Nível de Rua sobre a relação entre a discricionariedade e a qualidade da
implementação do PROEJA. O lócus de realização foi no Instituto Federal de
Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Mato Grosso (IFMT) – Campus Cuiabá Cel.
Octayde Jorge da Silva. O desenho de pesquisa apresenta a seguinte metodologia:
análise qualitativa com o auxílio do software nvivo versão Trial 11 o qual possibilitou
fazer a distribuição de frequência, nuvem de palavras, gráficos e interpretação
subjetiva. Os dados foram coletados através de entrevista semi-estruturada, e a
técnica de análise utilizada foi a análise de conteúdo. Os resultados indicam que os
Burocratas de Nível de Rua têm a percepção de que a discricionariedade, tanto em
sala de aula como no programa, de forma geral, é um fator importante e que
influencia a execução do PROEJA. / This research aimed to highlight the perception of street-level bureaucrats about the
relationship between discretion and quality of implementation of PROEJA. The
realization of the same locus was Federal Institute of Education, Science and
Technology Mato Grosso (IFMT) - Cuiabá campus - Cel. Octayde Jorge da Silva.
The research design has the following methods: qualitative analysis with the help of
NVivo software version Trial 11, which made it possible to: frequency distribution,
cloud of words, graphics and subjective interpretation. Data were collected through
semi - structured interviews and analysis technique used was content analysis. The
results indicate that street-level bureaucrats have the perception that discretion both
in the classroom and in the program, in general, is an important factor that influences
the execution of PROEJA

In my thesis I deal with the integration of health and social services. I introduced the issue of two/double departmental service management and their financing, there. In addition, I described the various actors involved in the integration of services, mentioned strategic documents and legislation related to the provision of health and social care. In the case study, I mapped the health and social services provided in Louny, through street-level bureaucrats I gained information about the interconnection of services in Louny and about the factors that affect the implementation of integration of services in the town. For successful implementation of integration, it is necessary to specify the users of integrated health and social services, to create a home base for them, to provide a flexible range of services and at the same time to support the informally caring families. The lack of demand for integrated services is linked to other factors such as ignorance of citizens and low participation in caring for close relatives. Street.level bureaucrats in health and social services do not know the integration of services, they do not encounter it in practice, this factor has an impact on the motivation of street-level bureaucrats to make changes in the provision of care.
