Zažívání romství při poskytování sociálních služeb klientům pracovníky stejného etnika / Social workers and Their Romish Identity Perception in Providing Services to Clients of the Same Ethnic Group

Vlková, Dorota January 2021 (has links)
The categories of 'ethnicity' or 'Roma' could obscure the whole topic, as they may suggest an idea that the socially excluded are somehow special or unrecognizable. It is therefore very important to use these categories clearly and specifically. That is what I am trying to do in this thesis. The theoretical part is divided into three main parts: the dynamic model of practice, culturally sensitive social work and the chapter entitled Roma. In the first part, the dynamic model, I try to have a look at the practical implementation of social work as described by Karen Healy (from page 10 onwards). I also explore the areas that influence the interactions between the social worker and their client. The dynamic model is focused on professional goals, which are made up of four areas: the institutional context, the needs and expectations of the service users and the community, the professional foundation, and an emerging framework for practice that develops through critical reflection on professional experience. These four elements further interact within the framework of the professional goal. I have also included a subsection where I attempt to define social work and its relationship to social services (p. 19). In the next chapter, I describe the culturally sensitive social work (from p. 25) on which the...

Webová aplikace pro hodnocení kvality obrazu a videa / Web App for Image and Video Quality Assessment

Píč, Karel January 2019 (has links)
This work will be a web application for image and video quality assessment, especially those with a high dynamic range (HDR). The metrics are used for the evaluation, the results of which will be used for scientific purposes. Broader public citizens will be acquainted with this issue. This app will have an assistant available for a simple understanding of the whole application. The application also tries to be autonomous and dynamic. For example, new metrics can be added from the administration environment and editing on the server side is not required. The administrator will be able to upload a metric, a local library, a startup script, and define the parameters. The parameters provide metrics necessary data from the processed image or video. Only installation of system applications and libraries will be required on the server side.

Metody temporálního tone-mappingu HDR videa / Temporal Tone-Mapping Methods for HDR Video

Staněk, Jiří January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis provides the theoretical background needed to understand the complex topic of high dynamic range, and deals with the implementation of an innovative method for temporal video tone-mapping. At first, high dynamic range image acquisition, storage and processing are described. Afterwards, a general introduction to tone-mapping, description of undesirable image artifacts and an overview of existing state-of-the-art algorithms are presented. The part which follows focuses on the implementation of the chosen method and proposes several additional enhancements of the initially selected algorithm. Based on the information provided, an application with an intuitive graphical interface, which can be used for temporal HDR video tone-mapping, has been created. Finally, the the achieved results are demonstrated and visually compared with existing methods for temporal video tone-mapping.

Techniky slučování kanálů za účelem zvýšení dynamického rozsahu kanálu s rozsahem ±10 V / Channel Merging Techniques for improving Dynamic Range of ± 10 V Signal Chain Channel

Dušek, Samuel January 2020 (has links)

Periodická okrajová úloha v modelování kmitů nelineárních oscilátorů / Periodic boundary value problem in mathematical models of nonlinear oscillators

Kyjovský, Adam January 2020 (has links)
This master's thesis deals with qualitative analysis of nonlinear differential equations of second order. For autonomous equations some basic notions of Hamiltonian systems (mainly construction of phase portrait) are presented. For non-autonomous equations the method of lower and upper functions for periodic boundary value problem is used. These notions are then applied to a model of mechanical oscillator, a question of existence of solutions to autonomous and non-autonomous nonlinear differential equations is studied.

Příprava a charakterizace komplexních nanočástic s využitím zejména frakcionace v tokovém poli a pokročilých spektroskopických metod / Preparation and Characterization of Complex Nanoparticles by Field-Flow Fractionation and Advanced Spectroscopic Methods

Kotouček, Jan January 2020 (has links)
Liposomes are versatile biocompatible and biodegradable carriers for a variety of medical applications. As the first nanoparticles, they have been approved for pharmaceutical use so far, and many liposome-based preparations are in clinical trials. Classical methods of liposome preparation represent potential limitations in technology transfer from laboratory to industrial scale. New, microfluidic techniques overcome these limitations and offer new possibilities for controlled, continuous preparation of liposomal particles in a laboratory and industrial scale. An important element in the development of new nanoparticle systems is their complex characterization and purification. In addition to the established chromatographic techniques, the Field flow fractionation technique, in particular the Asymmetrical flow Field-flow fractionation, is described. This relatively new technique in conjunction with the MALS/DLS/DAD-UV/dRI online detectors enables the purification and characterization of complex samples. The main advantage of this technique lies in the possibility of separation under native conditions, which plays an important role in the separation of biopolymers in particular. Separation in the “empty” channel then eliminates sample degradation due to unwanted interactions at the stationary phase-sample interface. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the possibilities of preparation, modification, and characterization of liposomal nanoparticles. For this purpose, optical methods based on dynamic light scattering, multi-angle dynamic light scattering and nanoparticle tracking analysis techniques are described, as well as a non-optical method using "particle by the particle" analysis, tunable resistive pulse sensing method. A separate chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to the technique Asymmetrical flow Field-flow fractionation in connection with the above-mentioned detectors. Important results associated with this work are summarized in the attached scientific paper, together with the result summaries and the author's contributions.
