Система обучения является важным компонентом управления человеческими ресурсами с целью создания платформы управления человеческими ресурсами для долгосрочного развития компании, формирования талантливой команды, постоянного повышения эффективности работы компании и сотрудников, а также содействия достижению стратегические цели компании. Изучая курсы, связанные с человеческими ресурсами, автор выбрал подходящую компанию, чтобы проанализировать проблемы в системе обучения компании и предложить соответствующие предложения по улучшению. X Company — это компания-посредник в сфере недвижимости, имеющая опыт работы на государственных предприятиях и обладающая богатыми социальными ресурсами, но ее доля на рынке относительно невелика. Существует значительный разрыв между текущей ситуацией и стратегическими целями, и компании необходимо срочно повысить свою основную конкурентоспособность, чтобы адаптироваться к потребностям стратегических открытий. Интеграция различных ресурсов для повышения основной конкурентоспособности, наиболее важными являются человеческие ресурсы. Поэтому развитие и культивирование талантов имеет особое значение. Однако обучение в компании X находится на ранней стадии, и система обучения не является надежной и имеет множество проблем. Поэтому создание стратегически ориентированной системы подготовки кадров имеет большое практическое значение для достижения стратегических целей предприятия и долгосрочного развития. / The training system is an important component of human resource management, with the aim of building a human resource management platform for the company's long-term development, building a talent team, continuously improving the performance of the company and employees, and promoting the achievement of the company's strategic goals. Through studying courses related to human resources, the author chose a suitable company to analyze the problems in the training system of the company and propose relevant improvement suggestions. X Company is a real estate intermediary company with a background in state-owned enterprises, with abundant social resources, but its market share is relatively small. According to the company's five-year development strategic plan, we aim to become the most competitive real estate agency in South China and plan to achieve an overall listing within 5 years. There is a significant gap between the current situation and strategic goals, and the company urgently needs to enhance its core competitiveness to adapt to the needs of strategic discovery. Integrating various resources to enhance core competitiveness, the most important is human resources. Therefore, the development and cultivation of talents is particularly important. However, X Company's training is in its early stages and the training system is not sound, with many problems. Therefore, establishing a strategic oriented human resource training system is of great practical significance for the achievement of enterprise strategic goals and long-term development.

Sistema Toyota de desenvolvimento de produtos : uma análise em empresas moveleiras no polo de Bento Gonçalves

O processo de desenvolvimento de produtos é um importante fator para aumentar a competitividade das empresas e tem se tornado cada vez mais crítico devido ao aumento da variedade e à redução do ciclo de vida dos produtos. Um processo de desenvolvimento de produto que agregue valor ao cliente por intermédio da redução do desperdicio torna-se estratégico para a competividade das empresas. Nesse contexto, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o processo de desenvolvimento de produto em seis empresas moveleiras no polo de Bento Gonçalves. Para tanto, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa exploratória a partir de estudo de casos multiplos cujos dados foram coletados mediante entrevistas. De acordo com o referencial abordado e a análise realizada, foi utilizado como base o Sistema Toyota de Desenvolvimento de Produto, descrito por Morgan e Liker (2008), o qual discute a eliminação dos desperdícios e o valor agregado para o cliente. O propósito deste trabalho é a apresentação de um estudo para analisar o desenvolvimento de produto nas empresas moveleiras sob a ótica do Sistema Toyota de Desenvolvimento de Produto, uma vez que essas organizações atuam em mercados exigentes quanto à rapidez, variedade e preços competitivos. Effiziente und Robuste Entwicklung komplexer Faserverbund-Triebwerkstrukturen

Steigende Anforderungen an die Leistungsfähigkeit und Effizienz von Triebwerken lassen sich durch den Einsatz von Metall-Faserverbund-Bauweisen erfüllen. Faser-Kunststoff-Verbunde (FKV) mit ihren herausragenden und einstellbaren mechanischen Eigenschaften bieten das Potential, die Masse strukturell hochbelasteter Komponenten zu reduzieren. Durch die richtungsabhängigen Eigenschaften kann der FKV zielgerichtet für die Anwendung angepasst werden. Die Vielzahl der einstellbaren Parameter in Kombination mit der Entwicklung von komplexen Triebwerkstrukturen führt zu einem interaktiven und interagierenden Entwicklungsprozess. Im Rahmen dieses Beitrages wird ein Ansatz zur kombiniert virtuell-reellen Entwicklung eines Triebwerk-Subsystems am Beispiel des Zwischengehäuses vorgestellt. Ein systematischer Prozess in Kombination mit virtuellen Methoden ermöglicht die effiziente Erarbeitung und modellhafte Abbildung des Gesamtsystems, bestehend aus relevanten Triebwerkselementen (System), dem darin integrierten Zwischengehäuse (Subsystem) und lastübertragenden Faserverbund-Leitschaufeln (Komponente). Durch Detaillierung im Entwicklungsprozess steigt kontinuierlich die Aussagegenauigkeit, wobei gleichzeitig auch der Aufwand erheblich zunimmt. Ein experimenteller Funktions- und Festigkeitsnachweis der Leitschaufel kann zur Reduktion des Entwicklungsrisikos beitragen. Die dafür benötigten Funktionsmuster lassen sich in einem kombinierten Verfahren, bestehend aus Additiver Fertigung und Resin Transfer Moulding, herstellen, wobei der 3D-Druck die Anpassung der realen Funktionsmuster an die Geometrie- und Werkstoffmodifikationen im Rahmen der virtuellen Entwicklung ermöglicht.

In the practical part are analyzed the general characteristics of company research and personnel management, the analysis of human resources management, the integration of talent management strategies and the existence of a leadership development system. On the base of received results are proposed recommendation a model for the design of a strategic leadership development system for the company In conclusion to the extent that the human resources area becomes strategic aligning their talent management processes to business objectives and strategies will be able to design and develop a strategic leadership development system. / Магистерская диссертация выполнена на 124 страницах (формат А4, шрифт Times New Roman, размер шрифта 14, флизелин 1.5) без учета вложений. В теоретической части представлены основные понятия, цели оценки, их разновидности и формы, этапы, критерии и методы. В практической части проведен анализ общей характеристики предприятия и управления персоналом, анализ управления человеческими ресурсами, интеграция стратегий управления персоналом и наличие системы развития лидерства. На основе полученных результатов предложены рекомендации по модели проектирования системы стратегического развития лидерства для компании. В заключение показано, что в той мере, в которой область людских ресурсов становится стратегической, выравнивая свои процессы управления талантами с бизнес-целями и стратегиями, компания сможет разработать и внедрить систему стратегического развития лидерства.
