Esta tesis busca dar lugar a una tipología ausente en la ciudad. El Museo dedicado al Arte Contemporáneo es una de las tipologías que más ha evolucionado y que abarca una diversidad de roles que no solo involucran el arte como tal, sino también a la comunidad. En cuanto a la comunidad, un museo puede reforzar un circuito cultural, formar parte de una regeneración urbana, consolidar un vacío físico en el espacio urbano, puede dinamizar las actividades de la comunidad, y calar en el sentido de pertenencia de los usuarios. Sobre el arte, este museo puede hacer frente a los cuestionamientos que desencadenó el arte moderno, desde donde surgen una multiplicidad de respuestas que exigen nuevos espacios que puedan difundir las manifestaciones artísticas que cuestionan los límites del arte. En suma, más allá del coleccionismo, el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo es una institución cultural, pública, de carácter social, con una oferta a la sociedad cultural, y que participa activamente en el desarrollo cultural de la ciudad. / This thesis purpose is to give a place to a typology that is absent in the city. The Museum dedicated to Contemporary Arts is one of the typologies that has evolved more and that encompass a diversity of roles that not only involve the arts as such, but also the community. About the community, a museum can reinforce a cultural circuit, be part of an urban regeneration, consolidate a physical void in the urban space, dynamize the activities of the community, and sink in the sense of belonging of users. On the arts, this museum can face the questions that were unleashed by the modern art, a fact that raised a vast diversity of answers that demanded new spaces that could broadcast the artistic manifestations that question the limits of the arts. El proyecto es una Institución Educativa Inicial - Primaria en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho que plantea las actuales necesidades de los estudiantes y las nuevas formas de aprender que desdibujan los límites de las aulas, otorgando a los espacios intermedios como potenciadores de múltiples respuestas basados en la ambigüedad de su uso. Asimismo, la escuela se relaciona con el barrio a través de una mezcla de funciones de colegio y comunidad donde programas específicos como la biblioteca y sala de usos múltiples se abren a la comunidad después del horario de clases. El concepto barrio-escuela-barrio genera una relación directa entre la comunidad y la escuela donde los estudiantes se apropian totalmente de los espacios creados para ellos y existe un continuo aprendizaje. Se ha comprobado que este concepto ha generado un notable crecimiento académico en los estudiantes, además de disminuir la deserción escolar y la erradicación de fenómenos de pandillaje e inseguridad. / The project is an Kindergarten and Elementary School in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho that raises the current needs of students and new ways of learning that will go farther than the boundaries of classrooms, granting intermediate spaces as enhancers of multiple answers based in the ambiguity of its use. Likewise, the school is connected to the neighborhood by a mix of functions with the community where specific programs such as the library and the multipurpose rooms will be opened to them after school hours. The neighborhood-school-neighborhood concept generates a direct relationship between the community and the school where the students take full ownership of the spaces created for them, with a continuous learning. It has been proven that this concept generate a remarkable academic growth in students, in addition to reducing school drop-outs and the eradication of gang and insecurity phenomena. / Tesis

El centro cultural SJL provee áreas de reunión y difusión de arte a través de exhibiciones y enseñanza. El proyecto resuelve tres cuestiones importantes para su función y sustento: primero, ofrece espacios para el desarrollo de programas culturales, administrativos y comerciales. Segundo, adecúa el proyecto a los limitados recursos económicos disponibles para su construcción. Y tercero, satisface la necesidad de espacio público tan escaso en SJL. Entonces, el centro cultural contribuirá al tejido sociocultural de la comunidad luriganchina. The Cultural Centre SJL provides spaces for the promotion of art through exhibitions and teaching, as well as a social area. The project solves three essential issues for its functioning and subsistence: first, it offers spaces for its cultural, administrative and commercial activities. El Gran Terminal Terrestre De Lima – Este, es un proyecto que se ha pensado, para poder resolver la problemática de los más de 45 Terminales informales que aún existen en la ciudad y que no puede acaparar el Terminal Terrestre de Plaza Norte, el cual es el único que hasta ahora forma parte del Plan de Desarrollo Metropolitano de Lima. Los usuarios del proyecto, los cuales son 5930 en hora punta, obligan a desarrollar un proyecto de más de 50300 m2 en un terreno de 143000 m2. El diseño del Terminal logra un adecuado paquete funcional, con criterios de diseño enfocados en la seguridad del usuario, evita conflicto vehicular y busca un lenguaje arquitectónico industrial que se integra al sector Este. Por esta razón, se llega a desarrollar una Tesis que concientiza a un País más integrado, con un sistema vial consolidado y seguro a través de la Arquitectura. / The Great Bus Terminal of Lima - East, is a project that has been thought to solve the problematic for over 45 informal Bus Terminals that still exist in the city and cannot be hoard by the "Plaza Norte" Bus Terminal, which is the only one that is part of the Lima's Metropolitan Development Plan so far. The users of the project, which are 5930 in rush hour, force to develop a project of more than 50,300 m2 on a ground of 143,000 m2. The design of the Terminal achieves a suitable functional package, with design standards focused on user safety, avoids vehicular conflict and seeks an industrial architectonic language that is integrated into the East sector. For this reason, it is possible to develop a Thesis that increase awareness on more integrated Country, with a consolidated and safe road system through Architecture. / Tesis

