Vysokotlaké tavení a jeho vztah ke granulitové metamorfóze: implikace pro vznik vysokotlakých granulitů Českého Masívu, centrální Evropa. / High-pressure partial melting and its relationship to the granulite facies metamorphism: Implications for the origin of felsic high-PT granulites in the Bohemian Massif, central Europe

Nahodilová, Radmila January 2011 (has links)
Felsic granulites from the Kutná Hora complex in the Moldanubian zone of central Europe preserve mineral assemblage that record transition from early eclogite to granulite facies conditions, and exhibit discordant leucocratic veining, which is interpreted as evidence for melt loss during the decompression path. The granulites are layered and consist of variables proportions of quartz, ternary feldspar, garnet, biotite, kyanite, and rutile. In the mesocratic layers, garnet grains show relatively high Ca contents corresponding to 28-41 mol. % grossular end member. They have remarkably flat compositional profiles in their cores but their rims exhibit an increase in pyrope and a decrease in grossular and almandine components. In contrast, garnets from the leucocratic layers have relatively low Ca contents (15-26 mol. % grossular) that further decrease towards the rims. In addition to modelling of pressure-temperature pseudosections, compositions of garnet core composition, garnet rim- ternary feldspar-kyanite-quartz equilibrium, ternary feldspar composition, and the garnet- biotite equilibrium provide five constraints that were used to constrain the pressure- temperature path from eclogite through the granulite and amphibolite facies. In both layers, garnet cores grew during omphacite and phengite dehydration...

Geneze složení podzemních vod hlubokých pánevních struktur na příkladu vztahu české křídové pánve a oháreckého riftu / The genesis of groundwater composition in deep basin structures on the example of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin and the Eger Rift relationship

Dupalová, Tereza January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with genesis of the Cretaceous thermal waters in the Ústí nad Labem. These thermal waters are interesting in that are very different from other Cretaceous thermal waters, which also appear in Benešov-Ústí aquifer system of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin in Děčín. Thermal waters in the Ústí nad Labem area more than chalk waters resemble the thermal waters in Teplice, which are associated with body of Teplice rhyolite. Many authors studied thermal waters in the Ústí nad Labem, but isotope analysis and inverse geochemical modeling were not used for their study. Results based on water chemistry, water D and 18 O, 87 Sr/86 Sr ratios, and dissolved sulfate 34 S and 18 O values, indicate mixing of ground water from aquifers of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin with ground water derived from crystalline rocks of the Erzgebirge Mts. Unlike thermal waters in Děčín are Ca-HCO3 type (160 mg/L), in Ústí nad Labem there are two types of thermal waters, Na-HCO3 type with higher TDS values (over 1 g/L) and Na-(Ca)-HCO3-SO4 type with lower TDS values (approximately 600 mg/L). Carbon isotope data and speciation and inverse geochemical modeling suggest a significant input of endogenous CO2 at Ústí nad Labem. Besides CO2 input, both silicate dissolution and cation exchange coupled with dissolution of...

Asociace turonských ježovek lokality Nebužely (Česká křídová pánev) / Association of Turonian echinoids at the Nebužely locality (Bohemian Cretaceous Basin)

Bartušková, Nikola January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on morphological studies and taxonomic analyses of small regular and irregular echinoids found at the Nebužely locality; at this locality clastic sediments of Teplice Formation of Bohemian Cretaceous Basin are exposed. Presence of the belemnite Praeaxtinocamax bohemicus makes possible to assign the outcrop to late Turonian. Detailed morphological study of more than one hundred specimens enabled to distinguish four echinoids species (Echinogalerus, Glyphocyphus, Nucleolites, Phymosoma), less favourably preserved and/or very limited material is classified as belonging to two orders (Cidaroida, Holectypoida) and one family (Phymosomatidae), respectively. The next part of the thesis contains a possible palaeoecological reconstruction of the environment at the studied locality. Based on bathymetrically indicative molluscs, a shallow−water palaeoenvironment is suspected for this locality. Key words: echinoid, Bohemian Cretaceous Basin, Turonian

Systematika, paleoekologie a trofická struktura asociací mlžů v rámci OAE2 eventu české křídové pánve (svrchní cenoman): lom Pecínov / Sytematics, palaeoecology and trophical structure of bivalve associations within the OAE2 in the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin (Upper Cenomanian): Pecínov quarry

Kunstmüllerová, Lucie January 2020 (has links)
Title: Sytematics, palaeoecology and trophical structure of bivalve associations within the OAE2 in the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin (Upper Cenomanian): Pecínov quarry Author: Bc. Lucie Kunstmüllerová Department: Institute of geology and palaeontology Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Martin Košťák, Ph.D. Abstract: This master thesis provides an updated taxonomic inventory of the bivalve fauna of the Pecínov locality, places the fauna in its palaeobiogeographic setting, and addresses its palaeoecological significance. In the literature research part of the thesis the basic geology of the locality and an overview of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin are presented. Processes connected to the ocean anoxic events, specifically to the OAE 2 are also discussed. The research part of the thesis describes the systematics of the bivalve assemblage (with the exception of Inoceramidae) and its statistical evaluation with the emphasis on the environment interpretations of the locality. In total, over 350 specimens have been considered and assigned to 20 genera within 15 families and 9 orders. Bivalve functional morphology and guilds are described to interpret palaeoecology. Guilds are based on life habit and feeding category. Four main guilds are recognized: epifaunal suspension-feeders, semi-infaunal suspension-feeders, infaunal...

