Previous issue date: 2015 / Este trabalho objetiva descrever o processo de constru??o e valida??o de um manual
educativo sobre burnout em professores. Trata-se de uma pesquisa metodol?gica e
descritiva, realizada em 2015, seguindo as etapas: diagn?stico situacional;
levantamento do conte?do; sele??o e fichamento do conte?do; elabora??o textual;
cria??o das ilustra??es; diagrama??o do manual; valida??o de conte?do com consulta
a especialistas; valida??o sem?ntica com consulta ao p?blico alvo; adequa??o do
manual; revis?o ortogr?fica e de portugu?s. Participaram do estudo na valida??o de
conte?do, sete juizes e na valida??o sem?ntica, sete professores do sexto ao nono ano
do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola estadual da cidade de Diamantina. Entre os
peritos houve concord?ncia m?nima de 85,7% nos itens: conte?do, linguagem,
ilustra??o, layout, motiva??o e cultura. Fato comprovado tamb?m pela valida??o com
o p?blico alvo com a m?nima de 85,7%. O ?ndice de validade de conte?do do manual
educativo foi de 0,94. Esperamos que o manual te?rico did?tico, considerado v?lido
pelos especialistas e representantes do p?blico alvo, seja utilizado pelos profissionais
de educa??o e que possibilite a discuss?o da sa?de ocupacional desta classe,
proporcionando maior conhecimento, preven??o e controle da s?ndrome. / Disserta??o (Mestrado) ? Programa de P?s-gradua??o em Ensino em Sa?de, Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri, 2015. / Objective to describe the process of construction and validation of an educational
manual on burnout in teachers. Methodological and descriptive survey,conducted
in 2015, following the steps: situational diagnosis; survey content; selection and
book report content; textual construction; creation of illustrations; typesetting of
the manual; content validation with consulting experts; semantic validation with
consultation to the target audience; adequacy of manual; spell check and
Portuguese. Study participants in content validation; even experts and the
semantic validation seven professors from the sixth to the ninth grade of
elementary school from a public school of the city of Diamantina. Among the
experts there was minimal concordance of 85.7% in items: language, illustration,
layout, motivation and culture. A fact also confirmed by validation with the target
audience. The overall content Validity index of the booklet was 0,94. We hope
that the theoretical teaching manual, considered valid by experts and
representatives of the target audience, be used by education professionals and that
allows the discussion of occupational health in its class, providing better
understanding, prevention and control of the syndrome.
