The output of work is a software application simulating waveforms of energy levels in the band's own models and impurity semiconductors, depending on the type of semiconductor, impurities concentration and temperature. Finally, the processed virtual lab experiment deliverable in the educational process.

Analyse von Protein-Protein-Wechselwirkungen und der <i>in vivo</i> Phosphorylierung des Sarkomerproteins Myomesin / Analysis of Protein-Protein Interactions and in vivo Phosphorylation of the Sarcomeric Protein MyomesinHimmel, Mirko January 2004 (has links)
Für ein tiefergehendes Verständnis von Entwicklung und Funktion der quergestreiften Muskulatur ist eine Betrachtung der am Aufbau der Myofibrillen, den kontraktilen Organellen, beteiligten Proteine essentiell.<br>
Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Myomesin, einem Protein der sarkomeren M-Bande. Zunächst wurde die cDNA des humanen Myomesins vollständig kloniert, sequenziert und nachfolgend die komplette Größe der aminoterminalen Kopfdomäne bestimmt. Es konnte gezeigt werden, daß Myomesin in vitro mit den Domänen 1 und 12 an Myosin bindet. Die muskelspezifische Isoform der Kreatinkinase bindet an die Domänen 7 und 8.<br>
Stimulations- und Inhibitionsexperimente belegen, daß Myomesin an Serin 618 in vivo durch die Proteinkinase A phosphoryliert wird und daß diese Phosphorylierung durch Aktivierung beta2-adrenerger Rezeptoren stimulierbar ist. In Muskelgewebeproben von Patienten, die an der Hypertrophen Kardiomyopathie, einer genetisch bedingten Herzmuskelkrankheit, erkrankt sind, konnte mit einem neu hergestellten phosphorylierungsabhängigen Antikörper eine Verminderung der Menge phosphorylierten Myomesins nachgewiesen werden. Mögliche Ursachen werden diskutiert.<br>
Myomesin bildet Dimere, wie durch hefegenetische und biochemische Experimente gezeigt werden konnte. Die Dimerisierung von Myomesin könnte eine zentrale Rolle für den Einbau der Myosinfilamente in die naszierende Myofibrille haben. Anhand der gewonnenen Daten wurde ein verbessertes Modell der zentralen M-Bande erstellt. / A deep understanding of the development and function of the sarcomeric muscle depends on the careful study of proteins involved in the assembly of myofibrills, the contractile organelles in cross-striated muscle.<br>
This thesis deals with the sarcomeric M-band protein myomesin. First, the complete cDNA of human myomesin was cloned, sequenced, and subsequently the size of the aminoterminal head domain of myomesin was determined. Myomesin binds to myosin in vitro via domains 1 and 12. Musclespecific creatine kinase is binding to the domains 7 and 8 of myomesin.<br>
Stimulation and inhibition experiments revealed, that serin 618 in human myomesin is phosphorylated in vivo by protein kinase A and that this phosphorylation can be stimulated by activation of beta2-adrenergic receptors. In muscle tissue of patients showing symptoms of the hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, a cardiac disease caused by genetic defects, the amount of phosphorylated myomesin was lowered as detected by a phosphospecific antibody which was established new.<br>
Myomesin dimerizes as shown by yeast two hybrid and biochemical experiments. Myomesin dimerization could be a central point in myofibrillogenesis, when myosin filaments were incorporated in nascent myofibrills. Taking all the data together, an improved model of the central M-band was developed.

This Diploma thesis deals with properties of CdTe detectors. This material is ranked among optical sensitive group. This thesis can be thematically divided into two basic parts. The first part describes properties of both elements and the chemical adduct. Selected properties show perfections of the material, which are specializing it to optical area of application. The end of this part contains description of contact metal-semiconductor. This problem is important to comprehension principle the material contact. In second part there were making many measurements. For more accurately compare were first measurements doing without light and then with light. During making measurement was changed wave length and temperature of sample. Key factors were Volt-Ampere characteristics and resistance result with changed temperature and wave length impact to the sample. For better accuracy measurements were done many times. All of data from measurement were cultivate by PC Easyplot programme.

Previous issue date: 2017-04-25 / CAPES / Recent studies have shown that antisymmetric hybridization favors the formation
of bound states among the quasiparticles, and this is the main mechanism of the enhancement
of the superconductivity in two-band systems. In this work, we study a generic
two-band superconducting system, which forms intraband Cooper pairs and a term that’s
responsible for the creation of Cooper’ pairs formed by fermions from different bands. The
hybridization plays the role to transfer the quasiparticles among the bands and it can be
tuned experimentally by an external factor like pressure or doping, allowing to explore
the phase diagrams. Thus, the model is quite general, and we have the proposal to discuss
the differences that hybridization parity acts in the purely intraband and interband case.
The excitation energies as well the gap equation are obtained using the Green function’s
method, and it had found the purely intraband case is no dependent of the hybridization
parity. In the case of symmetric hybridization, the intraband case shows a discontinuity
in the order parameter, a fact that doesn’t occur in the antisymmetric hybridization. / Estudos recentes tem mostrado que a hibridização antissimétrica favorece a formação
de estados ligados entre as quasipartículas, e este é o principal mecanismo para o
aumento da supercondutividade em sistemas de duas bandas. Neste trabalho, é estudado
um sistema supercondutor de duas bandas genéricas com a formação de pares de Cooper
intrabanda e um termo interbanda responsável pela criação de pares de Cooper formados
por férmions de diferentes bandas. A hibridização tem o papel de transferir as quasipartículas
entre as bandas e pode ser experimentalmente ajustado por um fator externo tal
como a pressão ou dopagem, permitindo explorar os diagramas de fase. Assim, tem-se
um modelo bastante geral, com a proposta de abordar as diferenças que a paridade da hibridização
infere nos casos puramente intrabanda e interbanda. As energias de excitações
bem como as equações de gap são obtidas por meio do método das funções de Green, e
é encontrado que os casos puramente intrabanda independem da paridade da hibridização.
Para a hibridização simétrica, o caso interbanda apresenta uma descontinuidade no
parâmetro de ordem, fato que não ocorre na hibridização antissimétrica.
