The diploma thesis deals with marketing communication and its optimization in a company which runs a business in internet providing. The first part of the thesis includes theoretical basis which serves as a general knowledge for processing of other parts. The second part of the thesis is analythical. In this part, the company is introduced and analyses of the marketing communication and current situation of the company are also carried out. According to these findings, recommendations for improvement of the marketing communication of the company are made.

The thesis focuses mainly on the design of the communication mix of the selected company. It is divided into three main parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical basis for the given issue, defines basic definitions and terms related to marketing, marketing communications. It also focuses on the characteristics of selected analyses of the microenvironment and macroenvironment of the selected company, which are essential for the following parts of the diploma thesis. The second part is focused on the actual analysis of the current situation of the selected company and the third part on the actual design of the communication mix in order to comply with the basic objectives of the company.

In the theoretical part are described the theoretical starting points of work on the given topic of marketing research on the B2B market. In the analytical part, the necessary analyzes are made to propose a new communication mix for this company. Suggestions for improving the communication mix are summarized in the third chapter of this diploma thesis.
