The main objective of my diploma projest was to develop a comprehensive proposal for a town house at the intersection.This project detail design undeveloped parcel. My urban plan ended city block, and public space connects the two streets.

This thesis aims to describe the proposed implementation process of the introduction of padel in the Czech Republic and to draw up a business plan to build the first padel centre in the Czech Republic called Padel centre Prague. The main analytical method is a detailed financial plan on which economic indicators of implementation of this investment project are quantified. Leading procedures for detecting data are questionnaire surveys, telephone query and also an estimate, which is used mainly in the analysis of the financial plan. The estimated average payback period for this investment is 3.2 years, while the real recovery of funds spent on the construction of padel centre should occur during the fifth year of its operation.

The diploma thesis is elaborated as an architectural study on Moravian Wine Center. The project deals with the design of a wine hotel with a wine presentation. The building is located in the open countryside, in the Velké Pavlovice wine region. The hotel is conceived as a cultural center. There are congress halls, a wellness center, wine tasting areas with wine cellars. But also the exhibition area, which ensures the presentation of wines. There is also a restaurant with a terrace, with beautiful views of the countryside and significant landmarks.

The master´s diploma thesis Tax Havens and Their Utilization deals with the respective problematic of tax havens and characteristics of chosen companies with their advantages. The first part of the work characterizes crucial notions and tax havens. The second part depicts chosen tax havens. The next part of the diploma thesis focuses on an example of taxation of a company with the following recommendation for a choice of a convenient tax haven for establishing a company.

The Tourist Information Centre of Brno is currently searching for ideas on how to utilise and create access to out-of-use historical reservoirs located almost at the top of The Yellow Hill, in the area covered in wild vegetation hemmed in by Tomešova and Tvrdého street. The goal of the first phase of the project was to create a concept of utilisation of the area and the objects within. The second phase of Master Thesis concentrates on describing a specific idea of processes taking place in this area and a detailed design of its selected parts.

Urban and architectonic study of cultural centre in Koprivnice, Czech Republic. Study is concerning the possible usage and transformation of actual buildings built in 1990´s. The aim of proposal is to use the existing, simplify the complicated, complete the existing. The design offers a transformation of actual culturaly-educational facility into a new centre appropriate to needs of present inhabitants. Community centre is cleared out from unrelated functions and gets a clear definition of a place where cultural, musical and theatrical events take place. After possible developement evaluation of Tatra factory (done in pre-diploma project) is the Tatra museum situated newly behind the city municipal office building. There it stimulates actualy arising brownfield. New proposed museum building contents a mediatheque. The mediatheque aims on community functions in the city presented by atrium as a meeting place.

The diploma thesis deals with the construction of a new community centre and reconstruction of an existing church and a parish in Ostrava-Kunčičky. The aim of the thesis is to revitalize the area of the potential centre of happenings in Kunčičky and to respond appropriately to the context and character of the place. The design works with objects equally and creates a solid image of the spiritual and community centre. The building complex helps to activate the site itself and its surroundings and brings a new impulse to community life in the area. Community centre and interventions in the existing buildings efficiently and adequately use the parcel. The design strives to use the potential of the place and works with hidden links to the surroundings. The resulting solution is characterized by its multilayer nature. Partial fragments help to create a complex unit with a number of new outdoor areas of different character, scale and utilization. Two-storey compact structure of the community centre includes social and leisure time facilities. The chosen technology of the building is in accordance with the specific social structure in the area and the operational and economy aspect alongside. The main goal in the reconstruction of the church buildings and parish is to build up on their values, uplift qualities and to purify them from inappropriate elements.

The subject of this diploma thesis is based on the specific intention of the town Žďár nad Sázavou to rebuild the original nursery school at Okružní street to the community center. The building of former crches is located on the border of Stalingrad and new locations with family houses Klafar. The design of the building modification of the existing building is based on the perception of the continuity of the development, especially of the building structure. The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional community center with operational and administrative facilities. With regard to the capacity of the current building, it was necessary to extend the extension to meet the spatial requirements of each site. The construction program was specified by the developer and extended by two new facilities - the community center and the headquarters. It also includes the solution of outdoor areas, sufficient parking capacity and, in particular, the creation of a clear identity of the community site.

Title: Public opinion on the construction of the National Olympic Center in Nymburk Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to determine public opinion in Nymburk and the surrounding municipalities on the intended construction of the National Olympic Center in Nymburk, based on own survey. Methods: Research method used in this thesis is a quantitative method of research - interviewing. Own questionnaire of author was drawn up to determine public opinion on the construction of the National Olympic Center in Nymburk. Results: Based on the data obtained, it was found out that the public opinion on the construction of the National Olympic Center is largely positive. The public is open to this project, people want a modern sport center and support its construction despite the expensive and scope of the project and.
