The object is designed in such manner tat it would fit together with the surrounding landscape. There are applied natural materials as wood, stone. Mass of the building is divided into two objects, A and B, connected by means of a subbasement. The public outdoor areas are fixed between these buildings and are terraced. From the upper terrace there is situated entrance into the building A with the reception desk, restaurant, congress hall and wellness. We can get into the building through the connection corridor in the subbasement or from the upper terrace. In the B building B there is situated accommodation of the **** standard. Then leaseable wine-cellars and a wine bar accessible from the lower terrace. The object layout is interestingly solved. Such layout offers to the visitor countless interesting sights and views of the surrounding landscape. The diploma thesis deals with the design of **** Hotel Hrůdek with Salon of Wines in the locality Hrůdek near Velké Pavlovice. Hrůdek is located at Velké Pavlovice on the Velké Pavlovice - Bořetice bicycle route and it is very good location for tourism. It is associates the customer with vineyard and apricot products. The wine salon serves as a unique opportunity to individually taste any of the stored wines. During the tasting of the visitors, sommelier is available, which provides information on wine and individual wineries on request. The investor plan is to attract visitors to the local specialty called apricot wine. A beautiful, pure apricot aroma returns visitors back to July, until the time of collection of fresh Velvavlovice apricots. The freshness of this apricot wine is underlined by spicy acidity in harmony with a pleasant touch of residual sugar. The availability of historical data in wine cellars to construct a quantitative life cycle model

Lochner, Johan G. 12 1900 (has links)
Thesis (MBA)--Stellenbosch University, 2001. / Some digitised pages may appear illegible due to the condition of the original hard copy / ENGLISH ABSTRACT: What are the definite goals that organisations should strive for in modern-day business? How do we create sustainable competitive advantage in the world of business today? The ideal situation for an organisation is one in which it has important competitive advantages that are sustainable over time. This however is not as easy as a few years ago and the competition is more intense in basically every industry and business sector than it has ever been in the past. The last remaining source of truly sustainable competitive advantage lies in the unique ways in which each organisation structures its work and motivates its people to achieve clearly articulated strategic objectives - strategy is a company's formula for winning. An organisational life cycle model could be defined as a model that identifies a number of discreet stages that a firm goes through as it develops over time, following a growth strategy. Furthermore, the analysis of organisational life cycles, push us to ask new questions about organisations and lead us to take serious the proposition that history and prehistory powerfully shape organisations here and now. It also causes us to rethink the relationship between theory and methods. Despite some arguments on the relevancy of organisational life cycles, or the problems that may exist in the acceptance of organisational life cycle models, there is a strong belief that not only individual organisations, but industries as a whole may benefit from the identification of a valid organisational life cycle model, based on their business. The stages of an organisation's life cycle are predictable and repetitive, therefore enabling management to take proactive preventative measures, enabling them to deal with future problems earlier or avoid them altogether. It is thus evident that, if the life cycle of an organisation can be predicted, it is a right step towards creating a learning organisation, in turn, enhancing the possibility to achieve a higher level of success sooner in its life cycle.

Čechová, Lucie January 2018 (has links)
The primary aim of the project was to create a new hotel building with a wine gustation salon in a way which would interfere with the natural character of the surroundings as little as possible whilst offering a wide lookout. The purpose of this building facility is also more than four-star accommodations. The hotel also contains a restaurant, wine gustation salon with an adjacent wine gallery representing local wine area of Modré Hory and a spacious underground wellness complex making the stay at the hotel more pleasurable. The industrial conception of the building is inspired by wine production and the periodicality of vineyards which is observable on the front mounted facade. Preservation of the regularity of both horizontal and vertical rasters was possible thanks to this facade. Another interesting factor of the building is the roof of the overground part of the wellness center which is used as a staircase seating. This part of the object created a partially covered amphitheatre and a summer theater which also serves as the main front space entry of the hotel.

Dědečková, Tereza January 2018 (has links)
The aim was to propose a study of the Moravian Wine Center. It is a hotel with a congress, wellness and wine lounge. This newly designed hotel is located in an area called Hrůdek in the cadastral area of Velké Pavlovice. The marginal design also solves the connection with the path on the south side of the hotel, which also serves as a cycle path. Here is a cyclo landing with the possibility of a small snack and of visiting the wine exhibition, which is then connected with the wine lounge in the hotel.
