Ainda hoje, projetistas lançam mão de ábacos e tabelas colecionados ao longo do tempo através dos sucessos e insucessos experimentais. Tais informações, normalmente, ficam restritas às empresas ou aos poucos técnicos, dentro das suas bibliotecas particulares, onde, devido à dificuldade de acesso às informações práticas para projetar ferramentas e processos mais complexos, a fabricação de perfis trefilados tem perdido espaço para outros meios produtivos, por vezes, mais onerosos. Assim, este trabalho compila ábacos e tabelas presentes em projetos de ferramentas para trefilação ¿ seja através das experiências próprias, seja dos resultados herdados de outros técnicos ¿ e também, o escasso material bibliográfico sobre o assunto, organizando um banco de dados para a modelagem de um método que auxilie assertivamente as tarefas do projeto para ferramentas para trefilação a frio de barras de aço, utilizando-se de programas comerciais de computador. Cabe salientar que o sistema não é definitivo, dessa forma, o programa fonte é aberto e detalhado para que seja analisado e melhorado, sendo indicados os pontos de atenção onde devem ser inseridas ou modificadas informações, tornando o acesso amigável para aderência às particularidades do processo onde for aplicado / Abstract: The process of plastic conformation by cold drawing of steel bars has it's main difficulty in the tool design. Even today, designers have abacuses and tables built over time through the successes and failures experimental. Such collections of information, usually, are restricted to companies or few technicians within their private libraries Due to the difficulty of access to practical information to design tools and more complex processes, the manufacture of cold drawn profiles has lost ground to other, sometimes more expensive, productive means. This work compiles abacuses and tables collected in my 30 years in cold drawing tools' design - either through my own experiences, either from inherited results of the private collections of other technicians - and also, the scarce bibliography about the subject, organizing a database for modeling a method that assertively assists the project tasks for cold drawing steel bars tools, using commercial software. The system is not final, thereby the program has open source and detailed for to be analyzed and improved, being indicated the points where must be inserted - or changed - information, making friendly access to the particularities of the production process where it will be applied / Mestrado / Materiais e Processos de Fabricação / Mestre em Engenharia Mecânica

Uma representação retangular de um grafo plano G é uma representação de G, onde cada vértice é desenhado como um retângulo de modo que dois retângulos devem compartilhar algum segmento de seus lados se e somente se existe uma aresta em G entre os vértices correspondentes aos retângulos. Ainda, a representação de G deve formar um retângulo e não deve existir buracos, ou seja, toda região interna deve corresponder a algum vértice de G. Um desenho retangular de um grafo plano H é um desenho de H, onde todas as arestas são desenhadas como segmentos horizontais ou verticais. Ainda, todas as faces internas são retângulos e as arestas que incidem na face externa também formam um retângulo. Nesta dissertação, apresentamos os principais trabalhos existentes na literatura para problemas associados à representação retangular. Também apresentamos resultados para problemas associados ao desenho retangular. Por fim, apresentamos o algoritmo que desenvolvemos para determinar as coordenadas dos vértices de um desenho retangular quando a orientação das arestas já foram determinadas. / A rectangular representation of a plane graph G is a representation of G, where each vertex is drawn as a rectangle, such as two rectangles have to share some boundary if and only if exist an edge in G between the corresponding vertices. Also, the representation of G must form a rectangle and does not contain any holes, in other words, every point inside the formed rectangle must correspond to some vertex of G. A rectangular drawing of a plane graph H is a drawing of H, where all edges are drawn either in vertical or in horizontal. Also, every internal face is a rectangle and the edges which are incident in the external face define a rectangle. In this dissertation, we present the main studies in the literature for problems associated with the rectangular representation. We also present results for problems associated with rectangular drawing. Finally, we present the algorithm we developed to determine the coordinates of the vertices of a rectangular drawing when the orientation of the edges have been determined.

The thesis is focused on the design of the reconstruction of the reinforced concrete pre-stressed construction of the clinker reservoir. The supporting system of the structure consists of a reinforced concrete wall on which a prestressing reinforcement is applied in the sprayed concrete layer. Preliminary research revealed disturbances that could disrupt static objects. The aim of this work is to propose a solution for the reinforcement of the supporting structure. The thesis contains two variants of the reconstruction solution. A static report is prepared for the selected option, including the impact of the construction, the construction procedure and the drawing documentation.

This thesis deals with a design of the bridge for highway D47 crossing the valley. From three alternative solution is chosen solution of a double-girder. The longitudinal direction of the structure is designed as eight span structure. The lenght of the spans is 25 + 6 x 35 + 25 m. Detailed design of the structure selected variants of the bridge is carried out according to limit states including consideration of the impact of construction on the bridge of his design. static model is carried out as a whip. It is elaborated a detailed structural analysis and it is developed drawings and visualization of the bridge.

The thesis focuses on the solution of the bridge construction made of prestressed concrete. The bridge is situated on the road II/485 and it is headed over the road I/48. Cathegory of the road communication is S 7,5. The construction is continuous and consists of five arrays. The lenght of the bridge construction is 125,1 m. The burden to the construction is according to ČSN EN 1991-2 standard. Inner forces are solved by using computational model. This model works on the FEM calculation axiom. The size is according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1 and ČSN EN 1992-2 standards.

Diploma thesis deals with design pre-stressed highway bridge over the valley Polančice Brook and cart track. There are designed 4 studies, from which variantion double-chamber girder with 4 spans in chosen. It is elaborated a detailed structural analysis and bridge is considered a proposal to limit states for temporary and permanent design situations according to European standards - Eurocodes. It is developed drawings and visualization of bridge and construction process.

Diploma thesis deals with a design of concrete arch structure. There was made a preliminary design of concrete structure of a buried arch bridge. Subsequently was the shape of arch structure optimized to oblige the requirements of real buried arch bridge structure. There is included static calculation of the ecoduct construction. It is developed detailed drawings

The thesis deals with the design of a bridge structures panning the highway. While designing the structure, it was vital to consider and implement the needs for both the aesthetic and economical desires and requirements. Of the two design solutions in the thesis, the one of the three-spaninteg rated spandrel beam is chosen. The main goal is a thorough design of the a forementioned load bearing structure.

This thesis deals with a design of the bridge for second class highway S7,5 through speedway R2 in Slovakia. From the three proposed versions the version with unicameral structure was chosen for further detailed analysis. The longitudinal direction of the structure is designed as continuous three fields. The lenght of the spans is 23,1 + 33,0 + 23,1 m. Detailed design of the selected version of the structure of prestressed concrete bridge is processed according to limiting conditions, including consideration of the impact of the progressive construction of the bridge. It is elaborated a detailed structural analysis including drawings and visualization.

Master's thesis deals with design of the road bridge through the deep valley of the river Dyje. Three studies are designed, from which the variation of one-cellbox cantilevered girder with three spans is chosen. In structural analysis, the influence of time analysis is considered. Master's thesis includes detailed structural analysis, opinions are made according to European standards. The limit states for temporary and permanent design values are assessed. Part of the work are drawings, representation of the construction process and vizualization of the bridge.
