In his opus magnum Philosophy and the Mirror of Nature, the prominent (post)analytic Richard Rorty calls for such a philosophical inquiry, thath would rather fit under the term hermeneutics, than epistemology. Hermeneutics being the trademark term of an important movement of continental philosophy, this comes as a suprise. By examining Richard Rorty's criticism of epistemology and Hans- Georg Gadamer's concept of hermeneutics, this paper tries to find out, how much do they have in common. Source texts for this research are the topic-relatively relevant texts from the books Philosophy and the Mirror of Nature and Truth and Method. This thesis is aimed to comparison of the quality of production of microbreweries and homebrewers. The theoretical part deals with charakteristics of raw materials for brewing beer and technology of brewing beer in industrial breweries and microbreweries. In the thesis are presented methods of brewing beer of homebrewers and their equipment and opportunities of acquisition of raw materials for brewing beer. The goal of practical part was to sensorially and analytically evaluate beer samples from microbreweries and homebrewers. The sensory evaluation of beer quality showed that flavor, fullness and foam quality had the greatest influence on overall impression.

Recently, automotive industry recorded decrease of their profits. In these days, however, the situation has improved since the neighbouring countries have approved car-scrapping bonuses. Thanks to it, cheaper branches increased their sales more rapidly. The automotive companies' suppliers are thus to enlarge their stocks so as to satisfy the companies' demand. Having sufficient reserves of goods became nowadays an indispensable part of their property. The aim of this thesis, which I called ``Purchase, processing and sales of goods in an automotive company``, is to analyze the complications connected with purchase, processing and sales of goods in the Edscha Bohemia s.r.o. automotive company. The goods are accounted according to the A-method. The purchased goods are priced with their purchase prices. When the goods are delivered from stock, weighted average method is then used. Smaller assets up to 3000 CZK is included in consumption costs. When purchasing goods, account no. 111 is not used as usually; stock account no. 112 is used instead. In my opinion, the company uses a well-designed stock-accounting system: the analytical accounts system, which is used by the company, makes the accounting process more effective. In Germany, sub-accounts are being used for the stocks, which makes their accounts more effective than the accounts in the Czech Republic are; they are using special sub-accounts for empties, compensations for defective goods, and also secondary purchase costs. The rest of the assets from those sub-accounts are transferred to root accounts at the end of the accounting period. If I had the chance to influence the stock-accounting system in the Czech Republic, I would definitely open sub-accounts for stock accounts. From this place, I could only recommend the accounting entities using as many analytical accounts as possible. In my opinion, in general, when analyses are being utilised, accounting with them becomes more effective, and is of a good service then.

This work deals with analytical representation of congruent transforma- tion in a plane at high schools. The work is a web page, it contains several interactive components which help student to understand the problem like hyperlinks, stepping of the construction, applets, etc. The work contains several solved problems. Main emphasis is placed on the connection of the synthetic and the analytic approach to congruent transformation. The work uses knowledge of analytic geometry students learn at high school. The web page is aimed at talented students of high school and for teaching at mathematical class. 1

The goal of the dissertation is to find new method of solving two-dimensional Schrödinger equation in such cases, when the separation of the variables is not applicable. The results are applied to the two-dimensional Schrödinger equation with the potentials of the form of the quartic polynomial, of the sextic polynomial and of the quartic Morse potential. For these cases, the analytical formulae for the ground state wave functions and the corresponding energies have been found. For the specific class of the potentials of the form of the quartic polynomial, analytical formula for one of the excited states and for the corresponding energy have been found.

This masters thesis deals with the difficulties of reverse engineering. The theoretical part describes the essence of reverse engineering including the conditions that need to be met before its implementation, UML tools, methods of creating new information systems, CASE tools and the quality of service provided in the field of information technologies. The practical part talks about developing veterinary clinics information system, specifically the process of changing chosen functions, creating new modules and providing a solution to integration with other connected systems. This approach demonstrates the process of using reverse engineering and evaluates its benefits as well as compares it to the direct implementation of changes to an undocumented system. Both approaches are evaluated based on chosen criteria and their importance.