A lo largo del tiempo la tipología del mercado ha perdurado en nuestras ciudades, sin embargo, se ha mantenido inmóvil a pesar de muchos cambios sociales que se han dado con el paso del tiempo, convirtiéndose ahora en espacios monótonos que no responden a las demandas actuales y están lejos de ofrecer una experiencia agradable. El presente proyecto busca pues, rescatar la importancia de la tipología del mercado como espacio público y su presencia en los centros urbanos, en este caso el Centro Histórico de Lima. Aprovechando el reciente “boom gastronómico” en el Perú, a través de la arquitectura y en base al análisis de referentes externos, el proyecto plantea una nueva perspectiva del espacio del mercado que va más allá de la oferta comercial, la tipología evoluciona y se enfoca en ofrecer espacios para una experiencia gastronómica diferente que se complementa con una serie de actividades culturales y educativas que lo enriquecen y al mismo tiempo fomentan el desarrollo de la comunidad, generando un impacto positivo en el entorno urbano; De esta manera el mercado responde a la sociedad actual que es la que lo mantiene vivo. La presente tesis se desarrolla en doce partes: generalidades, metodología, la gastronomía, los mercados de abasto, un nuevo modelo de mercado, aspectos normativos, proyectos referenciales, el usuario, programación arquitectónica, expediente urbano, criterios de diseño y el proyecto final. La bibliografía y anexos se mencionan en la parte final del documento. / Throughout time the market hall as a typology has endured in our cities, however, it has remained static despite the important social changes that have occurred all over the years; They have become now monotonous spaces that don’t meet the current requirements and are far from offering a pleasant experience. The present project aims therefore to recover the importance of the market typology as a public space and its presence in urban centres, in this case the historic centre of Lima. Taking advantage of the recent “gastronomic boom” in Peru, through the architecture and based on the analysis of various external references, the project proposes a new perspective of the market hall space that goes beyond the commercial offer, so the typology evolves in order to offer spaces for a different gastronomic experience, that is complemented by a series of cultural and educational activities which enrich it and at the same time promote the community development, generating a positive impact in the urban context; In this way, the market hall addresses the needs of the modern society, which is what keeps it alive. The present thesis is structured in twelve sections: general comments, methodology, the gastronomy, the supply markets, a new market concept, regulatory aspects, referential projects, the user, the architectural programme, the urban dossier, design criteria and the final project. El presente documento trata de complementar tanto en el lado arquitectónico como en el práctico todo lo que conlleva ser un paciente de escasos recursos con cáncer que necesita ser tratado en la ciudad de Lima. Este consta de una investigación detallada de los servicios que hay actualmente y acerca de cómo estos necesitan ser transformados para poder brindar una mayor calidad de vida al paciente. Se analiza sobre ¿Cómo generar un mejor y más completo entorno para el afectado, solucionando así muchos de sus problemas? En torno a esta pregunta se busca crear soluciones funcionales y prácticas para el espacio donde estas personas deberán intentar retomar sus actividades con un estilo de vida más adecuado a sus nuevas realidades. Finalmente se llega a una solución a la actual demanda de apoyo al paciente con espacios para su óptimo desarrollo y de calidad arquitectónica. El proyecto se ubica en un terreno de tres frentes, de fácil acceso desde el INEN y cercano a la línea 1 del metro de Lima. El edificio crea una conexión espacial con el entorno inmediato (Residencial Limatambo); y a la vez se conecta visualmente con el Polideportivo Limatambo. El proyecto tiene un total de 8 pisos y 1 sótano. Este, se va escalonando conforme va ganando altura y va generando diversos espacios de interacción desde lo público y semi público, hasta lo privado. El proyecto se divide en 3 grandes paquetes funcionales: residencia, zona de actividades diurnas y zona de servicios. Entre estos espacios, se generan espacios de transición que hace que el recorrido a lo largo del proyecto sea fluido. / The present document aims to complement both the architectural and the practical side of all things that involve being a cancer patient that needs to be treated with scarce resources in the city of Lima. This consists of a detailed investigation of the services currently available and how they need to be transformed in order to provide a better quality of life for the patient. How can we generate a better and more complete environment for the affected and in turn solve many