Este trabalho propõe-se a apresentar uma análise discursiva dos jornais Folha de S. Paulo e O Globo, durante a eleição presidencial de 2006, para verificar como esses meios de comunicação construíram o seu jogo discursivo nesse período. Para isso, foram analisadas 50 capas do O Globo e 80 da Folha de S. Paulo, de agosto a outubro. Porém, foram separadas 10 edições de cada impresso de forma aleatória devido à quantidade excessiva dos periódicos. A escolha desses jornais ocorreu pelo fato de serem considerados os mais vendidos do país e por pertencerem aos estados de maior influência nacional: Rio e São Paulo. A análise foi feita nas primeiras páginas, pois são vistas não só por leitores dessas mídias, mas por várias pessoas que passam pelas bancas diariamente. Esta pesquisa se fundamenta, principalmente, na teoria da ADF (Análise de Discurso de Linha Francesa), pois esclarece como ocorre o funcionamento dos veículos de comunicação. É, também, a partir da história da imprensa, dos jornais O Globo e Folha, que é possível compreender a relação desses veículos com a verdade, como esses a produzem. Os jornais, aparelhos ideológicos de Estado, divulgam a verdade construída, permitida, por uma classe sempre dominante. Os resultados comprovaram que os dois impressos construíram um discurso para beneficiar determinado candidato e prejudicar outro. Para isso, mascararam os aspectos negativos de um e evidenciaram os do oponente. / This work intend to show a discursive analysis of Folha de S. Paulo and O Globo, in the course of presidential election of 2006, to verify how these media built a discursive game in this time. Then 50 cape of Globo and 80 of Folha de S. Paulo was analyzed, between august and October. However, 10 editions were a random separated. The choice of these newspapers is because of these presses are considerate the most sold of Brasil and belong of the bigger importance states of nation: Rio and S. Paulo. This analysis was made in the first page of newspapers, because it can be seen only not its readers, any kind of people that goes to the newsstand everyday. This research use ADF tool (French line of Discourse Analysis), because it can explain how can be performance of these media. Trough press history could be possible understand better the relationship between media and truth, how these presses build this. The newspapers, ideological instrument of State, propagate the built truth, allowed, for always dominant class. The resulted showed that these newspapers built a discourse to benefit a candidate and prejudice the other. Then, these media masked negative aspects about one and evidenced these of opponent concurrent.

Considers the Internet as cyberspace, Pierre Levy in perspective, that is, as a communication space opened by the global interconnection of computers. It proposes the construction of the concept of ideological information, conceptual base built from reflections on the understanding of the information phenomenon, following the ideology concept. Realize the Ideological information as a subordinate phenomenon materiality condition once every subject, while being free acts for their ideas, as endowed with consciousness, believes these ideas acting in accordance with them, printing in this act the acts of their practice material. Our methodological warp seeks to present Facebook in its history, discussing its main characteristics , arguing for that the internet and social networks on the Internet ( or social networks mediated by computer) in the view of some theorists , anchoring in Manuel Castells conceptions about characteristics involving Facebook as a social network mediated by computers. Follow investigating the characteristics of the mass media, these institutions that make up the Ideological Apparatuses information, enabling us to perceive the Internet as a means of mass communication. Therefore and on the understanding of Ideological analyze information Facebook as a space of struggle, where the subjects perceive and make use of the scientific and political weapons, found this tool to counter the ideologies transmitted by the ruling classes. Thus the Information Ideological apparatus is not only object, but instead of class struggle, since the resistance of the oppressed classes can find the means and the occasion of it and from it, to express themselves / Analisa as redes sociais, mediadas por computador, a partir da teoria althusseriana dos Aparelhos Ideológicos de Estado (AIE) percebendo-as enquanto um Aparelho Ideológico de Informação. Para tanto, considera a internet enquanto um ciberespaço, na perspectiva de Pierre Levy, ou seja, como um espaço de comunicação aberto pela interconexão mundial dos computadores. Propõe a construção do conceito de informação ideológica, base conceitual construída a partir de reflexões sobre o entendimento do fenômeno informação, seguindo do conceito ideologia. Percebe a Informação Ideológica como um fenômeno subordinado a condição de materialidade uma vez que todo sujeito, enquanto ser livre age por suas ideias, pois dotado de consciência, crê nessas ideias agindo de acordo com elas, imprimindo nesse agir os atos de sua prática material. Nossa urdidura metodológica busca apresentar o Facebook em seu histórico, abordando suas principais características, discutindo para isso a internet e as redes sociais na internet (ou redes sociais mediadas por computador) na visão de alguns teóricos, ancorando nas concepções de Manuel Castell acerca de características que envolvem o Facebook, enquanto rede social mediada por computadores. Segue investigando as características dos meios de comunicação de massa, instituições estas que compõem os Aparelhos Ideológicos de Informação, possibilitando-nos perceber a internet como um meio de comunicação de massa. Sendo assim e diante da compreensão de Informação Ideológica analisamos o Facebook como um espaço de luta, aonde os sujeitos percebem e fazem uso das armas científicas e políticas, encontradas nesta ferramenta, para se contrapor às ideologias transmitidas pelas classes dominantes. Assim o Aparelho Ideológico de Informação não é apenas objeto, mas lugar da luta de classes, uma vez que as resistências das classes oprimidas podem encontrar o meio e a ocasião de, nele e a partir dele, se expressarem.

