Efektivní správa serverové infrastruktury / Efective server infrastructure management

Váša, Lukáš January 2009 (has links)
The purpose of this diploma is to describe the IT server infrastructure and map out ways in which it may be find. In addition, aims to clarify the concept of management of infrastructure and describe the processes and activities required to manage server infrastructure. Subsequently, examine options and software features to support the management and benefits of their use. On the basis of these findings are developed and described models of effective managements for the particular states of server infrastructure. In detail are also explained the concepts, which can be achieved by changes in infrastructure. Models of effective management is established with regard to the need and level of implementation of various management activities, in different stages of maturity infrastructure. Some of the requirements arising from the level and condition of infrastructure must be support by the appropriate software. Models, therefore, also contain requirements for software at various levels of infrastructure maturity. Described and discussed are also other influences, which are the size of infrastructure, skills of managers and environmental influences. Part of this work is also a practical demonstration of software for managing server infrastructure, and a description of its properties.

Vývoj rozdílů mezi implicitní a nominální sazbou daně korporací v ČR / Development of the differences between the implicit and the nominal corporate tax rate in the Czech Republic

Barešová, Eliška January 2013 (has links)
The thesis entitled Development of the differences between the implicit and the nominal corporate tax rate in the Czech Republic deals with the amount of the implicit and nominal corporate tax rate, particularly the issue of the difference between the amounts of these rates. Examination of the rates follows the description of the characteristics of corporate income tax, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this tax and its share of the total taxation . Furthermore, the thesis analyzed the method of calculating the effective tax rates and implicit tax rates on capital and corporate income. For comparison the thesis includes the analysis of the evolution of nominal and implicit tax rates on corporate income in the European Union and in the Czech Republic . For the final analysis, it is essential that the thesis presented as individual changes in the law on income tax since its introduction into the Czech legal system since 1993 to the present. Only with knowledge of legislative changes, it is possible to determine the relationship between nominal and implicit tax rate on corporate income, which deals with the thesis in the final analysis.

Performance downside risk models of the post-modern portfolio theory / VÝKONNOST DOWNSIDE RISK MODELŮ POST-MODERNÍ TEORIE PORTFOLIA

Jablonský, Petr January 2008 (has links)
The thesis provides a comparison of different portfolio models and tests their performance on the financial markets. Our analysis particularly focuses on comparison of the classical Markowitz modern portfolio theory and the downside risk models of the post-modern portfolio theory. In addition, we consider some alternative portfolio models ending with total eleven models that we test. If the performance of different portfolio models should be evaluated and compared correctly, we must use a measure that is unbiased to any portfolio theory. We suggest solving this issue via a new approach based on the utility theory and utility functions. We introduce the unbiased method for evaluation of the portfolio model performance using the expected utility efficient frontier. We use the asymmetric behavioural utility function to capture the behaviour of the real market investors. The Markowitz model is the leading market practice. We investigate whether there are any circumstances in which some other models might provide better performance than the Markowitz model. Our research is for three reasons unique. First, it provides a comprehensive comparison of broad classes of different portfolio models. Second, we focus on the developed markets in United States and Germany but also on the local emerging markets in Czech Republic and Poland. These local markets have never been tested in such extent before. Third, the empirical testing is based on the broad data set from 2003 to 2012 which enable us to test how different portfolio model perform in different macroeconomic conditions.

Sedlařík, Ondřej January 2021 (has links)
Legal means of protecting minority members of a limited liability company in case of increase of share capital by making additional contributions Abstract This Master Thesis deals with legal means of protecting minority members of a limited liability company in case of increase of share capital by making additional contributions. The main objective is to explore and analyze legal remedies that are embodied in the Business Corporations Act. Primarily whether these remedies, in accordance with their protective purpose, ensure protection of minority shareholders against deterioration, and also functioning and possibilities of achieving the purpose for which the company was established is taken into account. The main methods in the elaboration of this diploma thesis were bibliography research and research on case law, especially of the Czech courts, and the subsequent analytical method. With the help of abstraction and subsequent synthesis of the obtained information, the individual partial and main conclusions are generalized. Among the most used methods of interpretation are linguistic, systematic, logical, and teleological method. This thesis is divided into four main chapters. Each chapter is internally divided into subchapters, which are then in some cases structured into individual points. The first two...

Role učitele a rodiny ve vzdělávání školně neúspěšných žáků na 1. stupni ZŠ / The role of the teacher and family in primary school education of unsuccessful pupils

Rakovanová, Anna January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the role of the teacher and family in primary school education of unsuccessful pupils. The first and, at the same time, the most extensive chapter of the theoretical part is concerned with the definition of school failure and its different concepts. Moving on, it focuses on the causes of school failure as their determination is absolutely necessary for teachers to be able to work effectively. Causes of school failure, may, inter alia, be related to the pupil's family, whose role is described in the second theoretical chapter. This chapter is focused on the relation between the pupil's family and their success at school and defines the factors that influence the pupils' performances and results in connection with their family environment. The third and last chapter of the theoretical part deals with effective methods of working with the pupils who are unsuccessful at school and provides a comprehensive set of areas that are significant for the support of unsuccessful children and that, at the same time, help prevent potential failure. The empirical part of this diploma thesis is based on qualitative research. The goal of the thesis is to determine how primary school teachers approach school failure and what effective methods they utilize based on their approach. The...