Česká šlechta a stavovský stát v Rakousku, 1934-38 / Bohemian Aristocracy and the "Ständestaat" in Austria, 1934-38

Šmejkal, Petr January 2020 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to clarify the relationship of Czech nobility towards Austria, but also towards Czechoslovakia in the 1930s. That is because it's not possible to clarify the nobility's relationship with Austria without specifying its approach towards the Czechoslovak Republic. Since there was a plenty of noble families, more or less known, living on the territory of Czechoslovakia during the age of the First Republic, it was necessary to choose only some of them. This thesis focuses on the houses of Buquoy, Czernin of Chudenice and both ancestral lines of Schwarzenbergs (Hluboká-Krumlov branch and Zvíkov-Orlík branch). The objective of this thesis is to establish what kind of relationship did the noble families take towards the newly formed republics, and also to which extent did they deal with the dissolution of the Habsburg monarchy, both based on an analysis of sources mainly of personal nature (correspondence and diaries). Their relationship ended up showing mainly in the late 1930's, when the families had to decide, whether they were going to stay loyal to the Czechoslovak Republic or whether they were going to side with the nazi Germany.

Vůdčí osobnosti a lokální kultura v regionech ČR / Leading Figures and Local Culture in Czech Regions

Sternová, Marie January 2011 (has links)
Dissertation thesis Leading Figures and Local Culture in Czech Regions presents a comparative analysis of two original Czech regions, Chodsko and the Bohemian Forest, and their spiritual leaders, Jindřich Šimon Baar and Karel Klostermann. Main part of the thesis consists of analysis of life, work and contribution of these local icons in context of the geographical, historical and cultural aspects of regions concerned. Emphasis is placed on the specifics of local folk literature, folklore and material culture. The theoretical part is complemented by deep research in both regions, in the form of a questionnaire completed by hundred students, which answers questions regarding their involvement in folk life and experience of their regional identity. Keywords: local culture, Chodsko, Bohemian Forest, Baar, Klostermann

Český zemský sněm v letech 1500-1526 / The Diets of Bohemia in the Years 1500-1526

Mužík, Zdeněk January 2011 (has links)
The Bohemian land diet represents one of the most important institutions of the Bohemian estate monarchy in the late Middle Ages and early modern period, whose actions had considerable influence not only on the Czech kingdom itself, but often touched whole Land of the Bohemian Crown and surrounding states. This master thesis deals with the Bohemian Land Diets extensively between the years 1500 to 1526, focusing on how disability aspects of the functioning of the then land diets in the estates society and on individual topics and problems, which were on the diets discussed. Thesis deals with the organization of the diets, which are described and evaluated from their initiating, via the usual course of negotiations and meetings until their closure and completion. Particular areas of their interests are processed in the form of thematic summary of the topics of their negotiations.

Divadlo v Sudetech - děčínský region v letech 1900-1938 / Theatre in Sudeten - Děčín District during the years 1900 - 1938

Havránková, Regina January 2017 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to present a complex view of theatrical activies in the Děčín region in 1900-1938 (the then Sudetenland). The author focuses both on professional and amateur theatres and contextualizes them within Bohemian-German relations at that time. The thesis builds upon social relations between Czech and German people and points to their theatrical co-existence, with its peak in 1938. One particular chapter is devoted to theatre in Děčín in which both German and Czech performances took place. In the conclusion, the author tries to compare this situation to other importnant North-Bohemian stages (Liberec, Ústí nad Labem, Teplice, Cheb).

Kinematický vývoj rozhraní tepelsko-barrandienské jednotky a moldanubika během svrchního devonu a spodního karbonu / The Late Devonian to early Carboniferous kinematic evolution of the Teplá-Barrandian/Moldanubian boundary

Tomek, Filip January 2011 (has links)
ENGLISH ABSTRACT The Late Devonian to Early Carboniferous kinematic evolution of the Teplá-Barrandian/Moldanubian boundary The Staré Sedlo complex (SSC) is a relic of meta-igneous arc-related pluton in the southern part of the Sedlčany-Krásná Hora roof pendant, intruded by granitoids of the Central Bohemian Plutonic Complex along the boundary of Teplá-Barrandian (TBU) and Moldanubian units (MU), Bohemian Massif. The SSC mainly comprises deformed orthogneisses of calc-alkaline granodiorite to tonalite protoliths of Late Devonian age (380−365 Ma; Košler et al., 1993) that were commonly mingled with minor basic magmas. Locally preserved subhorizontal intrusive contacts of the orthogneisses against their meta-sedimentary host rock indicate that these magmas intruded as a sill complex. The SSC preserves a rather unusual flat-lying subsolidus foliation (dip <40ř) associated with subhorizontal ~NE-SW-trending mineral lineation. Mesoscopic structures, anisotropy of magnetic susceptibility (AMS), and deformational microstructures indicate prolate shape of the strain ellipsoid with dominant coaxial pure shear regime. The solid state microstructures record cooling of the orthogneiss protolith down to the ambient greenschist facies conditions followed by its static recrystallization due to the intrusion of the younger...
