eGovernment in selected municipalities of the microregion Bystřicko. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2016. Diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the success of the introduction and analysis of the current situation of individual agendas of eGovernent at the munic-ipal offices of selected municipalities in microregion of Bystřicko. Based on com-paration of financial performance of electronization public government, Czech POINT analysis, data boxes and basic registers are formulated proposals and rec-ommendation at using of agendas eGovernment in small municipalities.

In theoretical part, information from various Czech and foreign authors about financial statements made in terms Czech and international legislation are stated. Then, true and fair view of the accounting is described according to Czech Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards and basic information about selected areas of financial statements are presented. In the end of theoretical part, possibilities of manipulation of financial statements are mentioned. Practical part of this master thesis starts with introduction of the entity and its financial statements. This part of the thesis also contains analysis of financial statements. Amount and cause of differences between Czech and international legislation in selected areas of financial statements are examined in terms of this analysis. Then, outcome of these differences on profit after tax and company´s equity is presented.

This disertation thesis is about czech social prose of 30´s of the 20th century, which is analyzed and interpreted in czech literary discourse and then integrated in context of world literature of 20´s and 30´s. This study focuses in detail on american social prose of the first half of the 20th century, which is analyzed and discussed. Then thesis try to compare and interpret of czech and american social prose, it look for common atributes in selected texts and it try to find possible inspirations and influences in them. A part of this work is bibliographic study which summarizes czech social prose and czech translations of american social prose authors.

This thesis deals with the topic of eGovernment. The teoretical part is focused on the characteritic of eGovernment and its evolution in the Czech Republic. In the next part are analysed topics related to public administration and administration law, information systems of public administration (data boxes, Portal of public administration, basic registers, Czech POINT, etc.) and deeds and electronic documents (data message, electronic signature, time stamp, administration and conversion of electronic documents.) The practical part is based on the information obtained on the basis of individual half-standardized interwievs with experts from public administration (villages, cities and Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic) on the topic of eGovernment focused on data boxes. From these results are found out the current problems of data boxes, their functionality, usefulness, reliability or overall satisfaction of users (cities and villages) with these data boxes. The following are mentioned problems and perspectives of data boxes and their overall and unitary operating costs. Subsequently is characterized the present situation of eGovernment in the Czech Republic and future development. In the end it is compared research questions relating to data boxes with real situation of this systeme.

This diploma thesis tackles the issue of data sources used in state administration. Its aim is to carry out a process analysis of data sources used in internal processes within the Czech Social Security Administration authority (Česká správa sociálního zabezpečení) and propose changes to optimise processes within the institution. The theoretical part of the thesis defines communication between a citizen and public administration and describes its basic elements. It also looks at the Process Management In Public Administration project and the evaluation of applications for new ICT projects. The practical part deals with the application of the theoretical findings to processes within a particular body of the state administration, the CSSA. The resulting proposal to optimise selected processes within the entire CSSA institution is based on a process analysis of data sources from a branch of the District Social Security Administration office (Okresní správa sociálního zabezpečení) as well as two case studies.

The relationship between linear type traits and productional, longevity traits were analysed for 645 cows first calved between 2000-2016. The aim of study was to evaluate realionships of individual 20 type traits and 4 general conformation characteristics. For analysed herd was evaluated impact of individual type traits to first lactation milk yield in kg, lifetime milk yield in kg and functional longevity in days. Results proved important relations between folowing linear type traits and first lactation milk yield in kg: rump lenght, rump width, body depth, muscularity, pastern, fore udder lenght, rear udder attachment, central ligament, udder depth and front teat placement. Statisticly important relationships were found between all general conformation characteristics and first lactation milk yield. Proved impact between individual linear type traits and lifetime milk yield were found for rump angle, hock and front teat placement. Relationships between general conformation characteristics and lifetime milk yield were not statisticly proved. For analysed herd were also found important relations between rump angle and hock to functional longevity. Important relationships between general conformation characteristics and functional longevity were not found. In overall 192 cows were culled in analysed herd in 2016. The most frequent reason of culling a cow out of breed was caused by fertility disorders which participated in overall culling reasons in 34,9 %.

