This work is focused on studying the outside-school physical activities of children visiting the 4th and 5th grades of primary school in Prague 9. It examines the children's relationship to physical activities. Through the survey I presented to ground school children, the work discovers if they do some sport activities, how they spend their free time, how their family influences their physical activities and if they take part in one-time physical activities events. Last but not least the work studies the children's view on the benefits of physical excercises.

Title: Possibilities of influencing overweight and fitness in volleyball players. Objective: To determine whether women playing volleyball competitively, overweight and lack of physical prowess, will be fundamental changes in body weight and physical fitness ment based on the intervention program, which consisted of dietary modifications and exercise aimed at increasing physical fitness. Method: For the study were selected twelve women who competed pays the third highest league in volleyball. These women suffer from mild overweight and poor fitness levels. The women are aged between 19-29 years. The probands were selected on the basis of observation and subjective evaluation. This study should demonstrate that the probands if they focus more on activities promoting physical fitness and acquire new habits in the diet, there is a positive change in the body and there will be a success and satisfaction on the playing field and in personal life. Selected individuals were asked questions about their health, leisure activities and tracks the weekly menu. Code generation from UML is still very limited. Diagrams, which are usually used for code generation describes the static structure. These are mostly the class diagrams. One of the most useful and least used types of diagrams is behavioral diagrams. The reason for this is mainly a lack of support from the UML specification. The onset of version 2.0 has brought visible changes in this area. This thesis will focus only on activity diagrams and possibilities of code generation from them. One of them will be verified on a prototype tool that can generate skeleton of code in chosen language (e.g. Java, C + +, PHP ,...). Then it will be compared to alternative approaches and evaluated in terms of its advantages and disadvantages. As input is expected activity diagram created and exported by external CASE tool in XMI format. Architecture of tool will provide possibility of defining new modules. So the end user will be able to program another output language by the medium of given interface.

Schiff bases are widely used both in technical practice and in the field of medicine. For their antimicrobial activities are studied as potential antimacterial and abtifungal drugs. With increasing level of resistence to currently drugs is the development of new substances very intense. Salicylanilides are a group of substances with antimicrobial activity and are also intensively studied. Based on that we were synthesized novel Schiff bases resulting from salicylic acid, respectively salicylanilides. It was concretely prepared five compounds: 5- chloro-N-{4-[phenyl(phenylimino)methyl]phenyl}-2-hydroxybenzamide, 5-bromo-N-{4-[ phenyl(phenylimino)methyl]phenyl}-2-hydroxybenzamide, 5-chloro-N-{4-[phenyl(3- chlorfenylimino)methyl]phenyl}-2-hydroxybenzamide, 5-chloro-N-{4-[phenyl(4- chlorfenylimino)methyl]phenyl}-2-hydroxybenzamide, 5-bromo-N-{4-[phenyl(4- chlorfenylimino)methyl]phenyl}-2-hydroxybenzamide. The reaction proceeded at the boiling point of the solvent, with catalytic amount of p-toluensulfonic acid. Most of the compounds were characterized by IR, H1 NMR, C13 NMR and melting point. The prepared compounds showed E/Z isomers on double bond, it is demonstrated on NMR specters.

The main target of the Master's thesis is to evaluate international marketing activities of the researched subject in the time of the world economical crisis. The subject is the company ARKU Maschinenbau GmbH. The researched subject's activites will be compared with created theoretical basis. The theoretical part is completing the information from the area of marketing, precisly international marketing, and is complementing them by the theory of the management of the crises and collected data about current world economical crisis. The practical part is describing the real international marketing activities of the company ARKU Maschinenbau GmbH, because the most of these activities were, more or less, influenced by the crisis. The thesis is also describing and evaluating the marketing and other reactions and the arrangements that company had to accept to make it's situation better.

V této diplomové práci se autorka snažila propojit své teoretické znalosti s praktickou částí. Celá práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve zvolené firmě. Práce je sestavena podle logické návaznosti. Úvodní část je věnována teoretickým informacím, které souvisejí s oblastí vzdělávání. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která se skládá ze základních informací o firmě Rodenstock ČR s.r.o. a dále se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání v praxi.

The Master Thesis "Analysis of Marketing Activities of the Capital City of Prague" is mainly focused on already executed activities and campaigns which were supposed to support the incoming tourism to Prague. It presents the most important communication campaigns as well as subjects participating in marketing activities.At the end there are introduced some suggestions which may be helpful for new campaingns and activities, especially for municipal authorities.

The object of this work is the analysis of the education and training needs in society EC Financial Services a.s.The care of human resources, their development and continuing education on the market today represent a significant competitive advantage, and so it is necessary on this subject very thoroughly addressed. In the practical part is realized an analysis of training needs with the help of a questionnaire survey among employees and business representatives. Based on the results of the survey are expressed suggestions and recommendations for improving the existing system of education in society EC Fi-nancial Services a.s.

The aim of the thesis titled Evaluation of expressions of life and welfare of dairy cows on the farm operated in organic farming was to evaluate the effect of stable on the occurrence and frequency of basic daily activities dairy cows. The evaluation was carried out on an organic farm in the district Pelhřimov in the Czech Republic, where was bred cattle with dairy production, namely Czech fleckvieh, Holstein along with hybrids of these breeds and crossbreeds of Czech fleckvieh and Ayrshire. Ethological observations conducted at fifteen-minute intervals. In this observation activities were monitored as resting, feeding, watering, defecation, urination, comfort behavior, play, speech rut and observing the surroundings. There has been observed that most of the time they spend on pasture cows grazing on average 55 % of the time. The observation results were evaluated statistically significant difference between feedings in the stable and pasture. In the stable, this activity devoted an average of 10,8 +- 3,78 cows in the pasture while the number of dairy cows is higher, 22,16 +- 10,85 animals. Conversely, in the stable with the cows most devoted rest, which was involved in about 45 % of the total time per day. In the stable difference was observed between the morning and afternoon rest. The morning was devoted to this activity 14,17 +- 3,85 animals, while the rest of the afternoon was observed at 15,5 +- 3,48 cows.
