Output of this diploma work is an overall project of the Cranked Chain Conveyer, arising from specification of the assignment. Project is divided into several phases, whereas first of them is composed of calculations and finding of necessary driving unit. First phase is followed by second phase, where I - regarding the engine power - dimension individual structural parts like loop chain, conveyer drive unit, stressing etc. In last phase I deal with drawing documentation of designed parts of the conveyer.

Abstract
In every prosperous city of the world , we could see the elevators in the huge buildings and great mansions , the escalators in the department stores and the passenger conveyers in the shopping mall or in the airport. People were dependent on the products of the elevator properties in deep. In this research , we used the analysis of the Delphi to inquire into the elevator property to find out the factors that made this property to be successful. The most important characterists are¡Gthe Global Logistics Management, the Creative Technlogical Management and Selling to the Top.
The distinguishing features of the products of the elevator¡¦s property were such as¡G 1. In TAIWAN, the top 8 of the elevator¡¦s factory owners manufactured the elevators and also the related products together with the Global Logistics Management. 2. They paid more attentions to the studying ability and the tempo of the Creative Technlogical Management in order to change with each passing day and to keep improving. 3. The expenses of every project were enormous and the competed tactics were nimble. 4. Except for the top director , no one could make the decision. 5. It was not easy to handle the extensively selling market. 6. The educational background and the professional career of every regional director of the competed factory were all superior.
In this study, I sincerely hope that I could do whatever is best for the elevator¡¦s property.

Study purpose is experiment development and design of automatic and energy-conserving chip removing instrument for turning FMS, in which flanges and bushes part type are machined.
The author investigates power consumption reduction methods of transport machines, analyzes example of workshop layout and chip removing methods, selects and modernize equipment for chip removing system in the course of study. The system is based on three types of conveyers: worm conveyor, oscillating conveyor, chain conveyor. The conveyers included in system was modernized by author designed autocontrol device, which greatly lowers power consumption. The great attention is attended to apron general conveyer, in which double drive is invited to apply (the first drive in head part and the second one in the tail part). The problem of conveyer strainer location was solved the original way. This way consists in combination of conveyer strainer and main drive, for which purpose structural variant was analyzed and the simple one was selected. The one of study main parts is design of combined cylinder-conical reducer, which is base of chain conveyer and chain strainer devise.
As a result of the work were filed 4 patent applications of the Russian Federation. All applications were approved. Scientific work includes technical solutions in following patents RF (see. Appendix 2):

3. № 130978 Vibrating dated 10 August 2013;
4. № 136510 Electromechanical drive from 10 January 2014. / Цель работы – опытная разработка и конструирование автоматических и энергоэкономичных средств уборки стружки в ГАЦ токарной обработки на примере деталей типа «фланец и втулка».
В ходе научной работы был проведен анализ деталей-представителей и рассчитан объем стружки при их обработке; проведено ознакомление со способами снижения энергопотребления транспортирующих машин; проведен анализ примера планировки цеха и возможных способов стружкоудаления; проведены выбор и модернизация оборудования для системы стружкоуборки. В основу системы положено применение трех видов конвейеров: шнековый, вибрационный и цепной. При включении конвейеров в систему они были модернизированы и снабжены, разработанными автором проекта устройствами автоматического управления, позволяющими существенно снизить их энергопотребление. Особое внимание уделено общецеховому пластинчатому конвейеру, в котором предложено применить двойной привод (в головной и хвостовой частях конвейера). При этом принципиально по-новому решен вопрос о расположении натяжного устройства конвейера. Предложено его совместить с головным приводом, для чего проанализированы конструктивные варианты такого решения и выбрано наиболее простое. В основу проекта входит разработка и проектирование комбинированного цилиндро-конического редуктора, являющегося ключевой частью не только привода цепного конвейера, но и механизма натяжения цепи.
Часть работы участвовала во Всероссийском конкурсе выпускных квалификационных работ 2013 года по специальности «Металлообрабатывающие станки и комплексы», проходившем в «Южно-Уральском государственном университете». Работа заняла первое место в номинации «Подъемно-траспортные машины» (грамота прилагается). По основным разработкам научной работы были зарегистрированы следущие патенты Российской Федерации:
1. № 135279 Токарный станок с ЧПУ от 10 декабря 2013 года;
2. № 135752 Редуктор от 20 декабря 2013 года;
3. № 130978 Вибротранспортер от 10 августа 2013 года;