of their problems? This question seeks to create functional and practical solutions for a space where these people should try to resume their activities with a lifestyle more suited to their new realities. Finally, a solution to the current demand for patient support with spaces for optimal development and architectural quality has been reached. The project is located on a property of three fronts, easily accessible from the INEN and close to line 1 of the Lima Metro. The building creates a spatial connection with the immediate environment (Residencial Limatambo) and at the same time, visually connects to the Polideportivo Limatambo. This, is staggered as it gains height and is generating several spaces of interaction from the public and semi public, to the private. The project is divided into three large functional packages: residence, area of daytime activities, and a service area. Between these spaces, transitional spaces are generated that make the journey along the project a fluid one. / Tesis

La tesis aborda un hecho que salta a raíz de la alta demanda de las Artes Escénicas en la Lima y la necesidad de generar una propuesta de un espacio educativo e idóneo para una formación profesional y competente para esto se analizan temas de Arquitectura y teóricos para la base de la investigación. Un factor determinante es el estudio del usuario, ya que va dirigido a este, es por eso que se explora el tipo de formación y aspectos dentro de ella que fomentaría una mejor formación como es la interdisciplinaridad que consiste básicamente en integran tres disciplinas que tienes relación para fomentar una mejor formación, es por esto que en la propuesta se busca generar espacios de encuentro comunes, así como educativos para fomentar esta integración. La investigación se completa con el análisis de referentes similares, usuario, reglamento y ordenanzas por parte del Minedu, la elección del lugar en donde será ubicado, es ahí también es donde la propuesta busca hacer un aporte en zonas vulnerables con valor histórico del centro de Lima, Además, se abordar los criterios que se tomaron en cuenta para el diseño de esta. / The thesis approach with a fact that is the result of the high demand of the Performing Arts in Lima and the need to generate a proposal of an educational and ideal space for a professional and competent training for it. The analysis attends Architecture and theoretical topics for the basis of the investigation. A determining factor is the study of the user, since it is aimed at this, that´s why it explores the type of training and aspects within that would encourage a better training such as interdisciplinary that consists basically of integrating three disciplines that have a relationship to promote a better training, this is why the proposal look for to generate common meeting spaces, as well as educational to develop this integration. The investigation is completed with the analysis of similar referents, user, regulation and ordinances by the Minedu, the choice of where it will be located, this is also where the proposal look forward to make a contribution in vulnerable areas with historical value of the center of Lima, in addition, we will focus the criteria that were taken in consideration for the design of the proposal. / Tesis

Actualmente existe mucha actividad y talento en las distintas disciplinas que practican el arte urbano, que tratan temas de protestas, de movimientos sociales, mensajes políticos o de simplemente un mensaje artístico sobre un tema cultural de una zona determinada. Un Centro de la Cultura Urbana que cuente con los espacios e instalaciones adecuadas será la solución para promover el desarrollo y la difusión del arte y el deporte urbano en la ciudad. La propuesta se diseñará pensando en la arquitectura flexible, de manera que se pueda adaptar a las diversas eventualidades que estas actividades traerán. El lugar donde se desarrollará el proyecto será el actual depósito y taller de la empresa de transporte Civa, ubicado en el barrio de Monserrate, dentro del distrito de Cercado de Lima, por ser una zona que tiene actividad y movimiento cultural, y por ser un terreno accesible a nivel metropolitano. / Currently there is much activity and talent in the different disciplines that practice urban art, which deal with issues of protests, social movements, political messages or simply an artistic message on a cultural theme of a certain area. A Center for Urban Culture that has adequate spaces and facilities will be the solution to promote the development and dissemination of urban art and sport in the city. The proposal will be designed with flexible architecture, so that it can be adapted to the various eventualities that these activities will bring. La fotografía y la ciudad de del Cusco han estado estrechamente unidas por un significado cultural e histórico que data de mediados del siglo XVIII, donde su legado es hoy reconocido internacionalmente como prueba gráfica y documentaria del valor de las costumbres, paisajes y personajes en la sierra del Perú. Aquel lazo surgió como respuesta a la condición que vivía el País en la época de la colonización, la cual, impulsó a la expresión artística indígena a tener que reencontrarse consigo misma. El movimiento indigenista artístico y literario fue el punto de inflexión que marcó el retorno hacia un estilo de la pintura y la fotografía con identidad andina. La tesis del presente proyecto planea incursionar en el equipamiento, mediante la arquitectura y con una tipología educativa, de un instituto que sea capaz de concentrar aquellas señales actuales que manifiestan