The F and G formfactors of Kl4 decays are calculated to O(p4 ) in isospin limit in Resummed Chiral Perturbation Theory. Formulae for reparametrization of low-energy constants L1 - L3 in terms of physical observables are derived. They are used to obtain values of these low-energy constants from recent experimental data, theoretical error of the result is estimated and dependence on parameters X, Z of spontaneous symmetry breaking of SU(3) × SU(3) chiral symmetry and quark mass ratio r is investigated. Convergence of the formfactors in Resummed Chiral Perturbation Theory is discussed and it is suggested that inclusion of σ as an explicit degree of freedom into Chiral Perturbation Theory could significantly improve overall covergence of chiral series. 1

Main scope of the present diploma thesis is co-operative and group teaching with the emphasis on teaching in the elementary schools. The theoretical part offers an overview of the organizational forms of teaching, defines the concepts of group and co-operative teaching, and presents the basic insight into group and co-operative teaching. The practical part is an action reasearch. The main objective of this part is to verify efficiency of the theoretical procedures and methods of group and co-operative teaching when self-prepared or adopted materials are used in practice. This part also provides a didactical material verified in practice. Furthermore, it concentrates on advantages and disadvantages of co-operative teaching, observes the progress of groups of pupils and that of individual pupils, differences in thinking during co-operative and frontal teaching, relation between co-operative, problematic and explorational approach to teaching. Context: Binaries and multiple systems are very frequent and form large fraction of all stellar systems. In contrast to their single counterparts, studying binaries provides the possibility to accurately determine fundamental properties of their components that are needed for testing models of stellar structure and evolution. On top of that, binaries can be used for accurate distance determinations. The mass exchange in close binaries remains the only mechanism, which completely alters their evolution. Aims: The primary goal of my doctoral study was to determine orbital elements of selected systems and properties of their components - masses, radii, and ef- fective temperatures. - In case of more complicated objects (e.g. interacting multiple systems, mass-transferring binaries, . . . ) the secondary goal was to confront our results with predictions of theoretical models. Methods: Studies that I co-authored were based on three different types of ob- servations, each sensitive to partly different properties of studied systems - photometry, spectroscopy, and spectro-interferometry. We discuss certain aspects of string field theory and its applications in exploring the land- scape of classical string theory vacua. We start by giving a brief overview of various tree-level string field theories, as well as of some relevant mathematical background. As a byproduct of our general discussion of observables, we present a new gauge-invariant quantity for the A∞ formulation of open superstring field theory. Putting particular emphasis on perturba- tive methods, we proceed to review in detail the construction of tree-level effective actions governing the dynamics of a certain subset of degrees of freedom. In light of recent devel- opments, we also discuss efficient methods for evaluating certain vertices of zero-momentum effective actions for open superstring and heterotic string field theories in the presence of a global N = 2 worldsheet superconformal symmetry. We show how to apply this perturbative approach to study dynamics of the D(−1)/D3 system (both with and without a B-field), while also discussing a number of more complicated Dp-brane configurations. At generic points in their moduli spaces, such bound states of Dp-branes clearly cannot be described in terms of simple Dirichlet or Neumann boundary conditions. This thesis addresses the difficulties in communication between teachers and parents. Its' goal is to point out the effective communication strategies used by experienced educators during their conversations with parents of elementary school children. In the theoretical part of the thesis, it focuses on communication and its' forms, on explanation of the school/family relationship with regards to expectations of both sides, and on parent typology. It also describes conversational structure and organization, and states the basics of effective communication through dialogue alongside the rules of successful conversation between a teacher and a parent. The research in the empirical part of the thesis had been carried out in a form of a qualitative dialogue with four experienced educators. The amassed data was later processed, analyzed and evaluated in comparison with scientific literature. The results of the research have the form of answers to the predesigned questions and these answers accurately display basic strategies of effective communication, which had shown repeated success for their users, the teachers. Its' documentation should basically serve as a manual on how to appropriately prepare for a conversation with the parent, how to structure the dialogue, what basic skills and abilities should...

The aim of this work was the construction of set of microsatellites for the Grey Partridge (Perdix perdix). I succeeded in isolation of seven new specific microsatellites. Another microsatellite markers were passed from close relative galliform species (Galliformes). On the whole I gained 18 microsatellite loci which were used for study of population charakteristics of three partridge populations from Stodůlky, Písecko and Milešín. The analysis showed conspicuous structuredness of these populations and surprisingly low values (less then 100) of their effective population sizes. Seven of the microsatellites were chosen for analysis of paternity. Indeed I found the evidence of extrapair paternity in this putatively monogamous bird. Finally I conclude, on the basis of sequenation of mitochondrial control region that our populations belong to the western linage of mitochondrial DNA.

This thesis generally focuses on the president's role in the formation of the first government of Andrej Babiš after the 2017 parliamentary elections. As this government ruled for several months without the confidence of the Chamber of Deputies, the key part of the thesis further concerns the issue of the investiture vote. In the context of the post-election period, the thesis examines specific steps taken by the president in the government formation process in order to evaluate whether the manifestations of the president's influence are in line with the basic preconditions for the functioning of the executive power. The issue of confidence is assessed with respect to whether it is necessary for the government to rely on the confidence of the Chamber of Deputies, both in terms of relations between the executive and the legislature, but also regarding the government performance. Emphasis is therefore placed on the complex problematization of the investiture vote and the issue of confidence is then analysed primarily at the level of government's accountability to the Chamber of Deputies. This diploma thesis is mainly to explain the significance of the document Efektivní veřejná správa a přátelské služby: Strategie realizace Smart Administration 2007 - 2015 2015 (Efficient public administration and friendly service: Smart Administration Strategy 2007 - 2015) in the context of the reform process of public administration in the Czech republic. The author′s point of view is based of the theory of change, strategic managment and modern managment methods in public administration. Author focused on way of understanding the role and the context of the implementation of this document in public administration. Aim of this thesis is a decription and explanation of changes and their comparison with the primary Strategy′s goals. Another goals of this thesis is to understand the context of the implementation of the Strategy Smart Administration with regard to the major actors and events that could affect implementation. These methods are supplemented by findings that were obtained through interviews with experts in public administration area. The diploma thesis deals with current trends in communication and teamwork in construction companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is first to theoretically describe and explain the concepts of communication and teamwork and then to conduct research in construction companies and find out what are the current trends in communication and teamwork. The first part of the diploma thesis is theoretical and focuses on knowledge and concepts gained from the literature. The second part of the diploma thesis is practical. Based on the acquired theoretical knowledge, research questions are compiled. Their task is to find out current trends in communication and teamwork. These trends are currently influenced mainly by covid-19 and related problems, which are limiting human contact and isolation. Based on the research questions, a questionnaire survey and two guided interviews are compiled. Their task is to find out how communication and teamwork takes place in construction companies at present. At the end of the thesis, questions focused on current trends in communication and teamwork are answered thanks to the obtained results.

This report deals with rainfall-runoff modeling and small water reservoir projection with usage of modern software equipments (GIS, HEC-HMS), using maximum number of available data sources (BPEJ, LPIS, N-year rainfall gages, 3D contours …). The advantage of this method is that it is possible to predict the shape of hydrograph and flood wave volume as well. Other methods cannot offer judgment of flood wave volume and hydrograph shape as this method does. The most important thing in small water reservoir projection is the flood wave volume value, which is undervalued nowadays using wrong evaluation. This method’s advantage is variability of scenarios depending on soil surface, used agricultures, hydraulic and hydrologic parameters etc.
