La gestión administrativa y su influencia en la competitividad empresarial en las clínicas veterinarias pymes de Lima moderna años 2020 – 2021

En la presente investigación se determinó la influencia de la gestión administrativa en la competitividad en las clínicas veterinarias pymes de algunos distritos de Lima Moderna en los años 2020-2021. Para el estudio se utilizó un enfoque mixto. Respecto al cualitativo, para recolectar la información, se realizó entrevistas semiestructuradas a expertos, es decir a gerentes o administradores de clínicas veterinarias. Al ser cuantitativo, se empleó un diseño no experimental, transeccional de tipo correlacional y explicativo, ya que se recolectaron datos, y se analizó la relación entre Gestión administrativa y competitividad en un periodo de tiempo específico, por medio de la aplicación de una encuesta. Se utilizó una muestra de 108 de una población de 149 clínicas veterinarias de los distritos de La Molina, San Miguel y Santiago de Surco de la provincia de Lima. Se optó por un alcance correlacional con el método de Spearman para identificar cómo influyen las dimensiones de la variable de gestión administrativa respecto a la competitividad. Concluida la investigación, la hipótesis general fue aceptada obteniendo una correlación positiva moderada; identificando que las dimensiones con mayor influencia fueron la planeación, la organización y la dirección, obteniendo una correlación positiva moderada. Por otro lado, la dimensión de control obtuvo una correlación positiva, pero de nivel bajo. Los resultados del presente estudio permiten recomendar a las clínicas veterinarias que refuercen sus actividades de gestiones administrativas frente a los objetivos planteados; de esta manera podría incrementar el nivel de competitividad en el mercado. / In this study we determined the influence of administrative management on the competitiveness of small and medium-sized veterinary clinics in some districts of Lima in the years 2020-2021. A mixed approach was used for the study. Regarding the qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts, i.e. managers or administrators of veterinary clinics, to collect the information. Being quantitative, a non-experimental, transectional, correlational and explanatory design was used, since data were collected, and the relationship between administrative management and competitiveness was analyzed in a specific period of time, through the application of a survey. A sample of 108 out of 149 veterinary clinics in the districts of La Molina, San Miguel and Santiago de Surco in the province of Lima was used. A correlational scope was chosen using Spearman's method to identify how the dimensions of the administrative management variable influence competitiveness. At the conclusion of the research, the general hypothesis was accepted, obtaining a moderate positive correlation; identifying that the dimensions with the greatest influence were planning, organization and management, obtaining a moderate positive correlation. On the other hand, the control dimension obtained a positive correlation but at a low level. The results of the present study, allow us to recommend that veterinary clinics reinforce their activities of administrative management according to the objectives set; in this way they could increase their level of competitiveness in the market. / Tesis

Estrategias empresariales que fomentan la innovación

La presente investigación se centra en dar a conocer las diversas posturas desarrolladas en relación con las principales estrategias con las que se produce innovación de productos y servicios. Para ello, se ha realizado una investigación sistemática de fuentes publicadas comprendidas entre los años 2015-2020, con la finalidad de recobrar información que se ha centrado en la implementación de estas estrategias en las diferentes empresas en todo el mundo, por lo que se han planteado, fundamentalmente, cuatro objetivos que constituyen el contenido del trabajo. En un primer momento se busca establecer cómo las empresas aprovechan las políticas públicas de los mercados en que operan para generar innovación, y en qué medida resultan ser un impulso o un obstáculo en el desenvolvimiento de estas. Luego de ello, se ha planteado la importancia de los cambios tecnológicos que impulsan la innovación, los beneficios que proporciona su implementación y su adaptabilidad en las empresas. También se ha propuesto una definición de cómo se entiende el alcance de la explotación de las ideas dentro y fuera de la empresa, además de los beneficios que puede proporcionar su aplicación. Finalmente, se ha analizado el rol que tiene la competencia empresarial, tanto interna como externamente, como un motivador de innovación. La principal conclusión a la que llega esta investigación es que, si bien no existe una estrategia definida que produzca innovación de productos y servicios por sí sola, esta se da en condiciones multifactoriales. / This paper focuses on expose different positions regarding the main strategies developed in order to produce innovation of products and services. For this purpose, a systematic investigation of published papers between the years 2015-2020 has been carried out, with the aim of gathering information that has focused on the implementation of these strategies in different companies around the world. Indeed, it has been extended four objectives that represent the content of the investigation. Firstly, the research it is seeking about how companies take advantage of the public policies of the markets in which they operate to generate innovation, and how important result in order to be whether an impulse or an obstacle to their development. After this, the importance of technological changes that drive innovation, the benefits provided by their implementation and their adaptability in companies have been discussed. Also, a definition of how to understand the scope of the exploitation of ideas inside and outside the company has been proposed, besides the benefits that its implementation can provide. Finally, the role of business competition, both internally and externally, as a motivator of innovation has been analyzed. The main conclusion reached by this paper is that, although there is no defined strategy that generates product and service innovation by itself, it occurs under multifactorial conditions. / Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional

