This Master's thesis proposes to map the current situation of Czech boys' choirs in the marketing sphere and to compare it with boys' choirs from Central Europe. The parts of the comparing are the choirs Boni pueri (Hradec Králové) Bonifantes (Pardubice), Pueri gaudentes (Prague), Bratislavský chlapčenský zbor (Bratislava, Slovakia), Wiener Sängerknaben (Vienna, Austria) and Thomanerchor Leipzig (Leipzig, Germany). The comparison is based on the web presentations, the repertoire, concert and recording activities and cooperation with the media and organizations and institutions of the choirs. Based on the realized facts follows a chapter, that presents proposals and options how to give support to marketing activities of boys choirs. First at all in the Master's Thesis there were used comparative and analytical methods of scientific research.

This diploma thesis analyzes the position of the Czech Republic in the European Union, particularly whether is considered as an equal partner or plays as a new member less important role. More emphasis has been put not only on an initial status within the process of transformation and association with the European Union, but also on the contemporary position of the Czech Republic in the European Union including the intended integration in the euro area and the past Czech Presidency of the European Union.

Diploma thesis focuses on the development of external economic balance of the Czech Republic in the years 2000-2009. The first chapter introduces the theory of the external economic balance. The second chapter describes the development of balance of payments of the Czech republic in the years 2000-2009. The third chapter analyzes the factors affecting the evolution of the balance of payments of the Czech Republic.

The subject of my dissertation is the information process in reference to euroregionalism and the origin of euroregions in the area of EU and especially Czech republic. I will focus on the fundamental causes of the european cross-border cooperation and the historical roots of first euroregion's origin -- the theoretical and practical resources of the euroregion's inception and operation. I will examine the legislative and institutional assurance of euroregions -- documents (for instance the implication of the Madrid agreement) and principles that result from the european and national legislation, on which the foundation of the euroregions functions. The euroregion legislation specifications in the countries of central and eastern Europe and especially Czech republic will also be mentioned. In the next section of my dissertation I will focus on the euroregion's definition, which occur in Czech republic -- the origin's causes and the historical roots, the financial framework (the inner sources of cross-border cooperation's financing, European funds and enterprises etc.). The objective of the practical part of the dissertation will be the evaluation of the executed cross-border cooperation benefits for the development of the peripheral area.

1 Abstract The aim of this thesis is to explore the institute of administrative judiciary in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Poland using the comparative method. Its purpose lies in proving traditional similarity of administrative judiciary in both countries which potentially allows mutual influencing in different areas of legislation, application of law and jurisprudence. The work is divided into nine parts. In Chapter 1 of this thesis the author focuses on defining the concept of administrative judiciary, how it is comprehended in both analysed countries, its purpose and function. In this part administrative judiciary is distinguished from other forms of judicial reviews of public administration and it is outlined here which of these forms cannot be considered as a part of administrative judiciary. Administrative judiciary is formally characterized as judicial procedure (in technical meaning) whose purpose lies in the control over public administration and protection of civil rights. 58 Drug Offences - Comparison of the Czech and Spanish Legislation Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the current substantive law regulation of so-called drug offences in the criminal law environment of the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Spain. Its key task is to provide its readers with a comprehensive picture of the current legal regulation in both countries by comparing their legal provisions, their case-law and opinions of the criminal law science. The thesis consists of four parts systematically divided into fifteen chapters. In the introductory part, it deals with international and European regulation. In its respective chapters, it briefly presents three fundamental international conventions of the United Nations and the current EU legislation in the framework of the primary and secondary law, forming a common basis for both national legislations. The main goal of this diploma thesis is analysis of importance of social capital in process of international migration of two migration groups in Czechia. Specifically were researched immigrants from Ukraine and Vietnam living in Czechia and their specifics. The thesis contains of theoretical and empirical parts. The goal of theoretical part is mainly an analysis of related scientific literature and researches. This part of the thesis deals with process of international migration, social capital, social capital in the context of international migration and importance of temperament in relation to international migration. The thesis also provides a brief introduction to history of migration tendencies of both researched groups in Czechia. The following empirical part is based on own questionnaire survey. Respondents were chosen from immigrants who are connected to non-governmental organizations. Collecting of questionnaires was organized as so called "snowball" method of picking of respondents in coordination with cooperating non-governmental organizations. Quantitative statistical analysis of the collected data shows that social capital is an important factor for both studied migration groups, which aids them and which they utilize in all parts of the migration process. The aim of this thesis is to identify significant weaknesses of political party funding system in the Czech Republic, and to suggest possible improvements of the system. Knowledge acquired in the first part of the thesis, which deals with the theoretical basis of political party funding, is used to analyse the applicable legislation. This part of the thesis first of all describes the legal framework of political parties, the principles and goals of political party funding, and possible approaches to the funding; the most space is devoted to one of the possible approaches, regulatory measures, which is divided on the basis of supply side (state a private funding) and demand side (mainly campaign spending regulation). The Czech legislation is not only analysed in general and using the theoretical basis, but is also compared with the system adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany. The hypothesis is that the German law is a good example for the Czech Republic in the field of party financing, for the Federal Republic of Germany has been a developed democratic state of law for a longer uninterrupted period of time, and was one of the first countries in the world to introduce state funding of political parties. Předmětem práce je deskripce společnosti Vodafone Czech Republic a. s. a činností, jimiž se zabývá, a provedení strategické analýzy podniku za použití osvědčených analytických modelů se syntézou v rámci SWOT analýzy odhalující strategicky nejvýznamnější faktory působící uvnitř i vně společnosti. Završením práce jsou pak návrhy strategických typů vhodných pro aplikaci na základě doporučení vyplývajících z teoretických přístupů i manažerské praxe.

V práci jsou analyzovány kořeny, vývoj, současné postavení, hrozby a výzvy think-tanků v České a Slovenské republice. Srovnání s jejich tradicí ve Spojených státech zkoumá přenositelnost amerického "modelu" think-tanků do střední a východní Evropy. Tento přenos je značně omezený a krátkodobě nerealizovatelný vzhledem k rozdílným legislativním podmínkám a nerozvinuté filantropii. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována motivům k vytváření regionálních i mezinárodních sítí think-tanků. Práce vychází jednak z dosavadní literatury na toto téma, jednak z dotazníkového šetření.
