Non-contractual liability of the EU Abstract The aim of this thesis is to systemize the history of EU non-contractual liability; to analyse in detail the current concept of non-contractual liability of the EU, including procedural and substantive law aspects; to present a brief comparative analysis of selected national legal systems and their role in the regarding the general principles common to the laws of the Member States (and vice versa to reflect on the influence of EU non-contractual liability and its' possible role in the europeanization of administrative law); to contextualise non-contractual liability of the EU (with regard to constitutional, international and national aspects) and to consider compensation for damages caused by the EU as a tool for (un)effective judicial protection of individuals. Research methods are content analysis and comparison. This thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is introductory and defines the subject of research, the methods used and terminology. The second chapter deals with an analysis of the current state of professional debate on non-contractual liability of the EU. 1 Abstract This thesis is dealing with crucial legislation of European Union in the area of asylum law, which came across considerable changes and undergone recently a sustainability test in form of so-called migration crisis. This phenomenon challenged (undermined) the foundations of common action of member states in field of asylum law and border control and could jeopardise the future of Dublin system. Despite the considerable resistance of member states to relocation mechanisms or in other words so-called mandatory quotas, these became one of the main instruments to resolve the current situation. The question remains, if this represents a step in the right direction and the proposed permanent relocation mechanism will help in dealing with crisis, side to side with further proposed secondary legislation in field of asylum law, or will deepen it. Vital is the evaluation of the current situation and to meet the objectives set out for the Dublin system, namely, in particular prevention of so-called asylum shopping and secondary movements of asylum seekers, equal treatment and non-discrimination and asylum law should as well lead to fairer liability distribution in accordance with adherence to principle of solidarity among member states. Neste trabalho estudamos o íon Eu3+ no aluminato EuAlO3 e no garnet Ca3Ga2Ge3O12:Eu+3 através de espectroscopia óptica. Técnicas convencionais de absorção e fluorescência foram utilziadas, e elas nos permitiram um levantamento sistemático dos níveis eletrônicos 7FJ (J= 0,1,2,3,4) e 5DJ (J= 0,1,2) do Eu+3. A análise dos espectros de absorção feitos com luz polarizada confirma a ocupação dos íons Eu+3 em sítios de simetria C no EuAlO3. Com isso também confirmamos as regras de seleção esperadas. Efetuamos medidas da variação da largura de linha com a temperatura, da transição 7F1 &#8594 5D0 em EuAlO3. Isso nos permitiu determinar a estatística de íons excitados termicamente ao sub-nível 7F1, cuja energia é próxima a kT para temperatura ambiente. Os espectros de fluorescência resolvida no tempo nos forneceram o comportamento do decaimento radiativo em função da temperatura para as transições 5D0 &#8594 7FJ do Eu3+ tanto no sistema EuAlO3 quanto no garnet Ca3Ga2Ge3O12:Eu+3. Além das técnicas convencionais citadas acima, utilizamos também uma técnica espectroscópica não linear denominada Coherent antiStokes Raman Spectroscopy. Essa é uma técnica muito útil na determinação de níveis vibracionais ou eletrônicos na região de infravermelho. O processo de alinhamento e medidas preliminares foram feitos com o benzeno e a calcita (CaCO3). Na seqüência processamos a detecção e o estudo de um dos níveis 7F2 do Eu+3 no garnet. / In this work we studied the íon Eu3+ in aluminate EuAlO3 and in the garnet Ca3Ga2Ge3O12:Eu+3 through the optical spectroscopy. Conventional techniques of absorption and fluorescence were used and enabled us to study systematically the levels 7FJ (J= 0,1,2,3,4) and 5DJ (J= 0,1,2) of the Eu+3. The analysis of the absorption spectra done with polarized light confirmed the occupation of ions Eu+3 on sites of C symmetry in EuAlO3. Measurements of the line width variation to the transition 7F3 &#8594 5D0 in EuAlO3 allowed us to verify the thermal nature of the levels 7FJ. The time resolved fluorescence spectra also provided us with the behavior of the radioactive decay as a function of temperature to the transitions 5D0 &#8594 7FJ of the Eu3+ in EuAlO3 as well as in the garnet Ca3Ga2Ge3O12:Eu+3. Coherent antoStokes Raman Spectroscopy technique non-linear, was also used as a complementary technique to the conventional ones cited above. This technique is very usefull to determine levels in the infra-red range. The aligment process and some preliminary measurements were done with benzene and calcite (CaCO3). The results obtained by detection of one of the Eu+3 levels 7F2 were studied.

