The thesis "Basic Therapy in the Direct Care of Gerontological Client" was focused on the description of basic therapies in the direct care of gerontological client with the aim to describe, analyze, and suggest the most optimal approaches in social care that can be realized within basic types of therapy. The text of the work was divided into four chapters which present expert opinions of various authors. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the description of the preferred therapy, the second chapter analyzes the social - health aspects of the old age, and the third chapter gives the insight into the representation of the basic legislation in the care of the seniors. Principal fourth chapter interprets data obtained by qualitative survey that was realized with the help of the cooperation of several methodological procedures, available interviews, the observation in the particular institutional facility implementing a mixed group of six elderly people, who in the course of approximately one year were involved to assemble the case studies and take part in different types of therapies and activities. The accessibility of workplace is fundamental for people with physical disabilities work performance. Occupational therapists, members of an interprofessional rehabilitation team, deal with factors of physical environment. They are able to evaluate workplace and make recommendations how to remove identified barriers. However, no appropriate tools were found in the available literature for detailed evaluation of work environment of people with physical disabilities in the Czech Republic. The tools found are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. Therefore the first aim of the thesis was to create a pilot version of new czech tool for work environment evaluation called "ERGOHoP-P" (Occupational Therapy Work Environment Evaluation) intended for occupational therapists. The second aim was to create a draft of some chosen chapters of technological clinical recommended procedure of physical work environment evaluation by an occupational therapist and selection of suitable facilitators for people with physical disability. Both aims were fulfilled. The process of administration was tested by three occupational therapists during the creation of the tool ERGOHoP-P. The diploma thesis considers possibilities of using therapies for preschool children with multiple disabilities in special nursery schools and in common nurseries with special classes. Provides an overview of therapies which mostly occur in schools. Based on the theoretical knowledge about single therapies identifies, how are integrated into the educational process in kindergartens. The analysis of the questionnaire survey highlights the shortcomings, that were the basis for a proposal to streamline therapies in these facilities.

The thesis deals with using art therapy's methods and technique by multi-handicapped children. The first chapter characterizes multi-handicap, defines various disorders and their influence on the personality of a child. The second chapter introduces the therapy options which can be applied to multi-handicapped children, with a strong accent on artetherapy. In the third chapter there are various artetherapic methods and techniques which can be applied to multi-handicapped children. The fourth chapter shows creative expressions of children with the main accent on drawing, painting and modeling. The practical part describes civil associations where the research has been carried out, and presents the results of the research by means of five case studies. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a rehabilitation center, which is located in the cadastral area of the village Mušov on the border of the village Pasohlávky. It is a two-storey rehabilitation center with a gym and a partial basement. The thesis deepens the initiative of Thermal Pasohlávky, which plans to build a spa resort in the same section, combining elements of spa care, recreation and sports use. The object fulfills the function of a rehabilitation medical facility. The center is designed for up to 50 patients and is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of rehabilitation. We will find here several exercise rooms, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, doctor's office with waiting room and reception. Rehabilitation also includes a gym with access to the terrace and park. On the second floor we can find specialized department of ergotherapy for people with different types of disabilities and second functional part of the bulding designed for staff facilities. It is made up of staffing facilities, dressing rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The third functional part consist from the technical background of the building and is located on the ground floor. The object is designed as a wall system, built from sand-lime bricks km beta Sendvix and insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation made from mineral wool. Horizontal supporting structures are designed as reinforced concrete. The entire building is roofed with a flat roof. Wooden windows and doors are used in the building to fill the holes. Before the building is a parking lot for employees and visitors of the rehabilitation facility. The design respects the principles of barrier-free solutions. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of a project documentation for the execution of the construction.
