This master’s thesis deals with the selection and implementation of the new information system for managing orders in the company. Theoretical knowledge, procedures and methods are used as a basis for elaboration of the practical part. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the current situation in the company and includes the assessment of the information system. The proposal part contains a two-round selection of a new information system based on established criteria and the implementation of the selected best solution. There is also the economic assessment of the costs and description of the expected benefits of the selected solution for the company.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency and the financial feasibility of the project realised by the municipality. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical background chapter, the author introduces the topic of the public sector and the public investment project. Furthermore, this thesis discusses methods which are used for evaluation of economic efficiency of the public projects and also their financing. The second part deals with the case study of the parking house project in Litomyšl. The author uses knowledge from the theoretical part to evaluate the effectiveness of the project and possible sources of financing.

This thesis deals with the issue of Evaluation of Economic Efficiency and Risks of Projects of Roads in South-Moravian Region. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. In the introduction defines the life cycle of an investment project. The studies and documentation of project are described. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the methodological evaluation of the effectiveness of public projects. The practical part of the thesis is aimed on the processing of economic and risk analysis. The evaluated project is the reconstruction of road and the construction of a new bridge structure on the road II/374 between the village Bílovice nad Svitavou and the town Adamov. The eCBA application was used to evaluate efficiency. A qualitative risk analysis of the project is carried out at the end of this thesis.

Intention of this thesis is the Workcenter PKS system implementation project in Precheza a.s., Přerov, implementation outputs and assessment of implementation advantages for the company and its employees. Currently the WPKS system has been purchased and comes over from the analytic phase to the implementation phase. In the designing section I will concentrate on implementation detailed planning, i.e. on detailed elaboration of production process maps, on process sequence designing, project team members and on drawing the total WPKS system implementation schedule. Also, financial contribution of the project will be assessed from the cost and effectiveness point of view.

Information systems form an inseparable part of all business entities nowadays. They differ only in their size and complexity. Therefore each company should have its information system whose setting is adequate and maximally effective. The aim of this paper is to analyse the information system of NET4GAS, s.r.o., identify its weaknesses and propose changes to enhance it in order to increase the company efficiency.

Thesis "Evaluating and Financing an Investment Project in Company Jabara, s.r.o" is divided into three parts. First, evaluating of the overall situation by using basic anlysis. This will be followed by the detection whether the company Jabara, s.r.o. has money enough and other criteria for the development of business investment. At the conclusion appropriate forms of financing the investment will be given.

This doctoral thesis deals with the modelling of projects improving the thermal technical characteristics of buildings. The solution of this problem seems to be finding at least one cost-effective option. The basic method of evaluation of cost-effectiveness is represented by the compilation of all corresponding cash flows and their rendering in time through discounting. The aim of the docáral thesis is the processing and modeling of individual investment options related with improve the thermal-technical properties of buildings and finding a cost-optimal variants, ideally. One of the expected outputs is to develop a comprehensive methodology (modeling and simulation task) useful for defining all potential investment projects improving variant thermal-technical properties of the object.

The thesis deals with public investment project. The thesis first describes, what are the sources of investments, cash flows and investment evaluation methodes of investment efficiency. Further, the thesis is focused on project Urban swimming pools in Luhačovice. It is mainly about the history, construction and operation of swimming pools. Finally, it assessed the efficiency of the project in program eCBA.

The diploma thesis deals with an issue of assessment economic effectiveness of public project which is realized municipality. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes a cost-benefit analysis and another methodology for economic assessment of the project. In the practical part is processed case study on a particular public project.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the range the Czech Republic fulfills the international commitments stipulated by the Paris Declaration on Aid Effectiveness. And, if it needed, to find factors which influence fulfilling of the declaration commitments. This is done by analysis of the documents and interviews. The analysis of the data related to the supplied development aid is the core of the thesis. The aid depends on these key principles: ownership, alignment, harmonization, managing for results and mutual accountability. Two projects of the Czech Development Agency between years 2013 and 2015 in Cambodia and the State of Palestine are analyzed in two case studies. The operationalization of the terms and following own methodical framework application to the output data led to a result, whether the international commitments are (not) complied with. The performed research implies that commitments are fulfilled rather insufficiently in the Cambodia case, whereas the commitments in State of Palestine case were fulfilled completely. A new innovative approach was crucial. The projects are directed by Palestinian partner.
