The purpose of this final thesis is to provide the outline of the effective legal regulation of the lease of the property for the business purposes. After short introduction of the lease as a legal institute itself and its usage in business area of life, the thesis then concerns itself with the particular questions that are subject to legal regulation of the lease of the property for business purposes constituted mainly by the Civil Code. Amongst these questions the basic necessities of the lease agreement that are required by the law are described first, then the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties and finally the matters related to the termination of the lease.

Dissertation with title: Housing Financing in the Czech Republic using mortgage loan deals with analysis of mortgage loans. Work aims to acquaint with issue and options of financing of housing. First part is focused on legislation and theory of mortgage loans, where is also characterised process of mortgage loans. Further is followed up comparison mortgage loans with loans from building savings, their advantages and disadvantages when are used to financing of housing. In the second part are presented macroeconomic indicators, that affect state of mortgage market. In the third part are analysed mortgage products of four selected banks , that are Hypotecni banky a.s , Komercni banky a.s, Raiffeisenbank a.s. and České spořitelny a.s. Last part is devoted to model example of two hypothetical clients, where it is carried out comparison of the mortgage loan in the selected banks in terms of fundamental parameters and also the APR. Goal of dissertation is to provide recommendation within this form financing of housing and choose the best variant of mortgage loan for hypothetical clients.

The present thesis shows the manner of distributing workers on shifts with regular work load but uneven work schedules. It is generally known as the covering or set-covering problem. The present paper describes a way to solve it with mathematical modelling and programs for possible planning of workers on shifts. The issue is documented on a case of an existing company.

The thesis is focused on SCM and information support for supply chain managers with emphasis on modelling and simulation. The first main aim of the work is to verify the method for applicability in SCM problem solution. The second main aim is to analyse supply chains by means of modelling and simulation and find the most suitable supply chains for the area of The New economics. The third main aim is to analyse behaviour of supply chains under changing factors on which the supply chains are initially modelled. This thesis deals with an analysis of the production parameters of the two main products of a company NATE-nápojová technika a.s. for the period 2002-2012. Based on the theoretical fundamentals of production management and purchasing process. It analyzes each product from the customer's territory, production deadlines, cost and productivity. Based on this analysis are revealed weak points in the production and the purchase process and try to find ways to resolve them.

1 Abstract The main aim of this thesis is to analyse and compare in various aspects two literary works Tiempo de silencio by Luis Martín-Santos and El árbol de la ciencia by Pío Baroja. The work focuses on the social decadence of the society, mainly in the field of science and its insufficiency. In spite of the fifty year, the works of art are linked with similar problems in the area of science. These works of art have many similarities, such as the autobiographical style, the lack of science in the time period and the tragic destiny of the main characters. Baroja, with The Generation 98, considered the topic of science to be very important and due to the underdeveloped state of science in Spain in comparison to the rest of Europe, Spain had to face to the strong criticism. Martín-Santos also shared these views on science and even though he criticised Baroja for his political views, there was still a considerably influence in his first book. The main subject of diploma thesis is definition and description of different possibilities of financing the construction of family house, then processing and evaluation of variants offered by selected bank companies in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, there are basic knowledge about given issue, which are further applied in the practical part. The practical part deals with the comparison of various financing and selection of the most suitable ones according to selected criteria.

This diploma thesis is focused on several variants of original outside swimming pool in the town of Zábřeh for various variants of reconstruction from the point of view of the use of swimming pool material used in the territory of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part are described structural factors of swimming pools from various points of view, as well as economic and investment analyses and factors. The practical part of this diploma thesis is mainly aimed to compare the prices. The comparison is based on the budget of reconstructions and possible investment return.

The value of easements for the purposes act No. 184/2006 digest, the withdrawal or restriction of ownership rights to land or to build (Expropriation) and also for the conclusion of the easement. The theoretical part of this work focuses on reaction time, such as various definitions, structuring of reaction time, methods of measuring or publications made by other authors. The practical part of this diploma thesis includes proposal and realization of experiment, based on analysis of the current state by the author of this diploma thesis, which focuses on driver’s reaction time in regular road traffic (various traffic situations). At the end, the practical part presents the results evaluation based on various traffic situations or headway.
