The master´s thesis is focused on the preparation and design of project documentation of the multi-functional building. The building is designed on land in Beneš street in Kutná Hora. The concept of the building respects the territorial plan of the city and complements the existing buildings. The building has one underground and four floors, the last floor is the attic. There is an underground garage, two stores and six flats. The building is designed from construction system Porotherm.

Thesis „Flat building“ is made by project documentation containing all therms required by regulations. Designed structure is placed in village Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. Structure of the building is made from blocks and Miako ceiling. The entrance into the building is from the north side. This object has four floors. On the first level are situated cellars and two flats. On the other three floors are fourteen flats. The work includes fire safety solution and evaluation of structures and building in terms of building physics. schematic design of water supply and drainage systems and canculation of the accumulation tank.

The Diploma work includes the valuation of a flat-building according to the valuation rules in Břeclav.The main line of this work is to give information about valuation of properties and concepts, which connented with these questions. In the conkrete there is a fixed price of flat-building and there are for methods for valuation of properties. The first task is to appoint the price of flat-building as a whole and the second is to appoint the prices of flats. The price of flat-building also includes outdoor alterations. There are used the methods for valuation. For flat-building it is a load and a decree way and their combination and for flats it is a comparing method.In the end it is necessary to find out the change of price of flat-buiding if the ownership is change. We found out that if the price will be appoint according to the combination of the load the decree wayand comparing method, the price of the sum of accommodation units will be higher than price of combi ation of the load and the decree way.

The object of the project documentation is the design of new multifunctional building. The construction will be used for housing and business, in business there will be office spaces, small shops and coffee bar.

While book-length written biographies published in the post-apartheid (and apartheid periods) are the subjects of a now quite extensive historiographical literature, biography on film – including in the form of filmic dramas – has been hitherto entirely ignored. Social history or marginalised lives and not political lives of struggle against apartheid have been the predominant subgenre within this emerging field: with sixteen biopics having been produced in the 2010s. But the field is dominated by white men. This thesis showcases the story-telling gifts of one young coloured film-maker through a meticulously detailed analysis of “visual story-telling” and “visual language” used in his two award-winning gang biopics, Noem My Skollie (2016) and Ellen. Die Stories van Ellen Pakkies (2018). Read in the context of the extended processes of production of these two films in which the central protagonists played a shaping background role, the thesis explores and compares the linear chronological, four-chapter, narrative structure of Noem My Skollie with the architecture of “the parallel narrative” used in the deeply disturbing Ellen. The purpose of this field study is; through caregivers' description of their community, to gaina greater understanding of caregivers' experiences of raising children in areas with high gang crime in the Cape Flats, South Africa. This is achieved through ethnography and qualitative interviews with six caregivers. By analytically reviewing empirical data using theories of social constructionism and liberating pedagogy this study wants to emphasise caregivers' experiences as a source of knowledge on how to prevent children from gang involvement and how to support caregivers in areas with high gang crime. The main findings of the study indicate that the family is one of the most significant risk and protective factors. Caregivers affected by poverty, substance abuse and crime were identified as major risk factors for children's gang involvement. While education, faith and support of caregivers, and other caring adults were found to be the major protective factors.Social interventions need to be increased, focusing on caregivers and their shared environment.By supporting and empowering caregivers, children have a greater chance of resisting gang involvement. This can be achieved through parenting programs and support groups for at-risk caregivers.

Point of this thesis is the definition and description of the Business intention. In the first parts there is the description focused on theoretical findings. There is described the difference between Business intention and Business plan. As next are described important parts of the Business intention and phases of the project. Mainly it is explained the project-analysis like SWOT and SLEPT analysis and economic efficiency. The practical part is focused on Business intention analysis as a basis for business decision. Mainly it is focused on analysis of inputs and outputs of the project, economic efficiency analysis, and at the end is found out which option of the Business in-tention is most efficient for today.

The right to housing is inscribed in the constitutions of many states. However, the policy of its implementation varies significantly from country to country, and far from always works successfully. The diploma thesis carries the concept of renovation of old residential architecture, its transformation, rebirth and adaptation to current housing trends.
