Právní úprava fyzických osob v obecném zákoníku občanském a v současném občanském zákoníku / Legal regulation of natural persons in the General Civil Code and in the current Civil Code

Stromšík, Jakub January 2020 (has links)
Legal regulation of natural persons in the General Civil Code and in the current Civil Code Abstract This dissertation thesis compares the legal regulation of natural persons in the Civil Code of Austria (ABGB) which was enacted in 1811 and the Czech Civil Code from 2012, especially the regulation of the so-called passive status of a person in the legal sense (i.e. legal personality). The authors of the new Civil Code designate as the ideological source of the recodification the draft of the Czechoslovak Civil Code from 1937, which was de facto modern revision of the ABGB, so it is important to take into account the relevant ABGB provisions when interpreting the new Civil Code. It is also important to take into account historical origins of these provisions, while also examining how their interpretation has evolved over time. Austrian legal scientists benefit from the stability of their code when applying private law and can also rely on more than two centuries of doctrinal development and extensive case law. The Czech legal community does not have this advantage, therefore the importance of historical and comparative interpretation of legal norms is increased when they apply specific provisions of the Civil Code. It is therefore necessary to perceive this dissertation thesis as a contribution to the...

Echokardiografické hodnocení systolické funkce levé srdeční komory u potkanů adaptovaných na hypoxii a zvýšenou fyzickou zátěž / Echocardiographic assessment of left ventricular systolic function in rats adapted to hypoxia and exercise training

Hrdlička, Jaroslav January 2013 (has links)
- 4 - Abstract Adaptation to hypoxia or exercise training has cardioprotective effects against acute ischemic injury, but can potentially negatively influence heart function. Possible negative changes depend on the degree of hypoxia and exercise training intensity. It is therefore necessary to evaluate the effects of the specific adaptation protocols used. The ideal technique is echocardiography, which enables non-invasive, repeated and long-term measurements of the same individual allowing to study the development of changes in the course of adaptation. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of selected protocols of adaptation to intermittent hypobaric hypoxia (corresponding to the altitude of 4,000 to 8,000 meters above sea level, for 15 weeks in total) and exercise training (running speed 30 m.min-1 for 60 min a day, 4 weeks in total) on the left ventricle geometry and systolic function in rats. We assessed basic echocardiographic parameters of the ventricle geometry and function such as fractional shortening, ejection fraction, stroke volume, cardiac output etc. The adaptation of rats to intermittent hypobaric hypoxia lead neither to the impairment of systolic function nor to the development of left ventricle hypertrophy compared to controls; signs of moderate hypertrophy were observed only...

Monitoring motorických schopností ve vztahu k tělesnému vývoji u současných předškolních dětí / Monitoring of motor abilityes in relation to somatic development in contemporary preschool children

Cvrčková, Lucie January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the level of basic motor skills of preschool children in relation to gender, age, completion of the first figure changes, body composition and level of physical posture development. The study held from May 2013 to January 2014 included 208 children (101 boys and 107 girls) in the age range of 3 - 6 years old attending kindergartens. Each subject was observed based on 32 somatic characteristics (body height, weight, 8 width dimensions, 8 peripheral characteristics of the trunk and limbs, thickness of 14 skinfolds). There was performed the body mass fractionation according to Matiegka's equations for the analysis of body composition. The completion of first character transformations was examined by aspect assessment (according to Filipin rate), so was examined the quality of posture (methods according to Matthias) and the quality of postural functions (method according to Jaroš and Lomíček). In the case of basic motor skills there was chosen 20 ms run with standing start for the testing of speed capability, for the evaluation of explosive strength abilities was selected jump from the spot with two legs reflection, the testing of explosive strength of the upper limbs was exercised by a ball throw (150 g) by both right and left hand and the evaluation...

