Magistro darbo objektas – šiuolaikinės diplomatijos ir tarpvalstybinės komunikacijos raida. Darbo tikslas - yra įrodyti, kad dabartinė diplomatija, vystantis tarpvalstybinei komunikacijai, nepaisant didelių pasikeitimu palyginus su jos ištakose vyravusiais procesais, yra pagrindinė tarptautinių santykių palaikymo forma. Keičiasi pati diplomatija, jos metodai, atsiranda vis nauji būdai palaikyti tarptautinius santykius, tačiau diplomatija yra vienintelė sritis, kurioje koordinuojamas visų kitų tarpvalstybinės komunikacijos priemonių naudojimas. Magistro darbo uždaviniai: apibūdinti XX a. atsiradusių šiuolaikinės diplomatijos vykdomų priemonių padarytą įtaką tarpvalstybinėje komunikacijoje; parodyti diplomatijos kaip reiškinio, kurį įtakoja globalūs pasikeitimai pasaulyje, raidą, kuris atsako į pasikeitimus ir stengiasi juos valdyti, ar bent įtakoti; parodyti kokios svarbios buvo šiuolaikinės diplomatijos priemonės sprendžiant tarptautinio masto problemas. Naudojantis analitiniu įvairiuose šaltiniuose pateiktos informacijos tyrimo metodu prieita prie išvados, kad pasikeitė ne tik diplomatija ir jos metodai, bet šis pasikeitimas sąlygojo tarpvalstybinės komunikacijos plėtrą plačiu mastu. Atsirado nauji tarptautinės komunikacijos dalyviai, diplomatija atsigręžė į platesnius visuomenės sluoksnius. Tačiau ne tik diplomatija keičia komunikaciją tarp valstybių, tačiau ir komunikacijos raida įtakoja diplomatiją. Tai yra abipusis ryšys. Šiuolaikinė diplomatija išliko pagrindinė sritis... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The main object of this work is modern diplomacy and its relation with international communication, especially between states. It means interstate communication. The main aim of this work is to prove that modern diplomacy remains the main form of interstate communication, despite of all the changes happened in the World since such kind of diplomacy was created. The diplomacy is changing, the methods of it are changing, new ways of maintaining international relations appears, but diplomacy remains the only one area where all kinds of interstate communication are coordinated. The main tasks of this master work are: to define all the influence which was made by new kinds of modern diplomacy that were created during the XX century; to show the development of the diplomacy, which is influenced by the global changes in the world, but at the same time it is influencing those changes too; to show the importance of modern diplomacy in solving biggest international problems. There are few conclusions which were made using analytical research methods. It appears that changing diplomacy changes all the interstate communication on a large scale. New participants of interstate communication appeared, diplomacy was spread among wide range of society levels. Diplomacy brings influence on interstate communication and communication brings influence on diplomacy at the same time. It is two-way influence.