Práce popisuje proces institucionální reformy EU od poloviny 90 let minulého století do současnosti. Zaměřuje se na popis a hodnocení všech základních institucí vytvořených na základě Smluv o ES a Smlouvy o EU. Zabývá se všemi souvisejícími změnami těchto Smluv zejména pak Amsterodamskou smlouvou, Smlouvou z Nice a Smlouvami o přistoupení. Práce popisuje dopady těchto smluv na jednotlivé instituce a uvádí komplexní přehled vývoje každé z nich. Dále se práce popisuje proces přistoupení kandidátských zemí střední a východní Evropy. Zabývá se též problematikou Smlouvy o Ústavě pro Evropu, jejím vznikem a změnami, které tatou Smlouva navrhuje.

Práce zkoumá možnosti analýzy mechanismů působících během vstupu ČR do EU pomocí 2 ekonometrických modelů. První model je makroekonomický, vychází z Romerova IS-MP modelu. Je specifikovaný a odhadnutý jako GARCH model za použití časových řad pozorování, na jeho základě jsou stanoveny předpovědi. Výsledky ukazují velkou propojenost ekonomiky ČR s ekonomikou EU v období před vstupem do EU. Druhý model je mikroekonomický, tzv. "model obecné rovnováhy" (GE model). Jeho parametry jsou kalibrovány na základě dat z jednoho období. Model lze využít k simulacím změn souvisejících se vstupem ČR do EU.

Diplomová práce mapuje reálnost využívání obnovitelných zdrojů energie ve vazbě na vytýčený indikativní cíl pro OZE v roce 2010. V práci je přiblížen vývoj, který vedl k uznání výroby energie z OZE za jednu z priorit energetické politiky EU. Velký vliv měla a má hrozba změny klimatu a také snaha o udržitelný rozvoj zemí EU. Práce popisuje nejvýznamnější obnovitelné zdroje energie a uvádí hlavní výhody a nevýhody jejich energetického využití včetně systému podpory jejich rozvoje. Důležité jsou hodnotící zprávy Komise, které se týkají rozvoje OZE. Závěr práce shrnuje zjištěné skutečnosti a vyjadřuje se k diskutovanému tématu budoucího rozvoje obnovitelných zdrojů energie.

In my thesis (dissertation) I am focusing on developing a business plan and potential use in its implementation funding from the European Union. Drawing of EU funds is currently very topical and debated issue, however many people are still not fully aware of how to draw money from the grant system. There are numerous of operational programs which subjects can draw the money from, but it's difficult to specify which project can apply for which funds. The aim of this work is to show clearly the possibilities of using EU funding in the tourism sector for the period 2007 - 2013, focusing on small businesses, especially in the Northeast region of cohesion. I chose this area because the subject of a business plan is the reconstruction of the loft in Jánské Lázně, which falls into this region. Reconstruction aim is to develop two apartments, which will be used for short-term lease. A business plan and an analysis of grant opportunities has been developed for this particular project in order to choose the best program from which you can apply for the grant.

The thesis deals with valuation of shares of financial service institutions. This process is specific due to the characteristics by which financial service institutions differ from non financial service institutions. The thesis focuses on these characteristics and on the methods of fundamental analysis suitable for valuation of shares of financial service institutions. The aim of the thesis is valuation of the Erste Group's share considering selected international, macroeconomic, sectoral and corporate factors and determination of an investment advice. The thesis focuses on financial service institutions of the EU and financial markets at which they are present. The analysis of interdependence of financial markets of the EU is done in the thesis.

The General government debt development is very discussed and present topic nowadays. The worldwide bad situation caused by strong growth of the public debt is being worsened due to the present economic crisis. The main goal of this diploma is to analyze the development of the General government debt of all the member states of the European Union in the first decade of the 21. century, to evaluate the main aspects of the public debt and to predict its possible future development.

This paper is focused on foreign merchandise trade of the European Union countries towards third countries (ie. excluding intra-trade).The aim of this paper is to identify important features of the development of foreign merchandise trade of the European Union in 2010 in the context of economic crisis in the years 2007 - 2009, to determine the potential effects of merchandise trade on solution of the consequences of the crisis and also provide an outline of the economic competitiveness of the European Union and prospects of the future development of EU foreign merchandise trade. The method of work comprises the analysis of statistical data linked to considerations arising from the current social, economic and political development.