Applications of active materialsEdqvist, Erik January 2009 (has links)
Energy efficiency is a vital key component when designing and miniaturizing self sustained microsystems. The smaller the system, the smaller is the possibility to store enough stored energy for a long and continuous operational time. To move such a system in an energy efficient way, a piezoelectrical locomotion module consisting of four resonating cantilevers has been designed, manufactured and evaluated in this work. The combination of a suitable substrate, a multilayered piezoelectric material to reduce the voltage, and a resonating drive mechanism resulted in a low power demand. A manufacturing process for multilayer cantilever actuators made of P(VDF-TrFE) with aluminum electrodes on a substrate of flexible printed circuit board (FPC), has been developed. An important step in this process was the development of an etch recipe for dry etching the multilayer actuators in an inductive plasma equipment. Formulas for the quasi static tip deflection and resonance frequency of a multilayered cantilever, have been derived. Through theses, it was found that the multilayered structures should be deposited on the polymer side of the FPC in order to maximize the tip deflection. Both a large and a miniaturized locomotion module were manufactured and connected by wires to verify that the three legged motion principal worked to move the structures forward and backward, and turn it right and left. By touching and adding load, to a fourth miniaturized cantilever, its ability to act as a contact sensor and carry object was verified. The presented locomotion module is part of a multifunctional microsystem, intended to be energy efficient and powered by a solar panel with a total volume of less than 25 mm3 and weight 65 mg. The whole system, consisting of a solar cell, an infra red communication module, an integrated circuit for control, three capacitors for power regulating, the locomotion module and an FPC connecting the different modules, was surface mounted using a state of the art industrial facility. Two fully assembled systems could be programmed both through a test connector and through optical sensors in the multifunctional solar cell. One of these was folded together to the final configuration of a robot. However, the entire system could not be tested under full autonomous operating conditions. On the other hand, using wires, the locomotion module could be operated and used to move the entire system from a peak-to-peak voltage of 3.0 V.

The work deals with main aspects of computer efficiency increase. Object of investigation is a system consisting of processor, memory, other components and connecting links called buses. Rather different systems are used in modern world of information, so an interest arises to compare architectures of several producers. Comparison of systems is quite possible as the same architectural features bind them together: processor‘s clock speed, cache, memory, dual channel technology and others. To perform a comparative analysis, software has been used enabling to reveal increase of efficiency of separate computer components. Systems chosen for study are rather new from the point of view of technology: Intel Pentium 4, AMD Athlon XP and AMD Sempron. Experiments having been fulfilled, it came out that efficiency of a system for the most part depends on processor capacity: increase of its clock speed results in 9 – 13%, L1 cache has an effect even up to 1350% (theoretically), L2 cache – 30 – 38%. HyperThreading has been observed to mostly result in operations with floating point numbers (even up to 68%), and branch prediction would have theoretically to increase efficiency up to 47%. Estimating indicator of efficiency of the whole system, the results show that the main role belongs to processor. Influence of other components of the system is less noticeable. Im Zuge der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Verarbeitungs- und Verpackungsmaschinen werden immer höhere Anforderungen an die für den Gütertransfer eingesetzte Fördertechnik gestellt. Neben der erhöhten Förderleistung sind zudem ein schmiermittelfreier Betrieb sowie eine hundertprozentige Verfügbarkeit gefordert. Durch die zunehmende Leistungssteigerung kommt es zu hohen Beanspruchungen, die bei falscher Auslegung zu mechanischem oder thermischem Versagen der Kunststoff-Bauteile im Fördersystem führen können. Während das mechanische Versagen mit den aktuellen Dimensionierungen vermieden werden kann, gibt es bezüglich des thermischen Versagens keine hinreichend genaue Auslegungsvorschrift.
Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der thermischen Analyse von Gleitketten-Fördersystemen sowie den darin eingesetzten thermoplastischen Kunststoff-Kunststoff-Gleitpaarungen. Diesbezüglich werden die Gleitkontakte eines Gleitkettenförderers und deren Belastungen analysiert. Durch Abstraktion des Kette–Schiene-Systems wird ein semi-analytisches Berechnungsmodell zur Abschätzung der Reibtemperatur entwickelt, welches mittels experimenteller Untersuchungen auf einem Tribo-Prüfstand und an einem Fördersystem verifiziert wird. Aus den Untersuchungsergebnissen konnte ein thermisches Auslegungskriterium für Kunststoff-Kunststoff-Gleitpaarungen abgeleitet werden, welches sowohl auf Gleitketten-Förderer als auch perspektivisch auf ähnliche tribologische Systeme übertragen werden kann. / In the course of the continuous enhancements of processing and packaging machines, higher demands are set on conveying technology used for transferring goods. In addition to an increased delivery rate, a lubricant-free operation as well as a hundred percent availability are claimed. Increasing performance leads to high stresses that can result to mechanical or thermal failure of plastic components in the conveying system, if incorrectly designed. While mechanical failure can be avoided with up to date dimensioning, there is no sufficiently precise dimensioning criterion in regard to thermal failure.
The present thesis is concerning with the thermal analysis of sliding chain conveyor systems as well as the thermoplastic plastic-plastic sliding pairs used therein. In this regard, the sliding contacts of a sliding chain conveyor and their loads are analyzed. By abstraction of the chain–rail system, a semi-analytical model for estimating the frictional temperature is developed, which is verified by experimental studies on a tribo test bench and a conveyor system. From the study results, a thermal dimensioning criterion for plastic plastic pairings could be derived, which can be applied to sliding chain conveyor as well as perspectivly similar tribological systems.

This master´s thesis describes the design and realization of the simulation in program Tecnomatix Process Simulate. The thesis deals with the creation of a simulated assembly line of gluing a protective glass to the headlight. For this operation is using four stationary robotic arms. Created simulation behaves like a real robotic assembly line. In simulation is implemented several input sensors, robotic operations and conveyer structure. The control is done with PLC programmed, designed in TIA portal 14. Thesis includes a detailed description of the design whole simulation, together with the Tecnomatix Process Simulate environment. This software offer a many external commissioning and three bigger were tested, two kinds of OPC servers and PLCSIM Advanced. The conclusion of the diploma thesis describes the way of simulation control with visualization of whole process cell.
