Desafios e perspectivas em atividades educativas de promoção da saúde de um grupo de portadores de hipertensão arterial, sob o paradigma da interdisciplinaridade / Challenges and perspectives in educational activities for health of promotion with a group of arterial hypertension sufferers, under an interdisciplinary paradigm

Este estudo buscou identificar mudanças ocorridas com um grupo de PHAS, a partir de atividades educativas de promoção da saúde desenvolvidas por uma equipe multiprofissional (EQM), tendo como referencial o paradigma da interdisciplinaridade. Ressalva-se que estudos sobre interdisciplinaridade no setor de saúde no Brasil são recentes, mas podem propiciar uma revisão nas práticas dos trabalhadores de saúde, especialmente, por meio de ações de conscientização e problematização. Os sujeitos constituíram-se de 09 (nove) profissionais previamente selecionados, formando a EQM (grupo 1) e 10 (dez) PHAS (grupo 2), escolhidos segundo critérios estabelecidos no projeto de pesquisa. Foi desenvolvido um programa educativo com a EQM, implantando e implementando estratégias interdisciplinares. Posteriormente a EQM desenvolveu atividades educativas com o grupo de PHAS, fundamentadas na Pedagogia da Problematização. Os dados foram obtidos a partir da aplicação de entrevistas semi-estruturadas, dinâmicas de grupo, registro das verbalizações dos sujeitos, análise documental e observação participante. Analisamos os dados coletados do grupo 1 - atitude interdisciplinar, diálogo, educação, filosofia e pesquisa - fundamentados na análise temática proposta por Minayo. Com o grupo 2 foi realizado o levantamento dos temas geradores - obesidade, tabagismo, ingestão de sal, álcool, consumo de café, sedentarismo e atividades de lazer - desenvolvendo os círculos de cultura, propiciando reflexão e conscientização em relação ao empoderamento. As análises problematizam a atitude interdisciplinar da EQM nos trabalhos educativos com o grupo de PHAS e a relação desse grupo com as mudanças de estilo de vida, ações preventivas e autocuidado em saúde. Os resultados revelaram que a EQM assimilou teoricamente as características de um trabalho interdisciplinar, gerando reciprocidade, troca de conhecimentos e enriquecimento mútuo. A práxis revelou-se promissora e, com o aprofundamento dos trabalhos, houve uma tendência para horizontalização do poder. As repercussões ao final dos trabalhos com os PHAS indicam alcance dos objetivos de socialização e debate de informações sobre saúde e estilo de vida, reforço de auto-estima e ampliação dos contatos e da rede social. Ficou marcante o fato do empoderamento para o autocuidado e, principalmente, as reivindicações em relação à melhoria da qualidade de vida individual e da comunidade. Concluindo, o projeto é um processo em construção, na direção de incorporar uma perspectiva interdisciplinar mais ampla na promoção da saúde. / This study looked for to identify changes occurred with a group of SHs, sufferers, beginning with educational activities of promotion developed by a multiprofissional team (MPT), having as reference an interdiscipline in the Brazilian health sectorare recent, but they can propitiate a revision in the practices of healthcare works, especially, in multiprofessional teams with regard to their prevention trating of problems. The subjects were consisted of 09 (nine) previously selected professionals, forming MPT (group 1) and 10 (ten) sufferers of SH (group 2), chosen according to established criteriain in the research project. An educational program was developed with M, implanting and implementing interdisciplinary strategies. Later the MPT developed educational with group 2, based upon the Pedagogy of Problem Solving. The data was obtained beginning with semi structure interviews, group dynamics, registration of subjects comments, documentary analysis and participant observation. We analyzed the collected data of the group 1 - interdisciplinary attitude, dialogue, education, philosophy and research - based upon the thematic analysis proposed by Minayo. With the group 2 the realization of generating themes was accomplished - obesity, smoking habit, salt ingestion, alcohol use, coffee consumption, sedentarism and leisure activities - developing the culture circles, propitiating reflection and understanding in relation to the empowerment. The analyses demonstrate the interdisciplinary attitude of MPT is it educational work with the group of SHs and the relationship of that group 2 s lifestyle changes, preventive actions and self-care measures health. The results revealed that MPT theoretically assimilated the characteristics of an interdisciplinary work thereby generating reciprocity, change of knowledge and mutual enrichment. The opening stage showed promise and, with sufferers of SH indicate a reaching of the objectives for behavior change and an opening of the excharde or information regard in health and lifestyle, self-esteem and mainly the claims in relation to the improvement in the quality, of life for the individual as well as of community were noteworthy. Concluding, this project is a process for the development, of a way which incorporates a wider interdisciplinary perspective in the promotion of better health.

Nappar ditt företag på falskt bete? : En undersökning om hur små- och medelstora företag i Sverige skyddar sig mot phishing-mejl.

Mängden phishing-mejl har ständigt ökat under de senaste åren, i synnerhet mot företag och organisationer. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur små- och medelstora IT-mogna företag (SMF:er) i Sverige skyddar sig mot phishing-mejl, deras största utmaningar med detta, och hur de upplevt att deras utsatthet förändrats under de senaste åren. Genom denna undersökning har brister i hur SMF:erna skyddar sig identifierats och säkerhetsåtgärder som hanterar SMF:ernas utmaningar tagits fram. Data samlades in genom både litteraturstudie och semistrukturerade-intervjuer med sju respondenter från enskilda företag, där samtliga hade ansvar för någon del i informationssäkerhetsarbetet. Resultatet visar att verksamheterna skyddar sig främst genom att sprida information, medan enbart en minoritet av respondenterna utbildar sina anställda. Ingen av respondenterna hade någon policy som berör hantering av phishing, och användandet av grundläggande tekniska skydd är något som var en gemensam nämnare. Gällande utmaningar visar resultatet främst en svårighet i att upprätthålla medvetenheten bland de anställda, samt att identifiera vilka tekniska skyddslösningar som ska anpassas. Majoriteten av respondenterna upplever även en ökad utsatthet av phishing-mejl, vilket de flesta också tror kommer att öka i framtiden. Med den insamlade data från intervjuerna och befintlig litteratur har sedan en rekommendationslista med säkerhetsåtgärder tagits fram som bemöter de utmaningar som SMF:erna belyser. / The number of phishing emails has been constantly increasing in recent years, especially towards businesses and organizations. The purpose of this study is to investigate how small and medium-sized IT-mature enterprises (SMEs) in Sweden protect themselves against phishing emails, their biggest challenges regarding this, as well as how they perceive that their exposure to phishing emails has changed in recent years. Through this study, gaps in how SMEs protect themselves have been identified and as a result, a list of security measures that address the SMEs' challenges have been produced. Data was gathered by conducting a literature study in conjunction with semistructured interviews with seven respondents, all whom where from individual companies and had some responsibility for the information security work. The results show that all SMEs rely on information sharing as their primary method of protection against phishing emails, while only a small proportion invest in employee education. In addition, the SMEs use only basic technical security solutions and none of them have any dedicated policy for managing phishing. Regarding challenges, the results mainly show difficulties in maintaining awareness among employees and identifying which technical security solutions that should be adapted. Furthermore, most of the respondents perceive that the exposure to phishing emails has increased and believe it will continue doing so in the future. With the collected data from the interviews and the literature study, a list of recommended security measures has compiled which addresses the challenges highlighted by the SMEs.
