Hållbar utveckling är ett av de stora målen från EU-kommissionen som styr PBL och präglar de nationella målsättningarna för samhällsutvecklingen i Sverige. Södra Ladugårdsängen är ett idag nästintill obebyggt område tänkt att bli ett pilotprojekt för Örebro, med satsning att tillhöra landets mest miljöanpassade stadsdelar. Arbetets syfte är att på uppdrag av Örebro kommuns stadsbyggnadskontor analysera möjliga parkeringslösningar att tillämpa i området med fokus på att minska biltransporter och lyfta fram naturen. En enkät till potentiella invånare om värderingar om parkering och en enkät till företag om hur de arbetar med parkering skickades ut. Enkätsvar tillsammans med informationssökning och platsbesök utgjorde största delen av det underlag som använts för analyser. Olika lösningar som tagits upp är parkeringshus, gatuparkering och även mer innovativa lösningar såsom bilpool och bilfritt byggande. Genom analys och diskussion blev slutsatsen att en blandning av flera lösningar, bland annat en satsning på bilpool, är mest lämpligt att tillämpa på pilotprojektet Södra Ladugårdsängen. / Sustainable development is one of the major objectives of the European Commission that the PBL is governed by, and which characterizes the national goals for social development in Sweden. Southern Ladugårdsängen is today a virtually unpopulated area intended to be a pilot project for the municipality of Örebro in effort to become one of the most climate-friendly neighborhoods in the country. The purpose of the report is to on behalf of the city planningoffice of Örebro municipality analyze possible parking solutions to apply in the field with the focus on reducing transport by car and highlight nature. A questionnaire to potential residents regarding the values of parking and a questionnaire to companies on how they work with parking was circulated. Survey responses along with information and site visits accounted for most of the data used for analyzes. Different solutions that are being raised are car parks, street parking and more innovative solutions such as car sharing and car-free developments. Through analysis and discussion, it was concluded that a mixture of several solutions, including a commitment to car sharing, is most appropriately applied to the pilot project Southern Ladugårdsängen.