The first addresses the relationship between the mode of production and therefore of socialization of individuals in this moment of contemporary capitalism with the concepts of Ideology, Ideological State Apparatuses (IEA), and the impacts that cause in individuals and their relationships. The second part focuses on how the media (one of IEA), particularly the means of communication, affects the social reality and the interaction of these individuals with this social environment, specifically in what concern our representative democracy. Finally, the third stage, more empirical, will be studied the media reality of Brazil, the concentration of power that occurs in a means of social communication, broadcasting service, specifically the issue of broadcast TV concessions, and the way that gives the exploitation of this public good by oligopolies. / O presente trabalho se desdobra em três etapas. A primeira aborda a relação existente entre o modo de produção e portanto de sociabilização dos indivíduos no presente momento do capitalismo contemporâneo com os conceitos de Ideologia, Aparelhos Ideológicos de Estado (AIE), e os impactos que causam nos indivíduos e em suas relações. A segunda parte se debruça sobre como a Mídia (um dos AIE), particularmente os meios de comunicação, afeta a realidade social e a interação desses indivíduos com esse meio social, especificamente na maneira que se dá a Democracia Representativa do Estado de Direito. Por fim, na terceira etapa, de caráter mais empírico, estudar-se-á a realidade midiática do Brasil, a concentração de poder que ocorre em um meio de comunicação social, o serviço de radiodifusão, especificamente a questão das concessões de TV aberta, e a forma que se dá a exploração desse bem público por oligopólios.

By those means, a research about the police praxis and the officialdom thinking at the same period is made. The hypothesis is that the ideological conditioning whose object was Law teaching during the period at study might have been determinative for the construction of a peculiar law , which had decisive influence on police praxis and officialdom thinking - not only by the most obvious forms in which teaching influence is observed, but mainly because of the ideology infused to it in a way that this praxis and thought, by these means structured, conditioned and condition in a relevant manner, the behavior of the Military Police about the protection of citizenship rights. Therefore conceived, as a "peculiar Law conditioned above all by ideology, a more active role can be reserved to Law, regarding the argument that explains police violence and that goes beyond the passive role of violated rules. / Tendo por premissa fundamental avaliar e redefinir o papel do Direito em face das ações policiais que afetam em especial de forma negativa , os direitos da cidadania, o presente estudo tomando o Direito como instrumento de dominação e calcado na concepção a althusseriana sobre os Aparelhos Ideológicos de Estado (AIE) empreende uma profunda investigação sobre o ensino jurídico ministrado à oficialidade da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo desde 1964, com a finalidade de extrair o sentido que o fenômeno jurídico em especial a idéia de justiça assume em cada período possível de ser delimitado. Da mesma forma, empreende-se também um levantamento sobre a práxis policial e sobre o pensamento da oficialidade no mesmo período. A hipótese é que o condicionamento ideológico de que foi objeto o ensino do Direito no período estudado, pode ter sido determinante para a construção de um Direito peculiar , que influenciou decisivamente a práxis policial e o pensamento da oficialidade não só por meio das formas mais óbvias em que se observa a influência do ensino, mas, especialmente, por causa da ideologia nele infundida de maneira que essa práxis e esse pensamento, assim estruturados, condicionaram e condicionam , de maneira relevante, o comportamento da Polícia Militar em face da proteção aos direitos da cidadania. Assim concebido, como um Direito peculiar condicionado sobretudo pela ideologia, pode-se reservar para o Direito, na discussão sobre os fatores que explicam a violência policial, um papel mais ativo, que vá além do passivo papel de regramento violado.

Existe um sem número de obras que tratam da Economia Global (ou Globalização), analisando-a quanto aos aspectos econômicos, sociais, culturais, etc. Neste trabalho, utilizando-se as teorias de Gramsci, Althusser e outros sobre os Aparelhos Coercitivos de Estado, os Aparelhos de Hegemonia (Gramsci), os Aparelhos Ideológicos de Estado (Althusser) e a Indústria Cultural, partiu-se para uma perspectiva de Estado Transnacional Ampliado, liderado pelos Estados Unidos da América com as inevitáveis conseqüências para os países Latino-Americanos, no que tange aos aspectos econômicos e culturais.
