Šio darbo tikslas – ištyrus organizacinę projektų valdymo brandą ir asmeninę projektų vadovų kompetenciją, nustatyti jų koreliacijos buvimą arba nebuvimą ir pateikti pasiūlymus atitinkančius šiandienos tendencijas, kurie padėtų pagerinti esamą projektų valdymo padėtį Lietuvos įmonėse. Pirmoje darbo dalyje analizuojama mokslinė literatūra, kur abibrėžiamos projektų, jų valdymo, projektų vadovo sampratos, taip pat projektų valdymo brandos samprata ir jos vertinimo priemonės. Antroje darbo dalyje analizuojami tyrimo, atlikto Lietuvos projektų vadybos asociacijoje, rezultatai. Atlikus anketinę apklausą išryškėjo tendencija, kad Lietuvos įmonėse, vykdančiose projektus, dažniau dirba aukštesnės kompetencijos projektų vadovai ir organizacijos nevisada sugeba užtikrinti jiems reikalingas darbo sąlygas bei išteklius, reikalingus sėkmingam projektų įgyvendinimui. Trečioje darbo dalyje pateikiamas pasiūlymų projektas,paremtas vienu iš brandos vertinimui ir gerinimui skirtų modelių – OPM3 ir skirtas pagerinti organizacinio projektų valdymo brandą organizacijoje. / The aim of this paper - the study of organizational project management maturity and personal project management expertise to establish the relationship between them and to submit proposals consistent with contemporary trends to help improve the current situation in project management in Lithuanian companies. The first part analyzes the scientific literature, which defines the concept of project management, the project manager, as well as the concept of project management maturity and its assessment. The second part analyzes the results of survey of Lithuanian Project Management Association. After the questionnaire survey showed a trend towards the Lithuanian companies which carry out the projects are concentrated in higher-expertise project managers and organizations are not always able to provide them with the necessary working conditions and resources necessary for successful project implementation. In the third part is presented project of proposals, based on one of the maturity assessment and improvement of models - OPM3 and to improve organizational project management maturity in an organization.

Magistriniame darbe nagrinėjami CMMI for Development 1.2 ir ISO/IEC 15504 procesų gebėjimo ir brandos modeliai, sudaromas modelių bazinių elementų tarpusavio sąryšio nustatymo algoritmas, sudaromi bazinių elementų sąryšiai. Darbas taip pat apima ir ISO/IEC 15504 pirmo, antro ir trečio brandos lygių nustatymą pagal 2008 metų rudenį į standartą įtrauktą pakopinį programų kūrimo proceso vertinimo modelį. Gaunamas unikalus ir niekur nepublikuotas rezultatas – CMMI for Development 1.2 ir ISO/IEC 15504 brandos lygių palyginimas, kuris pasako organizacijos brandos įvertinimą pagal ISO/IEC 15504, kai yra žinomas (yra duotas) organizacijos brandos įvertinimas pagal CMMI arba nurodo, kokį tolimesnį programų kūrimo proceso vertinimo kelią pasirinkti, jei trūksta duomenų įvertinti ISO/IEC 15504 brandos lygį. / In Master paper there has been taken analysis of CMMI for Developement and ISO/IEC 15504 capability and maturity models, an algorithm of mapping basic elements of the models has been made, mapping of the basic elements of the models has been carried out. Paper also includes evaluation of ISO/IEC 15504 maturity levels(first, second and third) according to the new part of the ISO standard which have been added in the autumn of 2008. The result which has been obtained is unique and never published - the mapping of CMMI for Development 1.2 and ISO/IEC 15504 maturity levels. That mapping can either tell the organization maturity level in terms of ISO/IEC 15504 when maturity of the same organization in CMMI terms is known or suggest what way to choose to assess the organization maturity in case there are not enough data to tell the organization‘s maturity level in terms of ISO/IEC 15504.

Tyrimų pagrindimas. Dubravos eksperimentinės mokomosios miškų urėdijos įsigyto šlapio sėklų nusparninimo įrenginio „Nomeco Dewinger B1086” naudojimo instrukcijoje nėra nurodytas optimalus paprastosios pušies ir paprastosios eglės sėklų nusparninimo laikas. Tam, kad optimizuoti šlapio nusparninimo laiką aukščiau minėtame įrenginyje reikalingi tyrimai kaip sėklų nusparninimo kokybė priklauso nuo nusparninimo trukmės. Tyrimo tikslas buvo nustatyti optimalią paprastosios pušies ir paprastosios eglės sėklų nusparninimo trukmę šlapiojo nusparninimo metodu įrenginyje „Nomeco Dewinger B1086”. Tyrimo uždaviniai: (1) atlikti 15, 30, 45, 60 ir 120 minučių trukmės paprastosios pušies ir paprastosios eglės sėklų nusparninimo testus sėklų nusparninimo įrenginyje „Nomeco Dewinger B1086”, kiekvienai rūšiai naudojant tris skirtingas sėklų siuntas, (2) nustatyti paprastosios eglės ir paprastosios pušies sėklų nusparninimo kokybę priklausomai nuo sėklų nusparninimo trukmės. Tyrimo objektas yra sėklų nusparninimo kokybės testai, atlikti sėklų šlapiojo nusparninimo principu veikiančiame nusparninimo įrenginyje „Nomeco Dewinger B1086”. Tyrimo metodai. Kiekvienam iš 15, 30, 45, 60 ir 120 minučių trukmės nusparninimo bandymų buvo naudotos 3 skirtingos paprastosios eglės ir 3 skirtingos paprastosios pušies sėklų siuntos. However, in its manual, there is no indication how much time it takes to dewing the seeds of pine and spruce. In order to optimize the time of the wet dewinging it is necessary to explore whether the quality of dewinging is influenced by the period of time that the process of dewinging takes. The main aim of the research is to determine the optimal time that a method of a wet dewinging takes with „Nomeco Dewinger B1086”. The Tasks of the Thesis. To perform 15, 30, 45, 60, and 120 min long dewinging tests for the seeds of pine and spruce with a dewinger for the wet seedlots „Nomeco Dewinger B1086”, using three different kinds of seeds of each tree. To detect the quality of dewinging of a pine and a spruce depending on the time the process takes. The objects of the thesis are the tests of the seeds dewinging, carried out with the device „Nomeco Dewinger B1086”. The methods of the Thesis. In each of 15, 30, 45, 60, and 120 minutes long tests of dewinging were used three different kinds seeds of pine and spruce. For each of the time period test were used four samples of the seeds, each consisting of one hundred seeds. All in all, there were 12 000 seeds that were evaluated. Dentre tais propriedades estudamos a existência de tais soluções assim como questões de periodicidade, para o problema de Cauchy abstrato com retardo dependendo do estado e para o problema com semigrupo exponencialmente estável. E para a equação que modela a dinâmica das estruturas flexíveis, esturademos a propriedade de Kneser. / In the present study, we focused on properties related to mild solutions to certain types of evolution equations. Among such properties, we studied the existence of these solutions as well as periodicity problems to the abstract Cauchy problem with state dependent delay and to the hyperbolic semigroup problem. In addition, for the equation that models the dynamic of flexible structures we studied the Kneser property.