No entanto, poucas pesquisas são aplicadas no âmbito das microempresas no que tange aos aspectos da competitividade empresarial e do uso de informações estratégicas para a tomada de decisão. Além disso, as empresas geralmente desconhecem os métodos, as técnicas e as tecnologias de informação e comunicação (TICs) para a realização das atividades de prospecção e monitoramento informacional, as quais possibilitam identificar e acompanhar informações, permitindo uma tomada de decisão mais assertiva com a utilização de informação estratégica, o que contribui para a competitividade empresarial. Dessa forma, objetivou-se analisar os métodos formais e informais de prospecção e monitoramento informacional, por meio de um roteiro de entrevista aplicado às microempresas do ramo óptico associadas à Associação Comercial e Industrial de Marília (ACIM) pertencentes ao Núcleo Especializado de Ópticas de Marília (NEOM). Teve-se como base um modelo de prospecção e monitoramento informacional, bem como aspectos relacionados ao comportamento informacional que permitiram compreender como as empresas lidam com informação em seus negócios, e também questões inerentes ao futuro das empresas, por meio da percepção de cenários futuros. In this context, small-sized business noteworthy because they are responsible for the economy in a particular city or region and, therefore, becomes relevant their research because of its entrepreneurial character. However, few studies are implemented under the small-sized business aspects in terms of business competitiveness and the use of strategic information for decision making. Moreover, companies generally unaware of the methods, techniques and information and communication technologies (ICTs) to perform activities of information scanning and information mining, which enables to identify and track information, allowing decisionmaking more assertive with use of strategic information, which contributes to business competitiveness. This work aimed to analyze the formal and informal methods of information scanning and information mining, through a structured interview applied to small-sized business in the optical sector associated with the Associação Comercial e Industrial de Marília (ACIM) belonging to the Núcleo Especializado de Ópticas de Marília (NEOM). It had to be based on an information scanning and information mining model, as well as aspects related to information behavior that allowed us to understand how companies deal with information in their business, as well as issues relating to the future of companies, through the perception of future scenarios. Relación entre los factores de la competitividad empresarial y el potencial exportador de las MYPE del sector textil confecciones de Lima, durante el período 2015 - 2019

