Pasterný, Radek January 2015 (has links)
Design of the spa complex in the town of Yverdon. In the city, which lies on the shore of Neuchatel Lake. However, our plot is located off the coast. Place the design looks like taken out of context the development of the city. Spa react to immediate surroundings and situation within the parcel that is. This is the regular structure of the volume of a rectangular shape with a shed roof. Objects are abstractly as discussed in industrial halls, which are in the form of individual features of the program are mounting

PROBLEMATIKA BEZPEČNOSTI V ZAŘÍZENÍCH URČENÝCH PRO VODNÍ REKREAČNÍ AKTIVITY / QUESTIONS OF SAFETY IN THE INSTITUTIONS INTENDED FOR WATER HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES

KADLECOVÁ, Jana January 2009 (has links)
``Water-related injuries{\crqq} are the second most frequent cause of death of children in the Czech Republic. My thesis addresses the issue of safety in facilities designed for aquatic leisure activities. Within the scope of the qualitative research with the aim to analyze technical standards, to ascertain their observance and afterwards to analyze the injury risks I used the data collection technique consisting in secondary data analysis, observation in combination with photographic documentation and semi-standardized interviews. For the research I selected a swimming pool in České Budějovice and Aquaviva Wellness Centre in Aurora Třeboň spa. The reason for this selection was creation of a pilot study monitoring safety in these facilities in South Bohemia. The Czech Republic has technical standards in place that are applied to minimize the risk of injury to the largest possible extent in facilities like that. They determine the procedures that have to be observed during construction and subsequent operation of facilities designed for aquatic leisure activities. The provisions defined by the standards are observed in both facilities but in their substance they are so generalized that it is only at the operators{\crq} discretion to what extent the safety is to be secured by them. They should be more specified and applied concretely to individual units of the equipment in order to create a safe environment. As far as risk places in the facilities are concerned, it may be stated that, regardless of compliance with the requirements defined by the standard, there is a large number of risks related in particular with slippery surfaces. Within the scope of the safety evaluation, it is also necessary to take account of hazardous behaviour of users of the chutes. The results of the research indicate that in Aquaviva Wellness Centre in Třeboň safety is secured and complies with the requirements of technical standards and the prevention requirements; the swimming pool in České Budějovice shows more serious defects {--} the standards are complied with but the surfaces are not covered with materials that would secure safety. On the basis of my research and other technical studies that confirmed seriousness of water-related injuries it is obvious that the issue of injuries in this field will require modification of safety measures and more precise specification of standards and thus elements such as materials of surfaces that would secure the required safety.

Optimální parametry bezbariérovosti krytých plaveckých bazénů se zaměřením na potřeby osob s omezenými možnostmi pohybu a orientace / Optimal Parameters for Barrier-free Indoor Swimming Pools /Focusing on the Needs of Pepople with Limited Motion and Orientation Abilities.

Hajdů, Jaroslav January 2010 (has links)
Subject: Optimal Parameters for Barrier-free Indoor Swimming Pools Focusing on the Needs of People with Limited Motion and Orientation Abilities. Objectives of the thesis: The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the optimal parameters of barier - free indoor swimming pools taking into account the requirements of persons with reduced mobility and orientation; based on the needs of these persons and the current legal standards to list the parameters for the construction and evaluation of swimming facilities in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, to find out views on this topic in the students of the faculties of building. Methods: A questionnaire survey of selected population will be carried out. Furthermore, the methods of a semistandardized interview will be used and a field research in the monitored objects will be implemented. Results: The results will confirm or disprove the predetermined hypotheses and will contribute to understanding the issues. A basis for creating an optimal barrier-free project will be made. Keywords: barrier-free environment, swimming pool, visual impairment, physical handicap 3

Srovnání nákladů na rekonstrukce objektů občanské výstavby / Comparison of the cost of reconstruction of the civil construction

Wertheimer, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on several variants of original outside swimming pool in the town of Zábřeh for various variants of reconstruction from the point of view of the use of swimming pool material used in the territory of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part are described structural factors of swimming pools from various points of view, as well as economic and investment analyses and factors. The practical part of this diploma thesis is mainly aimed to compare the prices. The comparison is based on the budget of reconstructions and possible investment return.

Vzduchotechnika bazénových hal / Air conditioning of the pool halls

Slabá, Jana January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the description of the properties of humid air, its evaporation and its chemical composition. Calculation of the amount of evaporated water from the water surface or condensate evaporation during the drying process using domestic appliances, for rooms with permanent humidity and wet operation. In the theoretical part I will deal specifically with the methods of calculation of the evaporation and the properties of the inner microclimate depending on the external conditions with its influence on the building structures and the persons who will be present in such a microclimate. A solution of the air-conditioning unit is taken from the bachelor's thesis and three other variants of air-conditioning units are designed, which are compared in the framework of the optimal and economical solution for operation in the pool environment. The experimental part is focused on specific examples of calculation and measurement. The measurement deals with year-round moisture measurements in damp rooms in family buildings, specifically in bathrooms. Another part of the experimental measurement will be the determination of the amount of evaporated water from a domestic appliance designed to dry the laundry in a condensing manner. And the main, fundamental measurement is the amount of evaporated water on a particular model of the pool hall.

Možnosti úsporných opatření v bazénových provozech / Possibilities of saving measures in swimming pool operations

Litschmann, Patrik January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the current knowledge in the field of saving measures in swimming pool services. The theoretical part describes the typology of swimming pools and subsequently deals with the technological aspect, including heat management. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes in detail the possibilities of saving measures in public swimming pool operations, especially in sanitary facilities, including reuse of wastewater from showers as a water source, or heat recovery from wastewater. The knowledge from the theoretical section is then applied in the practical part, where saving measures are proposed on the public swimming pool.

Zhodnocení investičního záměru aquaparku / The evaluation of the investment plan of the aquapark

Jakubíček, Radim Unknown Date (has links)
The thesis deals with the topic of municipality's investment evaluation for the construction of the water park. It defines public administration in the Czech Republic, describes the municipality and its possible sources of income, which include state and European subsidies. It briefly analyses public construction projects from a life-cycle perspective, investment costs and cost methods used to assess them. The work analyses the operational aspects, economic intensity and management of public indoor swimming pools in the Czech Republic. It characterizes a specific municipality and assesses its management based on city budgets over the past three years; it represents a certain water park investment project that would be the subject of a municipal investment, where the work reveals its investment costs and operating revenues and costs. The plan to build the water park in the municipality is latter evaluated in the form of the eCBA application, which assesses the entire efficiency of the investment, its financing and the socioeconomic impacts.