In the thesis work have been compared with parameters of reproduction in sows of different genotype in the enterprise AGROPIG CZ s. r. o. in Velešín. There are in breeding were monitored achieved the performance parameters in sows of Czech white noble breed and crossbreed Czech white noble breed with landrace insemination hybrid boars. At the conclusion of the work was designed recommendations for the improvement of those parameters in practice. In the enterprise AGROPIG CZ s. r. o. have been identified following the results of the reproduction: there is in 2014 the breed BU, the average was stillborn 1,2 piglet of all births and losses in the postpartum period were 2,3 piglet. Crossbreed BU x L in this year have better values, was born to them in average of 1 stillborn piglet and losses of piglets in the postnatal period were at an average of 1.8 piglet. In 2015 the results of both groups are identical. The diameter of stillborn piglets was 0,9 pieces of all births and losses in the postpartum period were 1.3 piglet. In 2014 breed of BU showed on average a lower number of live born piglets (11,7 pcs) compared to crossbreed BU x L (12,9 pcs, i.e. by 1.2 piglet more). Weaned piglets was on average 0.6 more at crossbreed BU x L. In the year 2015 should crossbreed in average by 0.4-born piglets more than purebred sows of Czech white noble breed. Live born piglets was in average 0.5 more and all born about 0,4 more. From the obtained data prove that the percentage of farrowing and service in 2014 and 2015 in gilts crossbreed breed white noble x landrace is better than for pure-bred gilts breed white noble. There is in the category of sows should be in 2015, better results pure male. Furthermore, it was found that sows in a given enterprise overrun most often in the range of 18. 24. day of gestation. This corresponds to the length of one reproductive cycle and may be due to the poor quality of the insemination dose, or the wrong technique of insemination. Percent overrun was in the two study groups almost equal in both monitored years. In contrast, in the value of the abortion the two groups differed. To abortion occurred in 2014 more often in crossbreed, in 2015 in purebred sows. Statistical evaluation shows that the gilts and sows crossbreed BU x L is less overrun, have better results of pregnancy rate and even better killing it. Crossbreed BU x L also had better indicators related to births. Crossbreed had on average more of all births, live born and weaned piglets (at least by 0.4 piglet more).

This diploma thesis is describing life of Czech poet, prosaic and dramatist Frantisek Xaver Svoboda, thesis is also focused on summary and period categorization of his writings. Main focus is especially on writings in which Svoboda describing daily life in Czech village. Writings which are about that topic are novel chronicle Rozkvět, drama Rozklad and novel in verse Noví vesničané. Thesis is not focused only on interpretation of that writings, but also on point of view, how Svoboda portraying countryside, on main motives his village´s pieces of work and thesis providing also how Svoboda is enriching theme of the rural production and which new elements Svoboda is bringing to this genre. Also this thesis providing Svoboda´s impact and why he felt in oblivion.

The graduation thesis is focused on the history of basketball in the Czech Lands from 1945 to the present. The present, in this thesis, is set as the year of 2000. This year has been selected because of the thesis range and the information availability on the internet. The main purpose is to analyse the specific official international competitions, in which the Czechoslovaks and the Czechs were participated. The next purpose is to analyse the main basketball league for men and women in the Czechoslovakia and in the Czech Republic. The whole thesis is divided into six main chapters. In every chapter is described a brief outline of socio economic conditions for years, on which is the chapter focused on. In every part of the thesis are also described international events. The major focused is on the events, that our representation had a great result. The other subject, which can be found in every chapter, is home main basketball competition for men and for women. Every part of the work is completed with photographs, pictures and charts, that have connection with the specific period.

This diploma thesis is concerned with the comparison of student slang word-formation processes in Czech and English gained in a form of a questionnaire spread among Czech and English students of secondary schools and universities. The thesis is composed of two parts the theoretical one and the practical one. The theoretical part deals with varieties of Czech national language, with slang in general, it is focused on student slang and on productive ways of forming slang words in both Czech and English. The essence of the practical part is to perform a comparative analysis of word-formation processes of selected words and also to make a dictionary of student slang expressions.
