Till pappers- och massaföretaget BillerudKorsnäs anläggning i Frövi ankom under 2014 totalt 4773 lastbilar som lastade ca 47145 ton Cartonboard-order. Det här examensarbetet har studerat hur ankomstmönstret för dessa bilar såg ut under 2014. Upptäckten blev att bilarnas godtyckliga ankomster under dagen ger ett ojämnt utnyttjande av utlastningens kapacitet och en ohållbar arbetssituation för de anställda. Syftet med examensarbetet är att jämna ut ankomstmönstret av bilar som ska lasta pallar vid anläggningen i Frövi för att möjliggöra för BillerudKorsnäs att lättare hantera framtida volymer och se till att order kommer till kund i tid. Examensarbetet har genom både kvalitativa och kvantitativa metoder analyserat en ev. implementering av slottider. Slutsatsen är att slottider har en utjämnande effekt på belastningen och utnyttjandegraden på utlastningen. Rekommendationen till BillerudKorsnäs är att införa slottider om fyra timmar och vinsterna i detta är flera.

Background: The prevalence of dementia increases both in Sweden and in the rest of the world. People with dementia often display some types of behavioral and psychological symptoms. These symptoms include, among other things, aggressiveness, inactivity, activity disturbance, anxiety, hallucinations and depression. The symptoms can create a negative impact of those with dementia, their caregivers and their next of kin. Aim: To describe the effect of non-pharmacological treatments have on the behavioral and psychological symptoms of people with dementia. Also describe the methodological aspect data collection. Method: This literature study had a descriptive design. Fourteen scientific articles with quantitative research design were included and were found on the database PubMed. The articles were published between the years 2004-2014 and were written in English. Result: Different non-pharmacological treatments had variable effects on behavioral and psychological symptoms. Treatments of music had effect and reduced aggressiveness, inactivity, depression, hallucinations and anxiety. Music also had a long term effect on activity disturbance. Snoezelen reduced aggressiveness, and also inactivity. Dog-assisted-therapy had positive effect on inactivity and also reduced the level of anxiety. Tactile massage had a positive effect on physical aggressiveness. Some of the non-pharmacological treatments did not have effects on behavioral and psychological symptoms, and also increased verbally aggressiveness. Conclusion: The result of this study indicates that non-pharmacological treatments need to be individualized and that the nurse should be alert to the reactions of the patient during treatment. Varying results in effects also shows for more research on this topic in order to strengthen the evidence.

Forskning av biverkningar inom kognitiv beteendeterapi (KBT) har varit relativt outforskat och viss brist på kunskap råder inom området. Syfte och frågeställningar med detta examensarbete var att undersöka psykoterapeuters uppfattning om och erfarenheter av biverkningar av KBT. Genom en explorativ induktiv studie med kvalitativ ansats undersöktes detta. Informanterna var sex KBT-psykoterapeuter. Intervjuerna spelades in, transkriberades och analyserades med hjälp av innehållsanalys. Resultatet visade på olika beskrivningar av vad en biverkan är och att biverkningar var av både positiv och negativ karaktär. En del av biverkningarna var förväntade och upplevdes ha en positiv effekt utifrån behandlingens syfte och en del av biverkningarna var inte förväntade och upplevdes ha en negativ effekt utifrån behandlingens syfte. Positiva biverkningar ansågs vara relaterade till naturliga reaktioner som förekom vid förändringsarbete och inte var skadliga varken för klienten eller terapin. Negativa biverkningar handlade om bieffekter som var långvariga, ineffektiva och skadliga för klienten. Resultatet visade även att psykoterapeuterna hade erfarenheter av biverkningar inom KBT. Dessa var faktorer som bidrog till negativa effekter i terapin vilka tematiserades som psykoterapeutens förhållningssätt, terapistörande, psykoterapins effekt på omgivningen samt interaktion mellan KBT och samhälle. Fynden var att framför allt två områden inom biverkningar var komplexa och svåra att förebygga eller påverka: dels psykoterapins effekt på omgivningen, dels interaktion mellan KBT och samhälle. Som rekommendation för fortsatt tillämpning av KBT betonades uppmärksamhet kring kontextens påverkan samt vikten av att reflektera över samhällets påverkan på psykoterapiområdet.

For the sender of television advertising, it is important to utilize content that gives effect, especially to get the receiver’s attention and then maintain it (Hägg, 1998). What is the content of a commercial that creates effect? Previous research focused on the impact that commercials have on the receivers. A discussion of which content that produced effect in commercials does not occur. About animals in commercials, it does not exist much research and a study of an animal welfare organization’s commercial has never been done before. To examine which content that creates effect in a commercial that includes animals and where the sender is an animal welfare organization is thus a research gap that this study aims to fill, using a qualitative text analysis. A commercial from the non-profit animal welfare organization World Animal Protection has been reviewed, with semiotic and rhetoric analysis. The purpose was to identify which components a commercial contains to generate effect, where the main content in the commercial is animals, but also to find out if there was content that could have created more effect. The result shows that there are several different types of content that generates effect, such as pets, the environment where the animals are displayed and the order of the various scenes. Furthermore, the result shows that there is content that could have created more effect in the commercial. An example of such content is that the narrator in the commercial could have expressed itself more based on "our" and not "your" perspective. The results provide knowledge about what creates effect in the commercial about animals.
