The thesis is focused on developing a marketing strategy proposal and creating a set of specific recommendations for the company Servis Feňo, which provides service in the field of electric water heating. To identification of a company current state, it has been used a marketing situational analysis, i.e. evaluation external and internal factors, which results in a summary SWOT analysis. On the basis of weak spots detected, this particular measures were proposed; to define mission, vision and targets of a company, to create a client database, to redesign and improve corporate identity, dress code, revision of the current websites and other instruments of online communication such as SEO and PPC advertisement. Realisation of these particular marketing strategy proposes should lead to acquisition of new clients, retaining of current ones and strengthening competitiveness of the company.

How does the space impact us and how do we influence it. This kinds of view are hold out with people in age of adolescent. I follow up with my bachelor work which was concerned with this age group in course of study in subculture graffiti and street art which I use now for examples and possible influnces on graphic design and illustration. I continue with refilling questionnaire and didactics project, partly practically maked in practice, after theory. This work is topped up with documentary of pictures in public space, object of my own and ritual in space like this. Thesis "The phenomenon of tattoo, body as a socio-cultural and art document" is about tattoo as not only a form of body decoration, but as a possible theme in arts teaching. The author tried to map the history of this ancient ornamentation, to justify rising interest in it in the present and last but not least, tried to find a way how to present it to elementary school students in a comprehensible way. The thesis includes examples of possible reasons and ways of tattoo, while trying to find a connection to rituals (traditional and modern). The important part is finding options how to include this topic in the arts teaching at elementary schools and how to approximate possible pros and cons of this ornamentation.

This diploma thesis focuses on the problem of information behavior in the process of providing medical and health information. Research focuses on identifying information barriers. Research was implemented in several specialized workplaces: Homolka Hospital Library, National Medical Library, Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine: Scientific Medical Library, Institute for Postgraduate Medical Education: Department of Scientific Information and Bulovka Hospital Library. The following part is my own research listing the reference workstations and utilizing the information about the problem provided by the local employees. The information was gathered during monitored interviews. The thesis also introduces basic theoretical concepts of the area of information behavior, which are related to the topic. The final part is the evaluation of the results from the collection of information. The components are suggestions for changes to improve.

Its main aim is to design and implement lessons, that are focused on language support for children with different mother language through the work with a book in kindergarten. The effectiveness of the lessons are reflected in the individual levels of speech in the three groups of children with different levels of language support. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of the development of speech and language by the preschool children. Than it contains theoretical data about reading literacy and the ways of its development through the work with a book, also this part contains the specifics ot children with different mother language and the possibilities how to improve the language knowledge. The three groups of children with different mother language are examined in the practical part. Each of the group achieved different level of language during three months. The groups were diagnosed with an input test and an output test. These tests are compared at the end of the thesis, there we can see the progress that children made after three months of language support. El presente estudio destaca diferentes prácticas de comportamiento político y comunicación en entornos digitales de estudiantes y egresados universitarios. Los principales objetivos del estudio están relacionados a demostrar las características y factores que determinan la persuasión política en línea. Como factores de influencia se tomaron la conectividad a internet, las redes sociales y la afiliación política. El estudio toma como referencia al paper realizado en Pakistan por Saeed Ahmad (2020) Political behavior in virtual environment: Role of social media intensity, internet connectivity, and political affiliation in online political persuasion among university students y busca contrastar la postura con la de Shelley Boulianne en su estudio recopilatorio del 2015 Social media use and participation: A metaanalysis of current research. Un total de 400 estudiantes y egresados de universidades privadas y públicas participaron, a través, de un cuestionario en línea realizado por redes sociales. La teoría de la acción comunicativa fue utilizada como marco teórico para determinar las dimensiones de la persuasión política. Los resultados del estudio muestran correlaciones significativas entre las variables redes sociales y afiliación política con la variable persuasión política. Los resultados son similares al estudio realizado por Ahmad, por ello se apoya su postura de influencia entre las redes sociales con la persuasión política. La investigación actual apoya la connotación de cómo el uso de las nuevas tecnologías brinda la oportunidad de promover la conducta política y comunicativa entre usuarios en entornos virtuales. / This study highlights different practices of political behavior and communication in digital environments of university students and graduates. The main objectives of the study are related to demonstrating the characteristics and factors that determine online political persuasion. Internet connectivity, social media and political affiliation were taken as influencers. Desde su aparición en el siglo XVII, los bancos centrales han pasado de tener una función importante a ser un eje clave en el desarrollo económico y la estabilidad financiera de los países donde operan y del sistema mundial. Este panorama permite comprender la atención que, en los últimos años, se ha dado en la literatura especializada. Sin embargo, se reconoce que las posiciones son diversas y variables de acuerdo a diferentes condiciones. Por esta razón, en la presente investigación, se busca determinar cuál es el impacto de esta institución en los mercados financieros en los que operan. Para ello, en las primeras secciones se estudian los bancos centrales desde una perspectiva conceptual con categorías vinculadas intrínsecamente, así como el Banco Central de Reserva del Perú. En los siguientes, los objetivos que cumplen estas instituciones en la política monetaria, su independencia como valor central, la forma con la toma decisiones y su relación con el Gobierno central, y cómo operan en tiempos de crisis financieras. En los últimos, se revisa la función de una comunicación y transparencia institucional para finalizar su rol en momentos de cambio climático y pandemia. La principal conclusión a la que se llega es que, si bien existe un consenso claro en cuanto a que los bancos centrales cumplen una función trascendental para los mercados financieros locales, regionales y mundial, su impacto varía ampliamente en función a la forma en la que estos operan y las condiciones que manejan. / Since their appearance in the 17th century, central banks have gone from having an important role to being a key axis in the economic development and financial stability of the countries where they operate and of the world system. This panorama allows to understand the attention given to them in recent years in the specialized literature. However, it is recognized that the positions are diverse and variable according to different conditions. For this reason, this research seeks to determine the impact of this institution on the financial markets in which they operate. To this end, the first sections study central banks from a conceptual perspective with intrinsically linked categories, as well as the Central Reserve Bank of Peru. In the following sections, the objectives of these institutions in monetary policy, their independence as a central value, the way in which they make decisions and their relationship with the central government, and how they operate in times of financial crisis. In the last ones, the function of institutional communication and transparency is reviewed to finalize their role in times of climate change and pandemics. The main conclusion is that while there is a clear consensus that central banks play a critical role in local, regional and global financial markets, their impact varies widely depending on how they operate and the conditions they manage. / Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional

