Formování regionu a proměna jeho rolí v průběhu 20. století: Českomoravská vrchovina / Region Formation and Transformations of its Roles in Course of the 20th Century: Bohemian-Moravian Highlands

Krajíček, Jan January 2014 (has links)
"Region" is nowadays one of the most frequented term in the discourse of the humanities. In the approach of the History, the region is used as a theoretical and methodological concept, whose content has wide range in other social sciences, such as Human Geography and Sociology. This thesis deals with the possibility of the utilization of this term in the historical research applicated on the particular case of the Bohemian- Moravian Highlands. Thesis describes the recent state of the research and the progress in the approach to the term of region. The main concepts which can be used in the case of the Highlands are also shown and described. This particular region was chosen because of its specificity - it's a central periphery, which formed itself into a centralized and institutionalized modern region, the Vysočina Region, during the 20th century. The basic way-out is Anssi Paasi's theory of the shaping of regions. According to it, region can be found in many dimensions in the process of its creation - not just in a physical shape, but also in a symbolic shape, in the making of its identity. Eventually, region has got variable social and economic characteristics. The meaning in which region is percepted and imagined is also changed by these processes of creation - the role of the region is changing...

Komparace tradičního transportu materiálu v horském hospodářství Krkonoš a Šumavy / The Comparison of the Traditional Material Transport in the Mountain Economy of the Krkonoše and Šumava Mountains

Smrčka, Aleš January 2015 (has links)
This thesis The Comparison of the Traditional Material Transport in the Mountain Economy of the Krkonoše and Šumava Mountains introduces the traditional forms of material and goods transport in the Krkonoše Mountains (the Giant Mountains) and the Šumava Mountains (the Bohemian Forest). The way of life in the highland area of Giant Mountains was significantly affected by the Alpine colonization in the second half of the 16th century. The Alpine colonists brought knowledge of logging, mountain economy and transport equipment into the mountains. Inhabitants of the Giant Mountains used water power, skids, later sledge called "rohacky" for bundles of wood. They also used backpacks, textile "loktuse", baskets, wheeled means of transportation and animal skid for the transport of other goods and materials. The comparison shows that the Bohemian Forest unlike the Giant Mountains was populated by gradual colonization of woodmen from the surrounding regions. Various forms of traditional vehicles were applied in this area. Unlike the Giant Mountains there was increasingly developed timber transport on the canals and rivers. The thesis maps the traditional modes of material transport in both regions, highlightes their differences and records their transformation in the present. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Regionální tisk na Liberecku v roce 1938 na příkladu Severočeského deníku / Regional press in region of Liberec in 1938 on example of north bohemian daily

Reindlová, Nikola January 2014 (has links)
The main aim of my diploma thesis is to capture the social atmosphere on the pages of periodicals in the Liberec region over the last few months before the secession of the Sudetenland from Czechoslovakia in the Munich Agreement. It was a predominantly German populated region and I wonder how local Czech minority recognize tense period in 1938. For this reason I chose the only Czech written newspapers in Liberec at this period - North-Bohemian Daily. Start of the work is devoted to a brief recapitulation of the historical development of Liberec. And next charter deals with Czech-German relations because this topic is not only a question of the First Republic but it is a coexistence lasting few centuries and we could classify the events of 1938 in the correct context. In the next part I have devoted Nort-Bohemian Daily, its publishers, printers, graphic form, editorial and content characteristics. This is followed by a quantitative content analysis in the last stage of existence of newspapers, ie from January to October 1938. I was interested what topics editorial gave space, who created the texts as they were long and to which columns they were sorted. I also examined by genres newspaper formed and whether journalists engaged in regional, national or international events . At the conclusion chapter...

Didaktické využití geoparku Český ráj ve výuce přírodopisu na druhém stupni ZŠ / Educational use of geological park Czech Paradise in teaching upper primary school biology

Zrůstová, Klára January 2015 (has links)
The presented diploma thesis has an educational character and tries to find a way how to teach geology more attractive at primary schools. It includes authorial proposals for field trip routes and school experiments that can be implemented in lessons or within other educational school activity during school year. The field trips are built to be carried out in the geological park of Bohemian Paradise because of its natural wealth giving many possibilities to be used in teaching geology and other related fields of natural sciences. The experiments are designed to be realized during school lessons, therefore they are meant to be as little as possible time consuming and also the necessary material is supposed to be easily available. A theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains a summary of available natural datasets about the geological park of Bohemian Paradise, a review of the educational principles for organising of the field trips, creating worksheets, experiments and games in teaching process. The principles of creating concept maps are also included. An integral part of the thesis is authorial research with students and teachers via questionnaire survey proving that experiments and field trips are an indispensable component of teaching process and appropriate motivational tools at primary...

