The diploma thesis will focus on the exhibition activities of institutes of the Czechoslovakian Academy of Sciences (ČSAV) from the 1970s until nowadays exhibition activities of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (AV ČR). The institutes of the ČSAV were among a few places where unofficial and often also politically undesirable artists could exhibit their work. One of the main chapters in my thesis will deal with the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry, in particular, where exhibitions in the entrance hall are still held until nowadays. Furthermore I will focus on architect of The Macromolecular institute and the artists whose work has been presented here, eg. V. Boštík, A. Šimotová, O. Zoubek etc., as well as the particular places serving as alternative galleries. The aim of my thesis will be also showing the function of those places in these days and investigating the overall public interest in the cultural activities of the AV ČR. Hannah Hurtzig (MOBILE AKADEMIE) hat eine Vielzahl von Projekten, Installationen und Archiv-Einheiten entworfen, die sich auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen mit der Konstruktion von Wissen, Wissenstransfer und dessen Aufbewahrung, Anhäufung und Sammlung auseinandersetzen. Dazu gehört das Format „Schwarzmarkt für Nützliches Wissen und Nicht-Wissen“. Über die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Begriff des Nicht-Wissens und der räumlichen Inszenierung der Archiv-Installationen der Mobilen Akademie stellt sich auch die Frage nach der sowohl räumlichen als auch gedanklichen Verortung des Archiv-Begriffs.

Further education of lawyers in specialist professions Education isn't finished when we obtain a diploma at high school or university but continues and follows us all, and our professional life. I chose this diploma thesis topic in time when I was working with education specialists on an online learning platform first as a tester and later as part of the team. That platform was developed for needs of further education of teachers. I realized I have not heard much about education of lawyers and tried to examine that topic more. I have first looked at the educational process of Czech lawyers particularly into professions of attorneys, notaries and judges. First analysis was aimed at the primary learning program for young lawyers - trainees. I wanted to see the methods of every profession separately to have a good idea of the concepts in use. After that I have examined the continuing education of lawyers who already passed their bar exams (or other relevant exam). After getting an image of the professional learning programs I started to explore foreign approaches to this topic. Choice for attorneys comparison was Germany and Netherlands and for judges France and Netherlands. This thesis deals, in general, with the topic of theatrical experience of a young person, and examines everyday life influences on his artistic life and on the development of art within the person self. It poses questions and looks for answers to some of those questions in the specialist literature, or by deducing from personal experience.First, numerous influences that affect a person during his studies are presented, the importance of a person’s psychological profile, as well as his understanding of himself, and of the world around him. Later on, personal experience from professional carrier is described. I am disclosing character work in the DISK theatre and I am trying to find reasons for my feelings, both, good and bad, during the rehearsing processes, and the cause of my successes and failures. Acting, on stage as well as in front of the camera, is described from an unusual point of view, focusing greatly on details that are oftentimes overlooked.The new perspective from which I am trying to present acting and the life of an artist consists not only of the professional tools for mastering the craft - such as learning new parts, adopting the technical skills, etc. - but emphasizes humanity, underlines its importance, and searches for a threshold between professional and personal life of an actor.

In this diploma thesis named Drama Acting on Alternative Department is author trying to find connection of classical drama acting and Department of alternative and puppet theatre. In first part she mentioned how does the department work. As a contrast to the open and experimental creative work she elected system of Stanislavskij. In every single chapter she reflected pedagogical methods of directors and their acting approaches. At the end she foccused on reflection of her own acting and creating procces in theatre Disk. Last part is based on short questonnaire for students of acting department.
