Title: The ice- hockey teams financial comparison Targets: The aim of this thesis is to compare the financial results of the Czech ice-hockey professional clubs during time period. Methods There were applied the basic financial and analytical tools - bankruptcy and credibility models which are able to show the current financial power of the monitored clubs. Results: Results of the used bankruptcy and credibility models shows that a lot of the top Czech ice-hockey professional clubs are facing the serious financial issues, even some of them are threatened of the bankruptcy. This thesis is devoted to financial analysis and it explains all the attributes and methods. These are applied to the example of T-Mobile, Inc. The core of this analysis is the processing of official financial statements of the company. Particular emphasis is placed on the bankruptcy models. The aim is to evaluate the current economic development of the company and its current market position, including a comparison with the competition. Thesis evaluates the financial health of the company from 2005 to 2009.

The aim of this thesis is to carry out economic analysis of company Iveco Czech Republic, a.s. and evaluating it's financial situation in times of financial crisis. The thesis is divided into two main parts. Theoretical part describes methods and elementary principles,which are used for concrete calculations in second, practical part. Practical part is based on actual financial statements and other information, contains horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, ratio analysis, calculation of EVA, bankruptcy and creditworthy models, and comparison within sector.

Práce poskytuje ucelený obraz o hospodaření podniku Stock Plzeň, a.s., a diagnostikuje jeho finanční zdraví. Analýza podniku je provedena z pohledu dodavatele. Na základě zjištených poznatků se stanoví riziko vzniku nedobytných pohledávek při případné obchodní spolupráci.

Teoretická část práce vysvětluje podstatu finanční analýzy a její metody, obsahem praktické části je pak finanční analýza společnosti Envi-pur, s r. o. Práce obsahuje např. poměrové ukazatele, Du Pontův rozklad rentability a modely pro posouzení finančního zdraví.

Diplomová práce se zabývá mezipodnikovým srovnáváním firem působících v oboru telekomunikací v České republice a na Slovensku v letech 2001 - 2005. Porovnávání podniků probíhá na základě nástrojů finanční analýzy. Samotné hodnocení je prováděno dle čtyřech základních metod mezipodnikového srovnávání a navíc pomocí grafické spider analýzy. V závěru jsou uvedené veškeré problémy, které musely být řešeny, a navrhnuté celkové pořadí firem za rok 2005.

The purpose of this thesis is to find real picture of the company's economy from the view of the external observer and eventually to make suggestion for eliminating founded deficiencies. For this purposes the detailed financial analysis with the focus on ratio indexes and EVA indicator will be performed. The great emphasis will be devoted to the intercompany comparison.

Malá, T. Evaluation of the company's financial health by way of a logistic regression. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. The aim of the thesis is on the data obtained from Amadeus database to identify indicators which determine the financial health of a company and then to synthesize a nonlinear model usable for assessing the financial health of the company. The specific method used for modelling such a type of simulation is logistic regression. In this thesis is aim to try to apply mentioned method precisely on financial data and evaluate its usability in context of modelling of the financial health of the economic subjects operating in the Czech market.

This Masters Thesis is focused on the assessment of the economic situation of the selected company Účetní, s.r.o. which is engaged in tax and accounting consultancy. The Thesis has two parts, the theoretical and the practical part, which are further divided into the chapter and the subchapter. The Theoretical part presents the basic terms and users and sources of an economic analysis. There are also mentioned methods of an evaluation of a financial situation of a company using financial indicators in this part. In the practical part it deals with the characteristics of the company, the calculations and the evaluation of the selected financial indicators, the calculations of the ratio indicators and the evaluation both the external and the internal environment of the company. This part further includes the SWOT analysis, based on which are uncovered the strengths and the weaknesses of the company. The discussion contains the evaluation of the economic situation of the company. The conclusion of the Thesis proposes the recommendations for the improvement of the financial situation of the company. To this recommendations contributed the results of Porter's model.

The topic of this diploma thesis is a financial analysis of chosen company. The goal of diploma thesis is to evaluate the management of the ELCO Nymburk s.r.o. company between the years of 2010 and 2014 with the methods of financial analysis and to potentially devise certain improvements in areas which did not reach sufficient results. The financial analysis was prepared based on the financial statements of ELCO Nymburk s.r.o. from the examined years. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the data sources needed for the financial analysis, the users who use the financial analysis and subsequently the methods of financial analysis themselves. In the practical part the ELCO Nymburk s.r.o. company is introduced and the financial analysis itself is subsequently created based on the data collected from the financial statements of the company. The financial analysis is composed of horizontal or vertical analysis, analysis of differential and financial ratios and the analysis of the systems of indicators. The final part of the thesis summarizes all the results of the financial analysis and proposes possible improvements which should lead to the improvement of the future situation of the worst evaluated indicators.