Šumava-příroda a lidé-očima Karla Klostermanna / Šumava-nature and people-Through the eyes of Karel Klostermann

Žaba, Ladislav January 2012 (has links)
ŠUMAVA - NATURE AND PEOPLE - THROUGH THE EYES OF KAREL KLOSTERMANN (with special attention to the frequency, ways and possibilities of individual colours' usage) The aim of this thesis is to designate and describe qualities of the residents of the central Bohemian Forest and the attributes of local nature in the way they were depicted by the writer Karel Klostermann (1848-1923). The results of individual analyses performed in this thesis present the inhabitants of the Bohemian Forest as a society that is conservative, religion-based, maybe even superstitious and bearing a certain distrust to the surrounding world. The Bohemian Forest's landscape is very demanding, the impact of which is visible in the inhabitants' character traits - the increased directness and, in certain aspects, vulgarity of people living under these conditions. Nature is often approached as a literary image that is further developed in accordance with the spirit of impressionism. This is concluded, among other sources, from the specific use of colours that is further analyzed. The emphasis of sense perception pervades almost every descriptive passage.

Pozemková reforma na velkostatku Křivoklát / The First Land Reform on the Estate Křivoklát

Kaucká, Kristýna January 2013 (has links)
The Master's thesis aims to describe the time during the period of the first republic in the area of Křivoklátsko, concerning the land reform from the historiographic point of view, the mechanism of land reform, and its institutional and legal specification. The thesis outlines the atmosphere in the newly established Czechoslovak Republic and its relations to the former aristocracy. Moreover, it focuses on defending mechanisms of the aristocrats at that time, and it analyses the function of the Federation of the Czechoslovak landowners together with the Federation of the German landowners with help of the specific example of the aristocratic family of the Fürstenbergs, who were the last private owners of the Křivoklát castle. The paper deals with the land reform in relation to the land fond, mine properties, shareholding within the Buštěhrad railway, and real estates. It endeavours to map emerging remaining small estates in the Křivoklát estate, and determine the social status of the new owners. The land reform in Křivoklátsko raised suspicion of corruption among the Communist politicians, the evidence of which is given in the thesis through the articles from The Red Right newspapers, interpellation to the government, and the booklet called 'Hidden Křivoklátsko'. In connection to this, highly...

Vliv vegetace a sukcesního stáří na vývoj půd v pískovnách / The influence of vegetation and succession age on pedogenesis in sand pits.

Svačinová, Ilona January 2013 (has links)
Sand Pits have great potential to restore via spontaneous succession. There are not many studies of the development of soils in sand pits; therefore, this work focuses on the development of soil properties in sand pits comparing technically reclaimed sites and sites with primary succession. 120 samples were collected at fourteen sand pits in South Bohemia and selected soil properties were assessed. The surveyed plot were grouped according to age, and the successional and technically reclaimed sites were distinguished. The results were evaluated by analysis of variation and regression analysis. The differences in soil bulk density, pH, thickness of soil organic horizon, Cox, N and C/N ratio between reclaimed and spontaneously restored sites of different age were analysed. The bulk density and pH decrease significantly on successional sites; however, the reclaimed sites do not show signifiant differences. Organic horizon thickness increases with age on both types of sites.Cox, N and C/N ratio do not show significant influence age. Lower values of Cox, N and C/N were measured in initial stages of succession. On the reclaimed sites there is almost no change in values of Cox, N and C/N ratio, because of the occurrence of nutrient-richer substráte used during technical reclamation. Keywords: soil...

Second part includes global and detail business process models created by the MMABP (Methodology for Modelling and Analysis of Business Process) by prof. Ing. Václav Řepa Csc. The models are created in the BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) and Eriksson-Penker notation. There are also included process interfaces and object lifecycles in the second part. Third part is where the comparison of described reality and the PEMM model factors of maturity is being made. All the maturity levels of the factors are argumented here as well. In the last part of this document, there is a presentation of the recomandations concluded from the previous comparison.

BICANOVÁ, Lucie January 2019 (has links)
This thesis deals with a comparatice analysis, where there are original literary productions (proses, dramas), that were then used for creating librettos of operas productions. The thesis focus on opera performances presented on stages of South Bohemian Theatre in last few years, and also belongs to canon of tradition of world's opera. Historický vývoj venkovských sídel ve zvolené lokalitě

PFLEGEROVÁ, Adéla January 2019 (has links)
The title of my thesis is "Historical development of rural settlements in the chosen lokality". As the name mentions I deal with the development of rural settlements in my work. I chose the villages Horní Dvořiště and Pištín for processing. The theoretical part deals with the historical development of rural settlements through different periods. Furthermore, I have described the factors that affect the settlement of our landscape. In the other chapters, the typical building elements of folk architecture are described. The penultimate part is dedicated to folk buildings by regions and at the last part, I have devoted to the South Bohemian folk architecture which I have described according to individual areas. The practical part contains description of both villages, Horní Dvořiště and Pištín. The development is described from the perspective of cadastral territory, therefore I have also mentioned Czech Herslak in the chapter about Horni Dvoriste because it belongs to Horni Dvoriste. The methods of description and collection of facts that I have been used for my work are recorded subsequently.
