Vliv a význam aktivního managementu v nížinných lesích na epigeickou faunu pavoukůVymazalová, Pavla January 2018 (has links)
In the thesis was investigated the influence and importance of active management in lowland forests on epigeic spider fauna. The research was carried out on 15 randomly chosen research plots in the NPR Děvín (The Pálava Protected Landscape Area). Together, the research took place on 15 plots with 3 tretaments on each plot: heavy thinning, moderate thinning, control plots (no management). The spiders were collected using pitfall traps when three pitfall traps in each transect were placed five meters between each other across the central axis of each research plot. The results show that locatity is characteric by high abundance and species richness of spiders. Overall, 3683 adult spiders belonging to 21 families, 70 genera and 116 species were collected and determined, including high presence of rare and endangered species. The species richness and number of conservation bioindicators had the highest values on plots where heavy thinning was applied. The abundance of spiders had the highest values in a moderate thinning, mainly due to dominant species Pardosa lugubris (Walckenaer, 1802) and Trochosa terricola (Thorell, 1856). Functional diversity was significantly higher in open stands, however, the individual functional features (e.g. spider hunting strategies) were equally dispersed in all types of forest stands. The evenness of these functional groups depend on the coverage and density of vegetation. The research show that the most appropriate for biodiversity conservation in lowland forest reserves is to return to active management, but not across the whole area. It is necessary to preserve the mosaicity of lowland oak forests, it means preserve heterogeneity of microhabitats in the stand because different species and ecological groups of spiders prefer different ecological conditions. This can support the overall biodiversity of lowland forest ecosystems. In comparison with other studies, these conclusions are applicable to other groups of organisms occurring in the lowland forests of the Czech Republic.

Uplatnění tisu obecného (Taxus baccata L.) v lesníh porostech na území CHKO Moravský KrasTrněný, Miroslav January 2019 (has links)
Thema of the thesis is to analyse actual state and predict future application of english yew (Taxus baccata L.) in forest sites at chosen parts of PLA Moravský kras. Structure of parent stand and natural regeneration is analyzed on locations of interest Habrůvecká tůň, Lažánky, Sloup and Macocha. There was measured height, dbh, height of the crown, projection of the crown and space situations were drawned for mature individuals. In case of natural regeneration every individual was measured for height, distance from assumed parent tree, age and damage by game. At locations of interest were analysed 82 mature individuals. Height ranges from 1,7 to 13,4 m and dbh ranges from 4,1 to 33,7 cm. Natural regeneration containing 260 individuals was found near 35 mature yews and 58% was younger than 5 years. Damage by browsing was observed at 51 individuals, respectively 19,6 % of population. Mostly, trees older than 5 years are damaged. Damage is often repetitive. Only two individuals from natural regeneration are higher than 1m. From research is apparent negative influence of game on natural regeneration. Future of yew population in PLA Moravský Kras is conditioned to elimination of negative influence of game, which can be achieved by lowering numbers of game or suitable protection of trees.

Možnosti rozvoje druhého bydlení na okraji bývalého Vojenského újezdu Brdy / Possibilities of second home development in neighbourhood of the former Military Region BrdyPojerová, Kristýna January 2019 (has links)
Possibilities of second home development in neighbourhood of the former Military Region Brdy Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the topic of second homes in the villages in the outskirts of the former Military Region Brdy in the Pilsen region. These villages got back parts of their cadastral area, which were taken away in 1949 when the military area was established. These villages are specifically Borovno, Míšov, Spálené Poříčí, Trokavec, Skořice, Mirošov, Štítov, Strašice, Dobřív and Těně. The aim of the thesis is to define the state and possible future of second home tourism in the area of interest, in connection with the potential which the area gained with the establishment of the Protected Landscape area Brdy on 1st January of 2016. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical input into the issue, attention is focused on second homes and tourism in connection with demilitarization and in relation to nature protection. In the second part the study area is characterized from the socio and physical - geographic point of view, the potential for tourism is also analysed. Next part is focused directly on the second homes in the area and on the results of field survey, which consisted of questioning the users of second homes and of structured interviews with mayors of studied villages. Zjišťování druhového a početního zastoupení střevlíkovitých (Carabidae, Coleoptera) v přírodní rezervaci Mokřad pod TipečkemHálová, Helena January 2014 (has links)
In 2013, a faunistic research of the Carabidae tribe was carried out in the nature reserve of Mokřad pod Tipečkem (Wetland under Tipeček). The object of the nature reserve protection are waterlogged meadows and plant and animal societies typical for this environment. 12 ground traps were placed in the locality in four different areas (always on a mowed post, an unmowed one, the edge of a wood and the edge of a meadow with a wetland). Altogether, there were 34 species recorded with the total number of 328 individuals, among which there are two signifiant species, Leistus rufomarginatus with 3 individuals and Limodromus krynickii (2 individuals). Limodromus krynickii is recorded on the Red list of endangered species in the Czech Republic. In the above mantioned lokality, the most numerous species recorded were Pterostichus nigrita, Pterostichus niger, Abax parallelepipedus and Abax parallelus. Majority of the detected species are adaptace, prefering damp and umbral environment. The outcomes show that the area on the edge of a wood (area 3) is the most multifarious as to species and the number of individuals. On the other hand, areas 1 and 2 are not so multifarious.

Komplexní zhodnocení současného stavu a péče o maloplošná zvláště chráněná území CHKO PoodříKolář, Daniel January 2015 (has links)
ABSTRACT Daniel Kolář Title: Complementary evaluation of the current state and care of small-scale protected area of the PLA Poodří This thesis deals with assessment and evaluation of state and care of 15 structurally diverse small scale specially protected landscape areas (SPLA) under the PLA Poodří authority, applying the Methodology of Evaluation of Small-scale Specially Protected Landscape Areas (Svátek and Buček 2005). In terms of the final evaluation, the current state of the SPLAs has been defined as good in the case of 10 SPLAs as average in the case of 4 SPLAs and has been defined as bad in the case of 1 SPLAs . The assessed care has been defined as good in the case of 9 SPLAs, as average in the case of 5 SPLAs, and as poor in one case (it is a comparative evaluation of an area which was excluded from the list of SPLAs of the PLA Poodří a year ago). The thesis deals with and suggests partial measures and remedies concerning preservation or improvement of the state and care of the protected areas in question. In the conclusion, the thesis assesses and evaluates the complementary analysis of the state and care of small-scale SPLA administrated by PLA Poodří.

Struktura a modelový vývoj porostů reliktních borů v NPR Adršpašsko-teplické skály. / The structure and model development of relict pine stands in the NNR Adršpašsko-teplické skály.Šimonová, Berenika January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the structure and evolution model of relict stands of pine forests in the NPR Adršpašsko-teplické skály. Measurements were performed on four permanent research plots. These were established in the past and have dimensions 50 x 50 meters. By using Field-Map technology were recorded locations of all individuals of tree layer, natural regeneration, the position of stumps and dead wood in these areas. By the direct measurement were recorded growth characteristics. The measured data were evaluated by mathematical-statistical methods. The resulting data were used to assess the structure and for prediction of development of the undergrowth as the basis for the creation of nature-friendly management in similar habitat and vegetation conditions of natural pine forests.
