The thesis is focused on the issue of Apartment price heat maps. The aim is to approach the topic of apartment price heat maps, methodology for the creation of price heat maps and its specifics. Theoretical knowledge is applied to two selected parts of Prague - Zizkov and Vinohrady. The final data of both areas are summarised to two specific price heat maps. The end of the thesis compares the processed results with officially published data of the czech national institution ČSÚ.

This diploma thesis focuses on residential real estate development activities in the field of housing construction in Brno. The main focus is the prediction of the de-mand for property development. To achieve this goal, primary research with the aid of secondary research was used. Based on an analysis of time series, interrela-tionships between the development of the residential market and the various fac-tors that affect it were examined. By establishing statistical relationships and using forecasts and surveys produced by professional institutions, it was possible to as-sess the likely evolution of development activities in the city. An important part of this work was also an analysis of the city's urban area for further development activities. The theoretical part provides a basic overview of the residential market and focuses primarily on development activities.

The task of the thesis is to develop the necessary technical documentation for the implementation of the wooden house. In the first part is made a general overview on the construction of wooden buildings and design of consturction layers. Furthermore, we present data describing of using the rainwater in buildings, construction of green roofs and there is also outlined the problems of static structural analysis. The main part of the work is focused on making the documentation of a particular house, especially the election of the structural design. Design of wall layers, ceiling layers and detailed solutions. The conclusion is devoted to a summary and evaluation of the theases. Thesis is accompanied by the production house documentation solved. In the attached is a static protocol dokument of house and roof.

The diploma thesis consists of two main parts, namely of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of diploma thesis is separated into several main chapters. The first chapter is created by historical survey of animal conception in previous legal modifications. Especially, the legal modicification of animal in Act 40/1964 Coll. Is interesting. The second chapter is aimed at judicial disputes cause by animals about compensation of damage. The third chapter defines animal in the conception of Act 89/2012 Coll. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is finished by a table. It compares the former legal modification with the current legal modification about animals. The practical part of the diploma thesis is aimed at insurance of animals. The practical part has several main chapters too. The first chapter defines common modification of insurance in Act 89/2012 Coll. The second chapter is aimed at survey of Czech insurance companies, which offer insurance of animals. The last chapter is very important. This chapter summarizes results of conversations with respondents. Respondents are owners of animals and they have insurance for their animals. There are a lot of types of animal insurance. The differences between various types of animal insurance are explained in the practical part.

The thesis is devoted to the topic of tenancy by the spouses, and its use as is specified in the new adaptation of the Civil Code no. 89/2012 Coll. It replaced until functioning Civil Code from the year 1964. The new legislation is specified series of new institutes, whose primary aim is to protect the weaker party, in the case of tenant. The diploma thesis was divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, was attention paid to basic concepts which have been defined. There were characterized rights of tenant and landlord, analyzed housing legislation according to the new Civil Code. The practical part was devoted to the interpretation of survey results. There were approached tenants of several apartment buildings in Kralupy nad Vltavou. Based on the findings, were designed some recommendations to raise awareness about the rights and responsibilities of tenants, as well as about the whole issue of housing legally.

The theme of this thesis is ?The development of metodology valuation of flats?. Its aim is to monitor and evaluating the development of prices by regulations. The first part of this thesis describes basic definitions relating to the valuation of flats explain the concepts of price and value and the methods that are used in the valuation of flats. In a separate chapter I focused on the wording of the laws and regulations in the valuation. In practical part I appraised flat using program Delta-NEM working with regulations available in this program. There were used comparative and expense methods. In the last part is shown progressive evolution of prices model and used flat using graphs and made comparsion prices progression of these two flats.

In my thesis I am analyzing the construction industry in the South Bohemia. I have chosen this theme because I had been working for several years in real estate industry. I am focusing on the housing construction, because I think it is an important issue. First I am writing about the sources and also about the definition used in the thesis. The main practical chapters deal the analysis of the building industry. First I analyze the sector in the whole Czech Republic. I am showing on several graphs the development of construction in past few years and also its structure and problems. The same I do with specific part of construction {--} the housing construction. After characterizing South Bohemia from the demographic, geographic and economic aspects, I am describing its construction industry with focus on the housing construction and the real estate market. I am also comparing the prices of dwellings in several towns in South Bohemia and. At the end I am trying to estimate the future of the construction industry in Czech Republic and South Bohemia.

Zánik nájmu bytu / Termination of a residential lease

This thesis is concerned with particular ways in which a lease of apartment can end according to new Civil Code no. 89/2012 col. and act no. 90/2012 col., new corporate law, and a comparison with previous legislation. At the outset the paper briefly introduces historical evolution and end of appartment rental institution from the Civil Code of 1811 to the present. The basic terms such as apartment and contract of lease are defined in the next part. The main text is concerned with the ways of ending a contract, predominantly the institution of eviction. The thesis also examines some related questions, such as handing off apartments or plurality of subjects either among tenants or among landlords. The paper concludes with evaluation of changes the new civic law brought about.

The method section focuses on applying valuation methods to a particular real estate. The aim of this paper is to effectuate property valuation using standard methods, compare the results, and assess market value. This means that this piece of work focuses not only on calculation of individual methods itself, but it also examines their mutual relations and their role in assessing market value.
