline both digging into the bucket, and the actual screening. Using simulation methods in the Adams programme, forces are detected for the digging with the original suspension. Imperfections are revealed for the current full suspension and suggestions made for the new proposedsuspension. The new shape quick release mechanism is designed in CATIA modeler and the I-Deas programme provides final strength control of parts for the proposed mechanism. Finally, both variants are coMPared in terms of digging, sifting the material complexity of the design and the necessary restrictive criteria.
