The thesis describes and analyses the problem of the global financial and economic crisis and its influence on the Russian economy. It constitutes a synthesis of main approaches to the crisis' examination from the years 2008-2011 and develops its own theoretical model for explaining the crisis' emergence and spreading in an open economy, and also analyses in detail the state of the Russian economy and anti-crisis measures. The thesis is based on assumptions that the crisis could have been explained and foreseen theoretically with the help of macroeconomic models, that the anti-crisis policy was in majority of cases inefficient, and that the problems of the Russian economy were caused not only by the global recession, but also by its internal imbalances. On the methodological side, the thesis is based on the ideas of the Austrian and Keynesian economics (the Austrian business cycle model and post- and neo-Keynesian branches) and the financial crises economics and partly on selected thoughts of the Marxian economics, and is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, the attention is given to the four main heterodox theoretical approaches to explaining financial and economic crises and to the development of a synthetic model. In the second chapter, the reasons, course and main previsions of the U.S. and global crisis are examined and the synthetic model from the first chapter is empirically tested. In the third chapter, the degree of the crisis' influence on different groups of countries is estimated, followed by a description of its main transmission channels and an analysis of anti-crisis measures at the global level. The fourth chapter is dedicated to the specifics of the Russian economy, its development during the crisis and to the anti-crisis policy of the Russian government and of the Central Bank of Russia. The thesis attempts to fill the gap in the existing economic literature by presenting new findings in the above-mentioned areas.

The thesis is aimed at estimate of calculation of tax evasions at value-added tax (VAT) in the Czech Republic between 2005 and 2011. The estimates are executed on the basis of the concept of tax gap. Tax gap compares theoretically calculated tax amount with the real tax amount. Results of the calculations are compared to the results of calculations of cumulative studies of tax gap executed in the countries of European Union. The issue of grey economy is also topic of the thesis and different approaches to calculations of grey economy are mentioned. Topics like tax-evasions causes, tax-evasions types and ways of its solving follow. Conclusion of the thesis includes questionnaire survey among payers of VAT. Survey is especially aimed at tax evasions and possible solutions to them.

DISERTAČNÍ PRÁCE ABSTRACT ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ NÁMOŘNÍ PLAVBA, 1948-1989 CZECHOSLOVAK OCEAN SHIPPING, 1948-1989 2016 Lenka Krátká This work is concentrated on the topic of establishment and development of the Czechoslovak ocean shipping in the period 1948-1989. The theme is presented with using a large number of primary archive sources and relevant secondary literature. In addition, the text offers an insight into the topic through the memoirs of former Czechoslovak seafarers collected with the use of oral history method. The primary aim of this work is to capture the history of the Czechoslovak ocean shipping in a broader context of political, economic, and foreign policy development of Czechoslovakia in the given period. A key moment for founding a merchant fleet represented the year 1948, the communist coup d'état respectively, when the country came into the sphere of the Soviet Union's influence and transformed its economy into a centrally planned one with the absence of market principles. These specific circumstances enabled to develop a transport sector which Czechoslovakia did not have either natural conditions, or practical experience with. The diploma thesis named "The Role Of The State And Nonprofit Organizations In The Solution To The Disabled People Unemployment" is devoted to the ways of solving this negative phenomenon. Those instruments of the employment policy, which are mostly used against the disabled people unemployment are presented here. The use of these state instruments of treatment is sufficient but there are still many issues remaining in the field of unemployment. Especially, the Assisted Employment Service aimed to the employment of disabled people meets very often with the lack of financial support for its operations. This absence of necessary funds is the result of an insufficient legislation in this field. One of the possible effective solutions is the social policy concept which being a new instrument of the public policy plays a challenging role for the whole contemporara society.

Based on the research and analysis of operation economy, a turboexpander with an air pressure tank is selected to drive the charging unit. A thermodynamic design is created for this variant. The objective of the thesis aims to analyze impacts on the operating economy and evaluate construction contract in context of a construction company. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of using fine powder of concrete recyclate. In this thesis, the theoretical expectations of milling are summarized as well as high energy milling. Afterwards professional articles, in which fine powder of concrete recyclate is successfully activated, are described and commented on. In the experimental part, there are 11 recipes of cement mortar and 3 recipes of concrete mixed. The benefit of using fine powder of concrete recyclate as a possible substitute for part of the cement is evaluated.

The aim of this thesis is to design the water-cooling system for a synchronous motor with an output of 10kW. The power loss was analytically determinated. For the initial water-cooling system and for two design proposals, thermal models were calculated in Ansys. The same boundary conditions were set for all three models. Then the analysis results of the temperature distribution on the machine surface and in the slots were compared. The comparison also includes the economical cost of the production and service of the machine. Then the production documentation was created, consisting of the assembly drawings and a simplified technological process.
