Sledování obsahu ftalátů v obalech a jejich migrace z obalů do masných výrobků

Musilová, Eva January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis on the topic Monitoring of phthalates content in packaging and their migration from the packaging to the meat products deals with analysis of textile colour-printed packaging intented for packaging of meats products to find out dibutylphthalate (DBP) and di-2-ethylhexylphthalate (DEHP) content and also deals with monitoring migration of these phthalates into model meat products during storage (for twenty-eight days). The values of concentration of DBP and DEHP in packaging reached 24.0 ug.dm-2 and 103.3 ug.dm-2 of the original sample. Sample of meat product was analyzed before packaging and no phthalates were detected. After packaging and storage the highest value of DBP concentration at the end of the storage period was 11,1 mg.kg-1 and concentration of DEHP was 28,2 mg.kg-1 of the original sample. Based on the results from measurements with increasing storage time increased concentrations of these substances in meat products. In accordance with the specific migration limits (for DBP 0,3 mg.kg-1 and for DEHP 1,5 mg.kg-1) mentioned in Commission Regulation (EU) no. 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food have been exceeded in all samples of meat products during storage.

Analysis of a pressure distribution on the level of foot and shoe interaction when running in flatlands with minimalist and sport shoes.

Charousek, Jan January 2018 (has links)
Problem: Running is one of the most widespread physical activities. Incorrect running technique, training quantity but also the runner's equipment can strongly affect health condition of the individual, both positively and negatively. For that reason various trends emerge in the area of running footwear. They include classical sports shoes with different types of impact attenuation as well as the minimalist footwear made to imitate barefoot running, which should be much more natural for humans, as insisted by B. Nigg in his book "Born to Run" - where he says that man was born to walk and run barefooted. Inappropriate shoes can cause various health complications, not only in the foot area. Objective: To find out how foot strike changes in the area of the foot-shoe interaction in running on flat ground when an amateur runner uses minimalist and sports footwear and to draw conclusions for training practice on the basis of the results. Methods: The thesis deals with amateur endurance running in different shoe types (minimalist and sports shoes). The study specimen consisted of 14 female runners (mean body weight 63,31 ± 4,89 kg, height 169,69 ± 4,71 cm, age 31,92 ± 5,34 years, speed in minimalist shoes (MO) 3,34 ± 0,06 m.s- 1 , speed in sports shoes (SO) 3,29 ± 0,06 m.s-1 , weekly mileage 37,54 ± 9,43...

Chapter One introduces the term flexible forms of working hours and briefly describes the content of following chapters. Chapter Two delimits the area of labour law in relation to other branches of law and describes law principles relating to labour law. The following Chapter Three deals with legal regulations of working hours, its length, ways of allotment and international legal regulations. Chapter Four represents an introduction to the flexible forms of working hours. The basic methods of division of flexibility in the relation to the labour market are mentioned here as well as flexible forms of work are divided on the basis of typology which is used in this diploma thesis. This chapter is followed by Chapter Five, which is the most...

Poništiak, Štefan January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis inquires into the quality of the soils at 30 archaeological sites from the periods from Late Bronze Age to Early Bronze Age (1 250 - 450 BC). The aim of the thesis is to prove the dependence of the ratio of the cultivated cereals on the soil and other environmental factors in various regions. The secondary aim is the general observation of the changes, which could appear from this period until now. These changes are represented by the erosion, researched by various methods. The overview of the literature aims to the short description of the archaeological sources from the period, various approaches to the soil evaluation until present as well as information about the soil erosion and tools for its research. The conclusion of the thesis is that the ratio of the cultivated cereals depends mostly on the sea level, secondly on other environmental factors (included the soil quality). The results of the thesis are influenced by number of factors, discussed in the conclusion Keywords: soil quality, cereals, archaeological sites, perimeter of kilometre, soil erosion, late bronze age, early iron age

Posouzení ochrany významných měkkých cílů vůči teroristickým útokům prostřednictvím simulace evakuace osob / Assessing the protection of significant soft targets against terrorist attacks by pedestrian simulation

Uhlík, Ondřej January 2019 (has links)
Diploma thesis deals with the issue of terrrorism in relation to soft targets and subsequent assessment of the selected soft target in terms of possible terrorist attack. The objective is primary school Sirotkova in Brno. The assessment criteria was evacuation of the school as a whole and its individual parts. A risk analysis was performed for the object to determine real threats in which there were clasified the probability and extent of impacts of potential attacks. The most likely scenarios of the attack were identified, based on this analysis. These scenarios were subsequently implemented into an advanced numerical 3D model, where the evacuation was simulated within these scenarios. In the framework of the school assessment, the work focused on comparing three different approaches to the evacuation process. The evacuation process was compared according to parameters of experimental data obtained from the practise of evacuation of primary school with evacuation processes set acording to the parameters of fire standards CSN and international SFPE fire safety standards. The results of the individual simulations were processed with a statistically determined probability percentile. The outcome of the assessment was to determine the probable evacuation time of the school and its individual parts. Based on these results, there was performed a proposal to optimize the evacuation process of the school, which made the process more efective and shortened the evacuation time to minimalize the impact of a potential terrorist attack.

Društvena uslovljenost psihološkog profila književnog lika u viktorijanskom i modernističkom romanu

Gojković Nataša 20 June 2016 (has links)

Hodnocení stabilizace dolních končetin u hráček amerického fotbalu pomocí inerciálních senzorů a funkčních testů / Lower extremity stabilization function assessment using inertial sensors and functional tests in women's american football players

Hančová, Jana January 2016 (has links)
The master's thesis "Lower extremity stabilization function assessment using inertial sensors and functional tests in women's american football players" adresses postural control assessment in terms of functional joint stability using inertial sensors. The theoretical part is devoted to matters of functional joint stability, its control and it provides review of assessment options. Also inertial measurement unit function and application for human motion tracking are discussed. The last chapter covers American football considering the research group in the study. The experimental part is in form of study, which uses inertial sensor-based parameters to evaluate functional joint stability that are placed on four body segments and the results are compared with functional test results. We evaluated one-legged stance and single-leg hop test. One-legged stance, bear position and squat were chosen for the functional tests. Obtained data were also discussed in the context of history of injury in the last two years. Results confirm applicability of inertial measurement units for lower extremity stabilization objectification. We proved correlation of thight, shin and instep time to stabilization (TTS) with one-legged stance score and similarly thight and shin TTS with bear position score.
