Övergripande kvalitets och kapabilitets granskning av produktionsprocessen – en implementering av SPS. : Overall Quality and Capability Study of the Production Process – an Implement of SPC.

<p>Quality was earlier only an issue for the company’s quality departments but today is the entire organization involved in quality- and improvements work. With the customers in focus, both external and internal, quality and improvement work should be integrated in the daily activities. The management shall state goals and visions together with a policy. Through participation the correct requirements for a successful work are created.</p><p>With SPC, statistics process control, there is an opportunity to perceive variations in the process and with the correct tools make it stable. Examples of tools that can be used are the seven QC – tools and the PDCA – cycles, which are presented more detailed in the report.</p><p>By using SPC and the information given by it, a measure of the process capability within fixed tolerances on the produced parts can be achieved.</p><p>The analysis in this report has been made in order to verify the capability and variations in the measuring system used within a selected production sector.</p>

Implementering av statistisk processtyrning för små- och medelstora företag : En fallstudie enligt DMAIC / Implementation of statistical process control for small- and medium sized enterprises : A case study according to DMAIC

Konkurrensen hårdnar och utvecklingstakten inom industrin går allt fortare, detta leder företagen till nya utmaningar. Nya utmaningar är svåra att hantera speciellt för små- och medelstora företag, SMF eftersom de inte besitter samma kunskap och ekonomiska förutsättningar som stora företag. Detta projektet syftar att förbättra konkurrensfaktorn i SMF genom att tillämpa statistisk processtyrning och därmed höja deras kvalitet. För uppnå syftet har målet varit att ta fram ett hållbart arbetssätt för statistisk processtyrning för produktion i små serier. En fallstudie enligt DMAIC som är Sex Sigmas primära arbetsgång har använts för att skapa erfarenhet om variation och finna ett arbetssätt. Studien fastställer att en lyckad implementation av statistisk processtyrning har en cyklisk metodik som utgår från ledning, samarbete, teknik och statistik. De statistiska aspekterna i arbetssättet redogörs i ett flödesschema.
