Vzhledem k tomu, že působím jako interní auditor několika malých firem s certifikovaným systémem managementu jakosti podle normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001, zaměřím se především na jejich problémy a zkušenosti. Provedu analýzu dokumentace systému managementu jakosti, pomocí rozhovorů s pracovníky a pozorování skutečně probíhajících firemních procesů identifikuji slabá místa systému. Jako další zdroj informací použiji zprávy z interních a externích auditů, firemní dokumenty a záznamy.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá různými oblastmi podnikové certifikace. V teoretické části popisuje druhy auditu, normy jakosti ISO, systém správné výrobní praxe GMP a systém kritických bodů HACCP. V praktické části se zabývá přípravou konkrétně vybraného podniku z praxe, společnosti Fit logistics s.r.o., Hradec Králové, na přijetí těchto norem, certifikaci v těchto oblastech a následné audity. Závěr je věnován porovnání externího auditu, systému řízení jakosti ISO a systému potravinářských norem GMP společně s HACCP v osmi stanovených kritériích, které představují základní charakteristiky těchto certifikací.

Práce pojednává o zavedeném systému kvality ve firmě a jeho vyhodnocení z hlediska přínosů. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem kvalita, řízení kvality, koncepce systému ISO a přístupy ekonomiky kvality. Praktická část v úvodu popisuje firmu a odvětví, ve kterém působí. Dále jsou popsány prvky normy, následuje finanční analýza, přínosy po zavedení firmy a práce je zakončena pojednáním o výzkumu v závodě.

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to assess the impact of introduction of the "Cyklisté vítáni" certification on a certified business and to analyze why the certification is not attractive to a larger population of business owners. Based on the analysis, several alternatives will be proposed to increase attractiveness of the certification with the goal to improve long-term viability of the "Cyklisté vítáni" project.

The diploma thesis deals with the issues quality of health care in the hospitals of Vysočina Region. The quality of health care is being studied in hospitals in Jihlava, Havlíčkův Brod, Třebíč, Pelhřimov and Nové Město na Moravě. The aim of the diploma thesis, on the basis of the results, is to propose recommendations for hospitals in the Vysočina Region and on which areas of health care quality management should focus the hospitals. The benefit of the thesis is evaluation of the process for obtaining accreditations, monitoring of adverse events and proposals for quality management of health care.All hospitals have a health care quality management system. The basis for making recommendations is qualitative research, especially a deep interview. Conclusion of diploma thesis is fact, that the quality of health care is important for hospitals in the region.

Abstract The growing importance of forest certification has been under discussion in recent decades. In 21st century the FSC certification has been spreading across the Europe, and it has caused controversies among the citizens. The standards differ within the European Union, which has led to the situation where forest owners in some countries aren’t able to adapt the FSC certification, and are losing their markets. There are two forest certification organizations in Europe, the PEFC and the FSC. These two organizations can be seen as competitors nowadays. Both have certified forest around the world, in all continents. Among the forestry experts and forest owners, there is no consensus, whether the forest certifications are affecting positively to the market situation or not. Situations vary between the countries, since the standards and the usage of certificates differ. This thesis describes the situation of the forest certifications in Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic and Austria. The results are gathered from literature, articles and forestry experts' interviews by countries. From the results of these interviews a SWOT analysis is conducted, which assess whether the FSC certification is developing the market situation with positive or negative effect. The conclusions are based on the SWOT analysis results, and include suggestions for the further development for FSC forest certification by countries.

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of horizontal governance structures in the model of VOC wines in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part deals with characteristics of hybrid forms of integration, cluster and their use in viticulture. Subsequently, development of viticulture in the Czech Republic is analysed as well as its impact on the alternative food networks. Further the thesis presents appellation system abroad and in the Czech Republic. All of the VOC networks are described and one of them is characterized and analysed in detail. According to this analysis the current status of this certification model.

The thesis is focused on the issue of service quality and its management from the perspective of service providers. Certifications in tourism are discussed as a possible instrument of service quality management. The main objective is to formulate a recommendation for the development of certification Cyclist Welcome which is focused on meeting the specific requirements of cyclists. Using the primary research in the form of questionnaire are analysed the main benefits of service providers who are involved in mentioned certification and more context determining satisfaction of these certified subjects.

This diploma thesis deals with quality brand issue focused on the used cars market -- "Pečeť jakosti". During the creation has been done analysis of this brand in order to take a closer look on it and on the range of it's effectiveness on the czech market. For this purpose has been used questionnaires on the customers'side and on the car sellers'side either. From this results has been afterwards concluded recommendations in order to raise awareness of "Pečeť jakosti". Also, for comparison, has been shortly dealt with used cars certification on a different than czech market.

The thesis is focused on two chosen standards of project management such as IPMA and PMI. The document covers fundamental terms of connected with the topic of project management. There is also a description of both institutions including their history and structure. The comparison of both standards and their certifications according to chosen indicators is based on the analysis of above-mentioned theoretical background. The thesis is based on information contained in official IPMA and PMI materials.