Stravovací návyky a pohybový režim současných českých dětí a adolescentů ve věku 11 - 13 let / Diet and exercise regime of Czech children and adolescents aged 11 - 13

Maratová, Klára January 2015 (has links)
1 ABSTRACT The prevalence of overweight and obesity is constantly growing all over the world. Not only adults, but also children and adolescents are affected by this increase. The development of overweight or obesity in childhood represents a rather significant health risk that extends to adulthood. Both being overweight and being obese causes various secondary diseases, e.g. type II. diabetes or cardiovascular diseases. That is why the attempts to stop the increase of prevalence of overweight and obesity emerged in recent years. The attempts to stop these tendencies are aimed especially at children and adolescents, who carry the habits developed in childhood even to their adult life. In order for these attempts to be successful, one needs to have at their disposal information about the contemporary status and factors, which influence the development of overweight and obesity. The primary prevention ought to be concentrating on these factors. The survey, which was created in the questionnaire form, was conducted in primary schools and on the lower grade of grammar schools in Prague and its surroundings. 1897 questionnaires were distributed throughout the whole year; 366 were given back and out of these 225 questionnaires belong to girls and 141 to boys. This thesis focuses on the issues of the diatery,...

Nemetrické znaky ve vztahu k fyzické zátěži s ohledem na sociální strukturu velkomoravské populace / Nonmetric traits in relationship with physical stress with regard to social structure of great moravian population

Buláková, Lucia January 2017 (has links)
In the case of time-consuming or arduous activity the individual bone, modifications of the individual skeleton may occur. Specific activities or movements are predominantly responsible for these modifications and are likely to be carried out for long periods from a young age of the individual. One of these modifications is considered to be some of the so- called non-metric traits on the postcranial skeleton. Special attention is being paid to changes of the articulation facets and changes in some muscular or ligaments' binding areas which are considered to be possibly related to excessive physical stress, occurring through the lifetime (squatting position). With respect to the frequency of 30 postcranial non-metric traits 293 skeletal remains in the Great Moravian population from the settlement agglomeration Mikulčice-Valy (9th - 10th century) have been compared. The primary goal of this research was to determine the frequency of non-metric traits and to verify the relationship with sex - age or the potential laterality differences in the case of bilateral traits. Then, based on the variability of non-metric traits, two different socio-economic groups were compared - the castle (burial site III. church) and the hinterland (burial sites Prušánky and Josefov). The highest incidence of traits was...

Vztah morfologie obličeje a fyzické síly: Testování hypotézy Other-Race efektu / The relationship between facial morphology and physical strength: Testing of the Other-Race effect hypothesis

Klusáčková, Tereza January 2019 (has links)
Existing evidence shows people are able to attribute an individual's behavioural characteristics based on their facial features with a certain level of accuracy; one such characteristic is the perception of physical strength in potential opponents within the male intersexual competition. Physical strength seems be assessed upon the level of masculine facial features development. However, attributions may be influenced by other factors - namely personality traits of the evaluator or the so-called Other-race effect. In this study portrait photographs of men from Europe and Africa were rated by a group of European evaluators on a perceived physical strength. The aim of this study was to assess the link between attributed physical strength, actual physical strength (grip strength) and facial morphology described by relative facial width (fWHR) the Index of Masculinity (potential effects of age, body weight and height on said variables were controlled for). The use of stimuli of different ethnic origin enabled us to test the accuracy of physical strength attributions and actual physical strength in context to the Other-race effect hypothesis. According to its wording people tend to attribute characteristics with higher accuracy to individuals, who belong to the same population, or with whom they are...

VLIV DOMÁCÍHO POHYBOVÉHO TRÉNINKU NA HODNOTY PLICNÍCH FUNKCÍ A VYTRVALOSTNÍ ZDATNOST DĚTÍ S CYSTICKOU FIBRÓZOU / Impact of home- based physical training programme on values of pulmonary function test and aerobic exercise capacity of children with cystic fibrosis

Štefanová, Petra January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis takes interest in the issue of physical activities of children with cystic fibrosis, in possible impacts of such activities on clinical condition, in options of prescription of physical activities based on the actual clinical state of a person with cystic fibrosis, and in options of objectification of changes induced by an exercise programme. The theoretic part of this thesis summarizes the current findings about cystic fibrosis, therapy and physical activities in the context of prognosis of patients with cystic fibrosis. In experimental part, we performed examinations on few participants, who were willing to perform a home-based exercise programme. Also, we made a short exploratory questionnaire focused on the attitude of children with cystic fibrosis towards physical exercises. Methodology: We observed the evolution of maximal oxygen uptake VO2max, forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC) and of the scores of 1- minute sit-to-stand test (1-MSTST). All the measurements were performed before and after 12- weeks long exercise intervention. The inclusion criteria were diagnosis of cystic fibrosis, age over 10 years, FEV1 over 60 % predicted and no present signs of an acute exacerbation. Participants were assessed by spirometry examination,...
