Risk management is an essential part of project management, focusing on effective prevention economic impacts of unexpected events during project implementation. The goal of risk management is to find suitable methods of risk identification and assessment related to a specific project, which will provide accurate information for project leaders to take appropriate measures to minimize potential impacts to an acceptable level. This thesis focuses on practical procedures for risk identification and assessment that can be applied without requiring any special knowledge or time-consuming administrative tasks.

Regional consequences of Economic and Financial crisis in Greece, Brno, 2016. 118 p. Diploma thesis. Mendel university in Brno. The diploma thesis focuses on impacts of the financial and economic crisis on thirteen NUTS 2 regions of Greece. The objective of the diploma thesis is to investigate whether the crisis affected the process of convergence or divergence among Greek regions. For this purpose, Cluster analyses and Beta-convergence analyses are applied and run in two time-periods, examining process of convergence and divergence among Greek regions in years before and after the crisis outbreak. To reveal how the crisis influenced economic development of each of thirteen regions separately, macroeconomic analyses of Greek regions and sector division of Greek economy are done for the same time-period with use of important regional macroeconomic indicators.

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment project, the source of its financing and the impact on the financial situation of the company. During the evaluating of the investment a capital expenditure and income resulting from it is necessary to establish. Terms of time value of money and the risks are connected with this. After this the project can be assessed with fundamental methods of evaluation efficiency of investment, such as net present value or internal rate of return. Researched investment was the acquisition of fixed assets needed for a new way of catching poultry PEER System. Based on fundamental investment efficiency evaluation methods, this project was assessed at various forms of financing, which was evaluated using method of discounted costs, from this, financing by debt and subsidies was the best form. The project's impact on the company's financial situation was found by selected indicators of financial analysis, such as return on equity and sales, total indebtedness, current ratio and others. With this analysis was proved, that the realization of project did not impact fundamentally the situation of company, which is financially stable.

The main goal of this thesis is the evaluation of issues with the transformation of tax evidence into financial accounting and analysis of the tax incendence at a pre-selected business subject. In the literature research, the methods of evidence the business activity are characterized and then the differences between them are specified. Furthermore, all the parts of transition from Tax evidence into Financial accounting are described. To elaborate the theoretical background there are used the corresponding special literature, lawfully regulations and websites, which are dealing with the issue. At the beginning of the practical part, the selected subject, which is realizing this transition, is charecterized. Subsequently, all parts of closing financial statement by tax evidence and then, the transition of this method of evidence the business activity into financial accounting are described. In the final part, all parts of closing financial statement are depicted again by the financial accounting in the first year, the tax incidence is quantified and then the recommendation how to minimize the tax incidence through tax optimizing is proposed.

Nowadays none of us can imagine world without electricity, we need it in everyday life. Perhaps that is why we can't imagine what could happen in case of power failure on larger area of Czech Republic. What else consequences it could cause, in particular on our health, or lives. Thesis focuses on finding, if large power failure impacts our lives or health. Immediate impact after beginning of blackout we already know, but we need to find out, what consequences could come after several days. The purpose of thesis is to find out environmental impact of power failure on health of population. I decided to research in section of drinking water and wastewater, from view of epidemiologist of regional hospital, doctor from KHS Český Krumlov and clerk of crisis department ORP Český Krumlov. To meet the goal of thesis, there was created analysis of research of several power outs, which happened in various states all over the world. Other part presents interviews with experts and evaluation of their answers, by which reached the goal of thesis. The research question, of an impact of large power failure on health and lives, we could answer, that the most serious impact it would have on people who had to be accommodated in spare accommodation facilities. They would be endangered by alimentary, infection and respiratory diseases. Concerning drinking water and wastewater, the large impact on human health wasn't detected.

The aim of this work is to determine a methodology to measure the leanness level of the organizations that have an internship in the framework of the minor specialization of Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma at University of Economics. The theoretical part of the Thesis presents issues of Lean Six Sigma methodology, describes basic characteristics and main Lean Six Sigma tools. The Thesis also describes process of a research, on which was applied the proposed measurement methodology of an internship impact on organizations. The research methodology describes leanness measurement approach, process of data collection and its subsequent analysis and evaluation. The last chapter includes conclusion of results, suggestions and recommendations to improve Quality Management and Lean Six Sigma Practical.

In my thesis I define the main consequences that recent global financial crisis left on Belorussian banking system. In order to achieve my goal, as the first step I introduce the country's banking system, where I describe the main construction elements of Belorussian banking system, present its basic qualitative and quantitative characteristics. In the second chapter first I am going to present the basic information about financial crisis and its development from the international point of view. Then I focus on Belarus and its specifics. The third chapter is dedicated to the analysis of the specific impact of the crisis process and taken measures on Belorussian banks. Finally I evaluate found specifics of Belorussian approach to financial crisis as well as specific effects on Belorussian banks.

This work considers with environmental aspects and impacts of manufacture in SLB spol. s r.o. (spol. s r.o. means Ltd) company. Output of this work can be used for starting environmental management system in this company. It contains abstract of base legal demands which refers to SLB spol. s r.o. and short declaration of their fulfilling. In the end of the work there are drafts to antipollution measures.

The thesis deals with measuring impact of documentary films on attitudes and behavior of the audience. The theoretical basis of this thesis is the assumption that social impact is a dynamic process where the engagement of an individual can lead to change of attitudes and behavior, and the individual's influence on others can change the society. Another assumption is that the impact on an individual is influenced by emotional and rational involvement. The third assumption is that the impact on the viewer changes over time when the extent of short-term impact after seeing the movie is bigger than extent of the impact measured with delay. The analytical part is devoted to the application of the method of repeated questioning, which allows to capture the development of the impact on the viewer over time. Within this thesis, a secondary analysis of quantitative data gathered in research of impact of films on ecological topic screened in film festival One World has been conducted. In addition, a thematic analysis of the in-depth interviews was conducted. These interviews have been carried out in order to establish the reasons and ways in which films impact the viewers. The UK-China "Golden Era", which began in 2015, is one of the evidence for further intimacy between the UK and China. On the basis of building consensus, the UK and China have continuously deepened cooperation in all aspects. However, the Brexit process that began in 2016 has changed the environment in which the "Golden Era" has developed. This study used the methods of comparative study and case analysis to analyse the impact of the Brexit process on the UK-China "Golden Era" development during the period from October 2015 to April 2019, and draw conclusions about the UK-China "Golden Era" is well developed now and has a great possibility to continue or even accelerate development in the future.
