Vplyv regulačných opatrení bankového sektoru na úverovú aktivitu komerčných bánk

Turzák, Matej January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with impact of regulatory measures on bank credit activity. Banking regulatory frameworks Basel II and III are approximated via selected capital requirements. The empirical analysis is based on a panel regression analysis with fixed effects. The sample consists of 4313 European banks. Determinants of supply are selected indicators of bank characteristics. Factors of demand are taken into account via macroeconomic fundamentals. The impact of monetary policy is examined through a three-month interbank interest rate. The results of the empirical analysis point to the importance of regulatory measures in relation to credit activity. Subsequently, the robustness analysis deals with the closer impact depending on the size of the bank and the operating market.

Syntéza a antiinfekční hodnocení substituovaných N-(pyrazin-2-yl)benzensulfonamidů / Synthesis and antiinfective evaluation of substituted N-(pyrazin-2-yl)benzenesulfonamides

Paredes De La Red, Cristina January 2018 (has links)
Charles University Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis Author: Cristina Paredes de la Red Supervisor: prof. PharmDr. Martin Doležal, Ph.D. Title of diploma thesis: Synthesis and antiinfective evaluation of substituted N-(pyrazine-2- yl)benzenesulfonamide Tuberculosis (TB) is among the ten leading causes of death, especially in developing countries. Even though it is an old disease with established treatment regimen, there has been an increased resistance to anti-TB drugs 1 . The anti-tubercular pyrazinamide has caught the attention of researchers as the different theories for its mechanism of action have made it an interesting entity for further investigation. Here we will discuss N-(pyrazine-2-yl)benzenesulfonamides (General structure is presented in the Figure below) as a new derivatization approach based on synergism methodology between pyrazinamide and sulfonamides. Sulfonamides exert their antimicrobial effect by competitive inhibition of folic acid synthesis and subsequent inhibition of bacterial growth and reproduction 18 . I have contributed to the synthesis and purification of 8 compounds in a series of total 22 N- pyrazinylsulfonamides. Two of the prepared compounds showed activity against Mycobacterium kansasii [2a (MIC...

Aktivity před četbou, při četbě a po četbě při práci s textem ve výuce literatury na 2. stupni ZŠ / Activities before reading, during reading and after reading when working with text in teaching literature in grades 6-9

Chmarová, Marcela January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with the before-, during- and after- reading activities when working with text in teaching literature in grades 6-9. The first part describes results from testing the critical literacy of Czech students in the PISA 2009 international comparison, as well as levels of critical literacy and its place in the Framework Education Programme for Elementary Education. The reasons for using these activities and examples of them are also discussed. In the practical part, I carried out research using questionnaires to find out if and how often teachers use these types of activities and I have provided examples of those used. Next I wanted to find out which types of readers the teachers use and how these readers contribute to a student's reading literacy development.

Sportování na městských a příměstských cyklostezkách v Praze / Performing sports on urban and suburban cycling lanes in Prague

Krejča, Filip January 2011 (has links)
V praktické části seznamuje s metodami výzkumu a výsledky pozorování a dotazníkového šetření. V závěru nabízí přehled městských a příměstských cyklostezek v Praze. Submitted thesis deals with urban and suburban cycle tracks in Prague. The theoretical part concerns terminology of the given topic and defines terms such as cycle track, cycle route, cycle lane etc. Furthermore, it specifies terms closely related to the topic (free time, hobbitry, kinetic recreation etc.) Other chapters address the history and...

Zásady výživy pro volnočasové pohybové aktivity / Principles of nutrition for leisure physical activity

Huml, David January 2013 (has links)
Title Principles of nutrition for leisure physical activities Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine how the students of Charles University compliance diet and whether they comply with the principles of good nutrition for leisure activities. The operational objective was also to their assess knowledge in a knowledge test, which was part of the research. Methods: In this work, a quantitative method was used. Obtain the necessary information has been compiled questionnaire was divided into four parts and focused on principles of good nutrition. The group of respondents consisted of 215 students from Charles University, which was established premise that deal with leisure activities. Collected data were processed and interpreted using the statistic characteristics and for better clarity were graphically depicted. Results: It was found that students under the age of 35 years, which took part in the research, have a good theoretical knowledge of the principles of healthy nutrition. However, in a practical sense some nutrition principles are not respected. The main shortcomings may include that more than half of the students had never thought about what the majority composition should have a diet which they should have been accepted after the physical stress, as well as the inclusion of...

Syntéza nových typů anelovaných deazapurinových nukleosidů s potenciální biologickou aktivitou / Synthesis of novel types of annulated deazapurine nucleosides with potential biological activity

Tichý, Michal January 2015 (has links)
This thesis reports the syntheses and biological activities of benzo- and thieno-fused 7-deazapurine ribonucleosides, which were designed as extended analogues of potent cytostatic 6-hetaryl-7-deazapurine or 6-amino-7-hetaryl-7-deazapurine ribonucleosides. First of all, multigram syntheses of (di)chloro-9H-pyrimido[4,5-b]indoles from simple chloro- nitrobenzenes were developed. Pyrimidoindoles were successfully glycosylated and used for the synthesis of 4-hetaryl-6-chloro-, 4,6-bis(hetaryl)-, 4-amino-6-hetaryl-, 4-amino-5-hetaryl- and 4-susbtituted pyrimido[4,5-b]indole ribonucleosides. Hetaryl groups were introduced by Suzuki or Stille cross-coupling reaction. Standard catalysts and conditions were used for reaction in position 4. To observe some reactivity of unreactive chlorine in position 6, modification of standard protocol was necessary. Screening of several ligands had been done and Buchwald ligand X-Phos was found to be optimal. As chlorine in position 4 is activated for nucleophilic substitution, amino and dimethylamino derivatives were prepared by reaction with aqueous ammonia and dimethylamine, respectively. 4-Alkyl derivatives were synthesized by palladium-catalyzed alkylation with trialkylaluminium or by Negishi coupling in case of cyclopropyl derivative. Desired free nucleosides were...
