Vad säger du egentligen? : elevers egna förklaringar av ett fysikspel

Marklund, Erik January 2022 (has links)
The communication between teacher and student is an important part of teaching physics. This report presents cases where pairs of upper secondary school students, without an upper secondary school physics education, communicate with each other while playing a digital physics game. These cases have been analyzed to find which expressions the students use when they explain the game and how these expressions and explanations can be connected with the physical phenomena represented in the game. The results of this case study present opportunities where teachers can use students’ own expressions to fortify the meaning and understanding of the physics expressions present in today’s physics education. This indicates that there are possibilities where teachers can take advantage of students’ own thoughts and ideas when these parties communicate and convey their understanding of physics.
