In these days, on over the world, we ca find a huge CNC centres which are more and more often completely automatized. There is no necessity of human intervention to change or stock the machining tools. All these operations are made thanks of robots and manipulators to economize time and money. Target of this these is conception of the mobile storage stacker which can be made and then transported to the place of usage in a 40ft sea container. After transportation the stacker is completelly reade to use. Thanks of this concept, we gain universal storage stacker for differents conditions without necessity of new concepts and and solutions for each CNC centre.

The thesis deals with various aspects of the structure - manufacturing solutions fixture in terms of small manufacturing firm. In the thesis are discussed problems which the author of the thesis with small-scale production meets. A substantial part of the thesis is also made by comparation of the production of small series production and large series. Emphasis is placed on efficiency and economy of the entire production process.

This diploma thesis deals with a production process lower roller, this is a main part of oblique cylindrical straightening machines in the company Žďas a. s. Žďár nad Sázavou. The first part of the thesis is focused on kinds of cylindrical straightening machines and on processing of bar stock and tubes. Next is the thesis dedicated to the production of the main part of the lower oblique cylindrical roller straightening machines. The production takes place on an older turning machine Škoda Plzeň SR1000/5000. In the following part of the thesis is solved the possibility of using new technologies and new machining CNC machine, that would increase the productivity, quality and accuracy of the product. In the final part of the thesis is solved technical and economical evaluation of proposed technology.

The aim of this diploma work was a proposal to make the process of machining of injection mould more efficient. The work described the initial state of machining of a moulding injection part from the technological point of splinter machining, including the description of each production areas, the tool used in the process and the machines. The main part of the diploma work was focused on consideration of a possible way leading to the increase in the efficiency of the production process of machining of an injection mould part that included the transfer of the initial way of machining of a moulding injection part to CNC lathe Gildemeister CTX beta 500. Furthermore the work described the tool that had been used including the description of proposed control programs for machining of an injection mould part. The essential part of the work was a techno-economical assessment of the proposed variant of solution, which included analysis of the production costs and the time indexes that were achieved during the production.

This document describes the design of new production technology specific part in an engineering company. The specific part is manufactured on a machining center by milling method. To create model was used SolidWorks software and to create CNC program was used SolidCAM program. There is production process created with new and old technologies. There is a comparison of both technologies in conclusion.

The thesis deals with innovation of the technological process of casting called Fan support in the company Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to component description which is made of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V. The section is also devoted to jet engine TFE 731, which is the engine where our particular component has specific function. Another part is focused on theoretical analysis of material characteristics of titanium alloys and their machinability. In the following section there are considered alternatives of machine suppliers with subsequent selection of the multifunctional CNC milling-turning center DMC 80 U duoBLOCK equipped with Jetstream technology. The transfer of the production to another machine is accompanied by an innovation of the technological process, making new fixtures and optimalization of the cutting tools. The section is also dedicated to static analysis of the component in operation 7 supported by finite element method (FEM). The final part of the thesis includes evaluation of the costs and savings achieved by innovation of the technological process.

This master's thesis is about the possibilities of NC programming of car wheel hub component in software SinuTrain 4.7. The theoretical part is focused on the integration of the SINUMERIK 840D control system with other control systems, it contains informations about basic methods of NC programming and research relate to the field of materials used for the production of component. The practical part of the thesis includes the design and processing of technical documentation of the component, production technology and NC program. The output of this thesis is practical verified the function of the NC program by simulation in software SinuTrain 4.7.

This diploma project is about the relationship between building and ground. My interest has been in an excavating process in which landscape and architecture is treated in the same manner. With this I want to achieve an ambiguous and a non-hierarchic relationship between ground and building. Hidden within a landscape is a metro station for an extension of the blue line and a bus terminal for buses to Nacka and Värmdö. The project is a composite of landscape and building, substrates, bedrock, concrete and wood. Alejandro Zaera Polo writes in his text "The Politics of the Envelope" about "the Flat-Horizontal Envelope" which are buildings with larger horizontal dimensions than vertical. These are buildings that because of its vastnes act as a boundary in the urban settings. A Bus Terminal is often of this category. With my proposal of diffusing the relationship between building and ground and speculations on letting the ground become the envelope of the building I suggest a development of the flat-horizontal envelope typology. My proposal is not an urban boundary. On the contrary it invites and allow for passing across and engage in the building. / Det här examensarbete handlar om relationen mellan byggnad och mark. Mitt intresset har legat i en utgrävande process i vilken landskap och byggnad behandlas på samma sätt. Med det vill jag uppnå en oklar eller tvetydig relation mellan mark och byggnad. En icke hirarkisk relation. Gömd innuti landskapet ligger en tunnelbanestation, som är slutstaionen på en förlängning av blå linjen österut. Samt en bussterminal för bussar mot Nacka och Värmdö. Projektet är en komposit av landskap och byggnad, jord, berggrund, betong och trä. Alejandro Zaera Polo skriver i sin text "The Politics of the Envelope" om "den platta och horisontella fasaden". Det är byggnader med större horisontell dimension än vertikal. Det är byggnader, som pågrund av sin storlek och utsträkthet blir bariärer i det urbana landskapet. Med mitt förslag, som handlar om att sudda ut gränsen mellan byggnad och mark och dessutom spekulera om att låta själva marken vara byggnadens fasad, så föreslår jag en utveckling av typologin "den platta - horisontella fasaden". Mitt förslag är ingen bariär. Utan motsattsen. Mitt förslag bjuder in till att pasera över och igenom.

I mitt examensarbete arbetar jag med minne, plats och identitet. Mitt mål med projektet är att formgiva ett skåp med naturinspiration från Dalsland. Med mina kopplingar till Dalsland har jag tittat närmre på landskapets mönster i naturen. Temat intresserar mig för jag har under många år samlat bilder och filmer på mönster jag har sett i naturen. Dessa mönsterbildningar i naturen väcker minnen hos mig och kan väcka hos andra.  Jag hittar jag mönster i Dalsland som naturen skapat. Under examensarbete vill jag undersöka hur man kan gestalta en plats naturmönster i en möbel. Med mitt examensprojekt hoppas jag kunna uppnå nya erfarenheter till tekniker jag inte testat tidigare. Jag vill bland annat testa att CNC-fräsa som komponent till ett skåp. Samt visa de jag lärt mig under mina år på Konstfack.  På botten av Vänern har vattnet format sandbottnen till ett vågmönster. Det här sandmönstret har jag ritat upp i ett 3D-program utifrån ett fotografi som jag sedan CNC-fräst ut i MDF. Sanden ligger horisontellt på botten av Vänern, men nu har jag rest upp mönstret och satt MDF-skivorna med det frästa mönstret på ett skåp. Med examensarbetet vill jag kunna rekonstruera och hylla naturens vackra mönsterbildningar. Mitt examensarbtet är viktigt för det visar prov på en formgivningprocess jag brukar använda mig av. Mitt arbete visar hur man kan använda CNC-tekniken till möbelformgivning. Arbetet är viktigt för de visar hur mycket minnen och referenser människor kan få av ett mönster.

My degree project aims to create a set of furniture and space which all “warped” by the voices of my beloved family member. I investigated how to record and translate the voices and materialize them into furniture. I processed the emotion of missing my family by materializing their voices through my “voice embedding methods.” Which I translate voices into form.  My “warped” space aims to reflect the power of human emotions. The voice curves that I extract from the “voice warping method” are rich in information and emotions. I want this “warping complexity” to question the ideology of the clean and empty “ideal space,” which is the tendency in today’s interior architecture and furniture design.