Esta dissertação investiga os fatores que dão pouco espaço qualitativo e quantitativo para a América Latina no noticiário da grande imprensa. O estudo é baseado em dois eixos: o ambiente sócio-histórico e o ambiente jornalístico. É da intersecção destes campos que se monta o cenário de solidão da América Latina. A pesquisa demonstra que o continente latino-americano é cindido, por processos históricos, no que defini como 'América Latina Oficial' e na 'América Latina Popular'. A grande imprensa é o aparelho ideológico da 'América Latina Oficial' como a imprensa alternativa é da 'América Latina Popular'. Desmonta-se o mito da imparcialidade e conclui-se que para a América Latina não ser condenada à solidão é preciso desenvolver e estudar os movimentos sociais latino-americanos, incluindo seus processos de comunicação. / This dissertation investigates the factors that give little qualitative and quantitative space for Latin America. The study it is based on two axles: the environment partner-description and the journalistic environment. It is of the junction of these fields that if mounts the scene of solitude of Latin America. The research demonstrates that the Latin American continent is separate, for historical processes, in that I defined as 'official Latin America' and 'popular Latin America'. Com a rápida evolução tecnológica e o crescimento da aplicação de novas tecnologias digitais na educação - em especial em cursos a distância - o mais importante tem sido a criação de novos ambientes de aprendizagem que estimulam a interatividade, desenvolvem a capacidade de formular, de resolver questões e, acima de tudo, possibilitam a participação de forma colaborativa, embora estando fisicamente distante. A idéia de uma escola \"expandida\" visa atender a diversas áreas de ensino, entre elas a necessidade de treinamentos no setor corporativo para os profissionais que já estão no mercado de trabalho, a formação escolar para jovens e adultos que enfrentam dificuldades pela distância ou indisponibilidade de horário, ou mesmo a qualificação docente em grande demanda por aperfeiçoamento. Para atingir um nível bom de participação em encontros virtuais, faz-se necessário contar com tecnologias de comunicação e informação que medeiam a interação entre os envolvidos no processo de ensino. Afinal, a aprendizagem, que não é apenas individual mas coletiva, se baseia na convivência entre os participantes, na troca de informações entre eles. Além do ambiente desenvolvido, o trabalho introduz um breve estudo de conceitos envolvidos na videoconferência, as tecnologias disponíveis, bem como as utilizadas para o desenvolvimento deste projeto. Alguns resultados foram obtidos após realização de testes e utilização do ambiente, tal como a análise de desempenho a partir dos recursos disponíveis na rede. / With the fast technological evolution and the growth of the new digital technologies application in the education, in special in long-distance education courses is observed that the majority of these courses has favored great parcel of people. The most important it has been the creation of new learning environment that stimulates the participation, developing the capacity to formulate, to decide questions and all above of everything participating in a collaborative way. The idea of a expanded school aims at to take care of diverse areas of education, between them the necessity of training in the corporative sector for the professionals who already are in the work market, the formation pertaining to school for young and adult that faces difficulties for the distance or non-availability of schedule or the teaching qualification in great demand for perfectioning. A learning that is not only individual, but collective, is basead on the relationship between the participants, in the exchange of information between them. Therefore, in the long-distance education makes necessary the communication technologies and information that measured the interaction between the involved education process. When a content is given in the distance, by means of the Internet, video conferencing and video lessons, is allowed to create an ideal space for the distributed contribution. For this necessity, this work show an environment for lessons live between some participants, that offers the communication by video, voice and text. The participation is controlled by moderator, being able to be a professor or the person that give a lecture. Contains also a system of register of activities for asynchronous interaction. Beyond the developed environment, the work introduces a briefing study of involved concepts in the video conferencing, the available technologies, as well as the used ones for the development of this project. Some results had been gotten after accomplishment of tests, allowing to verify different performances depending on the available resources in the net.
