Summary Along the development of bussines and market environment, where supply is superior to demand todays world brings also higher standards of a customer. Customers aren't willing to make any concessions or tolerate mistakes of suppliers, and still demand highest quality. Companies are exposed to big competition and searching for possibilities how to prevail on market. One of these possibilities is high quality product and service. The amount of companies, which have quality certificates proves how important is to have good reliable product. The product and service quality became an important rival factor and often evenly matched, or even more important then price. Graduation theses is concerning area of a management quality as a tool for upgrading efficiency of a company and quality management with the purpose to gain and maintain customers satisfaction. The objective of this theses is to evaluate actual situation of quality management and to propose general changes in managing, leading to create quality system which enables acquirement of the quality certificate. To achieve objective of this theses, an analyses of current management in a certain company was elaborated. On the base of this analyses general changes in quality management were proposed by selected elements of the norm ISO 9001:2000. The outcome of this work proves, that there are many steps and changes needed to be accomplished to achieve in the quality management which is true to the norm CSN EN ISO 9001:2001.

I am trying to compare the classification of 2009 with the present classification valid since 2010 till 2012 but also with classifications of other countries. For this comparison I chose the classification of the accommodation in Great Britain which is according my opinion very detailed but also with the classification of other, mainly European countries (with the American classification I compare the classification only in general terms).

This thesis focuses on the analysis of environmental audit instruments in economic terms. It is primarily aimed at assessing the effectiveness of this tool for entrepreneurs. The first stage of work is focused on the concept and definition of environmental audit and its history. This study then reports an analysis of benefits and costs of the environmental management system which is a prerequisite for setting auditing ISO 14001 and EMAS. The practical part of this thesis contains two case studies of specific examples of audits based on ISO certification.

The practical part is focused to the analyse of the current quality management system as well as performing of internal audits of quality management system. Based on the information from theoretical review, internal document analysis, interviews with the high management representatives and data analysis, various changes were suggested. The issue of migration within the European Union has grown in member countries to considerable size. Management representatives of EU institutions have decided to address this situation. They established community program Solidarity and management of migration flows. The European Commission has decided that for the financial management of this program will be used the principle of shared management. The principle of shared financial management is the delegation of powers and responsibilities for funding and implementing the program from the institutions of the European Commission to the Member State. This decision creates an obligation for a Member State to establish a system of financial management programs in accordance with financial rules of the European Union (not by the financial rules of the Member State). So the general program "Solidarity and management of migration flows" became the first community program in the CR, which is being implemented on the principle of shared financial management. Member states are obliged to create their own theoretical and methodological basis of a new financial management. This method of financial management has three pillars - Responsible Authority, Audit Authority and Certification Authority. The recipient of funds may be non-profit organizations or state or public nonprofit organization. The financial management of the Responsible Authority is responsible for program implementation in the Member State through projects of final beneficiaries. The Audit Authority is the control body. The Certification Authority is the authority for confirmation. It is the last link between the European Commission and Member States. The task of the Certification Authority and at the same time of this dissertation was to develop new theoretical and methodological system of internationally recognized certification of public expenditures for services that are financed from the EU budget. In the past, the issue of certification of the expenditures financed by community programs in the CR was not addressed. The goal set in my work was met. New theoretical and methodological certification system was created. Functionality and effectiveness of the system was checked before being put into practice through expert assessment by experts of the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Finance. Also theoretical and methodological approach was developed, which was approved by the Minister of the Interior, and which became a mandatory certification standard for all involved organizations in the CR. The system was put into practice and has been used since 2009.

This graduation thesis deals with the analysis of the process quality management in the chosen organization. There exist many reasons why should the companies implement the system of the quality management. From the point of view of the producers the quality represents a tool. Thanks to this tool is reached the loyalty of the customers, reduced their perceptiveness on a potential price change and kept the competitive position of the company. The goal of the dissertation was the analysis of the process quality management in the chosen organization and determination of the proposals leading to the improvement of this process. The measures which I proposed could improve the processes of the realization of the foundry products, increase the customers' satisfaction, increase the loyalty of the workers and contribute to the overall improvement of the quality management system of the company Sytech.