la vigencia de la fotografía en la ciudad del Cusco, pues estas están dispersas y desarrolladas en espacios precarios que no promueven una óptima difusión y aprendizaje. Lo segundo que se plantea es reinterpretar la fotografía no solo como arte, sino también como medio de comunicación, proponiendo estudios en otras carreras relacionadas como la publicidad, el diseño gráfico y la comunicación audiovisual, con lo cual, se busca brindar no solo las herramientas artísticas en técnicas tradicionales, sino también la capacidad de estar a la vanguardia donde los estudiantes estén capacitados de poder desarrollarse en el entorno laboral más exigente y moderno. El diseño está enfocado a una reinterpretación moderna de los clásicos elementos arquitectónicos usados en las edificaciones históricas cusqueñas, con el enfoque de brindar al usuario la predisposición de un aprendizaje colectivo y de retroalimentación. / Photography and the city of Cusco have been closely linked by a cultural and historical significance dating from the mid-eighteenth century, where his legacy is now internationally recognized as a graphic and documentary evidence of the value of customs, landscapes and characters in the mountains From Peru. This link emerged as a response to the condition of the country at the time of colonization, which prompted indigenous artistic expression to have to reconnect with itself, the artistic and literary indigenist movement was the turning point that marked the return towards a style of painting and photography with Andean identity. The thesis of the present project plans to venture into the equipment, through architecture and with an educational typology, of an institute that is capable of concentrating those current signs that show the validity of photography in the city of Cusco, since these are scattered and developed in precarious spaces that do not promote optimal dissemination and learning. The second thing that arises is to reinterpret photography not only as art, but also as a means of communication, proposing studies in other related careers such as advertising, graphic design and audiovisual communication, with which, it is sought to provide not only the tools artistic in traditional techniques, but also the ability to be at the forefront where students are trained to be able to develop in the most demanding and modern work environment. El proyecto Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario, tiene como objetivo, responder a la necesidad de atender el problema de salud mental en el país y de contar con una infraestructura adecuada para el diagnóstico y la rehabilitación de las personas afectadas. Reinsertar al paciente en la comunidad a través de la arquitectura. La investigación necesaria para emprender el proyecto se ha basado en información proporcionada por el Ministerio de Salud (MINSA), ejemplos similares de proyectos en países extranjeros y visitas constantes a centros de salud mental en Lima, donde se ha recibido información del personal médico especializado y de los propios pacientes. Esto permitió desarrollar el programa arquitectónico, los criterios de diseño y el marco teórico para la propuesta del proyecto. Para la ubicación del Centro se consideró una localidad urbana que presentara el mayor porcentaje de población afectada, y una fuerte interacción comunitaria. El distrito de Villa el Salvador reunía esas características, además de ser un espacio urbano que cuenta con gran accesibilidad peatonal y vehicular. El proyecto se ubica en una esquina, generando una plaza pública que invita el ingreso al Centro y lo vincula a la comunidad. En cuanto a la composición arquitectónica, se ha tenido en cuenta crear espacios para la atención y rehabilitación diferentes a los convencionales, y donde las áreas libres, de circulación y estar se han tratado como parte fundamental para lograr el bienestar de los pacientes. Con todo ello, El proyecto desea ser un modelo de solución arquitectónica que aporte a resolver esta problemática en el Perú. / The Community Mental Health Center Project, has as purpose, respond to the need to attend the mental health problem in the country and to have an adequate infrastructure for diagnosis and rehabilitation of affected people. Reinsert the patient in the community through architecture. The necessary research to undertake the project has been based on information provided by the Ministry of Health (MINSA), similar examples of projects in foreign countries and constant visits to mental health centers in Lima, where information has been received from specialized medical staff and of the own patients. This allowed the development of the architectural program, the design criteria and the theoretical framework for the project proposal. For the location of the Center, it was considered an urban location that presented the highest percentage of affected population, and a strong community interaction. The district of Villa el Salvador had these characteristics, as well as being an urban space that has great pedestrian and vehicular accessibility. The project is located in a corner, generating a public square that invites entry to the Center and a strong community interaction. As for the architectural composition, it has been taken in consideration to create spaces for the care and rehabilitation different from the conventional ones, and where the free areas, of circulation and being have been treated as a fundamental part to achieve the welfare of the patients. With all this, the project wants to be a model of architectural solution that contributes to solve this problem in Peru. / Tesis
