Dynamické vážení vozidel / Weight-In-Motion

Kašpárek, Ladislav January 2009 (has links)
This Master's Thesis deals with Weight-In-Motion (WIM) Systems. It focuses on piezopolymer-coaxial-cable-based sensors. The work contains summary of WIM sensors, methods for signal processing and evaluation provided by WIM sensors. The design of WIM station including measuring chain is also drawn out here. Basic meaurements on sample output from the sensor are carried out using formely designed amplifier. By this, its properties and suitability can be assessed.

Programování dvouosého pohonu s EC motory typu Maxon / Programming of the two-axle drive with Maxon EC motors

Toman, Jiří January 2008 (has links)
This work describes direction of the two-axle drive with EC motors type MAXON by means of control unit EPOS. Except own direction of EC motors it contains various types progress for proposal parameters of the continuous and discrete regulator with consequence verification and character comparison by means of programming surroundings MATLAB. After the successful simulation verification is introduced most suitable regulator for positional direction of the two-axle drive into the real control units EPOS which they are connected to EC motors MAXON with making sign EC- max 22. Further is realized communication setting among control unit type EPOS P and her subjection unit EPOS. Unit EPOS P is further connected with steering computer by means of serial bus RS 232. Other part these work is program for direction of the two-axle drive copying the inscription MAXON with use linear and circular interpolation. To creation of the program source code is used standard programming language ST. This program is realized in programming surroundings EPOS STUDIO which is added by the producer to control units EPOS.

Rám přívěsu se sklápěcí nástavbou / Frame trailer with tipping body

Uher, Milan January 2009 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of the frame of a trailer with a tipping body. Its main contents are stability inspection of a carrying frame, further then designing suitable construction adjustments including their check calculations of case of stress. The stability inspection of the frame is carried out by means of the finite element method. A draft of the drawing documentation of the frame is as well included in this thesis. This diploma thesis was created in collaboration with the SVAN Chrudim company, Ltd.

Komplet návěsu se skříňovou nástavbou s výsuvnými boky / The unit of a semi-trailer with box body with extensible sidewalls

Plachký, Jakub January 2009 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is to establish the basis for a presentation study, whose goal is to approximate the problems and dilemas of special semi-trailer with extensible sidewalls construction to the future consumer. The thesis explains which parts the semitrailer is made of as well as which essentials should be considered when designing the construction itself. The paper partly shows one particular semi-trailer project. On this project the calculation of stabilisation system, solidity analysis of the extensible part frame and the complete visualization of the trailer unit have been completed.

Koncepční návrh sportovního dvousedadlového vozu / Conceptual design of two-seat high performance car

Straka, Martin January 2010 (has links)
is diploma thesis deals with design concept of two-seater sports car with the main focus on chassis torsional stiffness and axle kinematics. The main idea started with some paper sketches which were later transferred to the 3D model with all the main parts (engine, differential, driver etc.) using CATIA V5 design program. Then the torsional stiffness was counted using FEM software ANSYS 12.0. Finally the axis geometry during bump/rebump movement of the wheel was simulated in MBS system ADAMS 2007.

Rám návěsu NCH39 pro přepravu dříví / Frame of semi-trailer NCH39 for woods transportation

Burýšek, Karel January 2010 (has links)
This dissertation deals with the car trailer for wood transporting body frame concept. The main part of this work is a strength check of the supporting frame, further the design of suitable structural modifications and it’s check calculation of the stress state. The strength check of the frame is done by the help of the finite elements method. The part of this work is drawing documentation of the frame. This dissertation was developed in cooperation with SVAN Chrudim s.r.o., company.

Podvozek dvouosého návěsu traktoru / Two-axis tractor trailer chassis

Musil, Vojtěch January 2011 (has links)
The dokument was created with ZDT company cooperation and consists of two main parts. The first and also main part is handling construction and strength check issues of two-axis traktor trailer chassis Grand super. The second part contains design and strength check of rear protective device against small vehicle under passing. Strength check is performed in I-DEAS enviroment. The fixings are chassis frame assembly drawing, chassis frame welding assembly drawing and drawbar assembly drawing.

Analytický řešič pro pevnostní výpočet náprav dvojkolí / Anylytical solver for strength calculation of railway axles

Fišer, Petr January 2012 (has links)
This master thesis deals with wheel set axles of rail vehicles, their design and methods of implementation stress analysis. In this work, I created a powered locomotive wheel set: axle and wheel. For the purpose of the design department of the Bonatrans Group a.s. company I developed an analytical solver, which allows creating stress analysis, which will be used for verifying finished design and in addition it allows printing of stress analysis as report for the railway´s offices. Next step was a stress analysis of this design of axle in this analytical solver.

Zbytková únavová životnost železničních náprav / RESIDUAL FATIGUE LIFETIME OF RAILWAY AXLES

Pokorný, Pavel January 2016 (has links)
This Ph.D. thesis deals with methodology for determination of residual fatigue lifetime of railway axles based on damage tolerance approach. This approach accepts an existence of potential defect, which could lead to fatigue failure of whole axle. The behavior of crack in railway axle is described by approaches of linear elastic fracture mechanics. There are plenty of factors, which more or less influence determined residual fatigue lifetime. The aim of this thesis is to quantify effects of these factors. The first part of Ph.D. thesis represents overview of studied problems relating to fatigue damage of railway axles. This part is focused on parameters, which influence fatigue crack growth in railway axle materials. The second part of thesis shows procedure for determination of residual fatigue lifetime, which was developed at the Institute of Physics of Materials of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. The main aim of this thesis was to improve current procedure for more precise estimation of residual fatigue lifetime. Significant part of this work is determination of significance of studied factors, which influencing calculated residual fatigue lifetime of railway axles (e.g. effect of threshold value, load spectrum, retardation effects, residual stress, axle geometry, material of axle etc.). The procedures described and results obtained can be also used for determination of residual fatigue lifetime of general mechanical component (not only railway axles). Therefore, results obtained in this Ph.D. thesis can be used e.g. for assessment of regular inspection intervals of cyclically loaded general mechanical parts.

Study and Application of Modern Bridge Monitoring Techniques

González, Ignacio January 2011 (has links)
The field of monitoring is one of rapid development. Advances in sensor technologies, in data communication paradigms and data processing algorithms all influence the possibilities of Structural Health Monitoring, damage detection, traffic monitoring and other implementations of monitoring systems. Bridges are a very critical part of a country’s infrastructure, they are expensive to build and maintain, and many uncertainties surround important factors determining the serviceability and deterioration of bridges. As such, bridges are good candidates for monitoring. Monitoring can extend the service life and avoid or postpone replacement, repair or strengthening work. Many bridges constitute a bottleneck in the transport network they serve with few or no alternative routes. The amount of resources saved, both to the owner and the users, by reducing the amount of non-operational time can easily justify the extra investment in monitoring. This thesis consists of an extended summary and three appended papers. The thesis presents advances in sensor technology, damage identification algorithms and Bridge Weigh-In-Motion techniques. Two case studies are carried out. In the first a bridge and traffic monitoring system is implemented in a highway suspension bridge to study the cause of unexpected wear in the bridge bearings. In the second a fully operational Bridge Weigh-In-Motion system is developed and deployed in a steel railway bridge. The gathered data was studied to obtain a characterization of the site specific traffic. / QC 20111122