En el Perú, una de las fuerzas a nivel empresarial más notoria es el segmento MYPE, creadas en diversos sectores generan importantes beneficios económicos al país. La oferta productiva MYPE del sector textil confecciones ofrece calidades diversas, algunas sobresalientes; permitiendo la competitividad y la diversificación en el mercado local e internacional. Sin embargo, las limitaciones en los aspectos de gestión alimentan debilidades que impiden su crecimiento. El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar la relación entre los factores de la Competitividad empresarial y el Potencial exportador de las MYPE del sector textil de Lima, durante el período 2015 – 2019, para identificar puntos de mejora e información que colabore en el desarrollo e internacionalización sostenible de las MYPE. Para este análisis se realizó una investigación cuantitativa, no trasversal y de correlación con un enfoque en 4 dimensiones: Capacidad gerencial, Planificación estratégica, Innovación y Potencial exportador. El instrumento utilizado fue una encuesta de escala de tipo Likert a 34 conductores MYPE del sector textil de Lima. Para el análisis de las respuestas se usó el sistema SPSS, concluyendo que existe una moderada relación entre los factores de la Competitividad empresarial y el Potencial exportador de las MYPE del sector confecciones textiles de Lima, durante el período analizado. / In Peru, one of the most notorious forces at the business level is the MSE’s segment, created in diverse sectors that generate important economic benefits to the country. The productive offer of the MSE’s in the textile and apparel sector includes diverse qualities, some of which are outstanding, allowing for competitiveness and diversification in the local and international markets. However, the limitations related to management feed weaknesses that prevent their growth. The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between the factors of Business competitiveness and the Export potential of MSE’s in the textile sector of Lima, during the period 2015 - 2019, to identify points of improvement and information to assist in the development and sustainable internationalization of the MSE’s. For this analysis, a non-transverse quantitative research and correlation with focus on 4 dimensions was carried out: Management capacity, strategic planning, innovation and export potential. The instrument used was a Likert scale survey of 34 drivers of MSEs in the textile sector in Lima. The SPSS system was used to analyze the responses, concluding that there is a moderate relationship between the factors of Business competitiveness and the Export potential of the MSEs in the textile apparel sector of Lima, during the period analyzed. / Tesis

El efecto de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en la internacionalización en las empresas PYMES peruanas del sector textil de prendas de alpaca hacia el mercado de Estados Unidos entre el período 2014 al 2018

El objetivo del presente estudio es analizar los principales efectos de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicación en la internacionalización de empresas PYMES peruanas en el sector textil de prendas de alpaca hacia el mercado de Estados Unidos en el periodo del 2014 al 2018. Según el artículo, las PYMES y su aporte a la economía peruana, realizado por Adán Valdivieso Trillo, profesor de la escuela de negocios de la Universidad de Lima, las PYMES conforman el 98.6% de las empresas peruanas. Por ende, se plantea ver los principales efectos que causaron la implementación de TIC para el desarrollo internacional que poseen las empresas. Se realizó un estudio de enfoque mixto, iniciando un estudio cualitativo con entrevistas a 5 expertos que están presentes en diversos entes asociados al sector y a la problemática, teniendo la visión por parte del estado (Promperú), empresarios de PYMES en crecimiento, gremios económicos, entre otros descritos dentro del trabajo, validando las variables que se medirán y analizaran dentro del posterior análisis cuantitativo realizado, en este se realizó una encuesta a 33 empresas pertenecientes al grupo de estudio. Posteriormente se realizó un análisis cuantitativo con las encuestas desarrolladas en el cual se implementó un modelo de regresión lineal binaria (probit). Los resultados obtenidos incluyen que el desarrollo de TIC influye en el desarrollo internacional y poseen efectos positivos dentro de las empresas de Textil de Alpaca que exportaron a Estados Unidos en los años estimados, a pesar de tener un desarrollo en proceso. / The goal of this study is to analyze the main effects of new information and communication technologies on the internationalization of Peruvian PYMES companies in the textile sector of alpaca fabrics to the United States market in the time frame from 2014 to 2018. According to the article, the PYMES and their contribution to the Peruvian economy made by Adán Valdivieso Trillo, a teacher from the Business school of the University of Lima, the PYMES made up 98.6% of Peruvian companies. Therefore, we plan to see the main effects caused by the implementation of TIC for the international development that some companies own. A study was carried out, starting with a qualitative study interviewing five experts who are present in various entities within the sector and the problem, having the vision of the state (Promperú), growing entrepreneurs of PYMES, economic unions, among others within the work, validating the variables that will be measured and analyzed within the subsequent quantitative analysis carried out. In this, a survey was conducted to 33 companies to the study group. Subsequently, a quantitative analysis was carried out with the developed surveys in which a binary linear regression model (probit) was implemented. The results obtained include that the development of TIC influences in the international development and has shown positive effects within the Alpaca Textile companies that exported to the United States in the estimated years, despite having a development in process. / Tesis
