Časoprostorová mobilita vysokoškolských studentů ve městě České Budějovice / Time-space mobility of university students in Ceske Budejovice

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of time-space mobility of university students in the town Ceske Budejovice. The research was conducted on the basis of data collection through three methods, combining various approaches to time-space mobility. The first method used was questionnaire research representing traditional way of collecting information. The modern methods category was represented by GPS loggers and smartphone devices operating through the motion capture applications. The aim was a qualitative comparison of these methods in practice and further evaluation of their potential benefits for time-space research. Furthermore, the main focus is on the overall analysis of time-space mobility of university students in urban environment of Ceske Budejovice, with emphasis on the concept of bundles. Individual results are supported by images and maps created in geographic information systems. The final chapter summarizes the acquired findings and the resulting measurements of time-space mobility of university students in Ceske Budejovice.

The diploma thesis deals with topics in the teaching of geography of religion at the 2nd grade of elementary school. The aim of the thesis is to create own educational material focused on the geography of religion, which will develop pupils in the key competences resulting from interdisciplinary relationships. The theoretical part is devoted to the classification of teaching methods and their characteristics. Futher, the issue of geography of religion is placed in the context of RVP ZV and monitored at selected schools. From the point of view of the given topic, attention is also paid to the didactical evaluation of geography textbooks for the 2nd level of primary schools with the current MŠMT clause. At the end of the thesis there is a proposal of own teaching material in the form of various activities that will interestingly approach pupils to the given topic.

The topic of this thesis is called "Technical Landmarks in the Třeboňsko Region and their Application in First Grade Primary School Education." The theoretical part focuses on project teaching and the competencies of the first grade primary school pupil in the area of technical education according to the FEP for basic education, chapter "Humans and Their World (Člověk a jeho svět)". Furthermore, this thesis deals with technical landmarks in the Třeboňsko region. The practical part contains several technical landmarks which may be used as inspiration when creating educational projects for structural and technical education. Some of these projects have been applied in teaching in a small-class primary school. The final part of the thesis contains questionnaires given to first grade primary school teachers to test the indicative functionality of these projects.

The diploma thesis consists of two basic parts. In the first part the professional and popular scientific literature are analysed. Also geographical textbooks, English textbooks, magazines and other sources connected to the thesis theme are analysed. The second part of the thesis contents author´s own created proposal of the educational programme for the US countries. The educational programme puts the emphasis on the relationship between the school subjects of geography and English. It is created in the programme Smart Notebook 10 used for interactive whiteboards Smart Board, which can activate students in the lesson. The educational programme is completed with the user´s manual which describes how to work with the programme in detail and contents the results of the added worksheets.

The main theme of the thesis is to create a suggestion of my own teaching material for teaching the topic of regional geography of South America on the 2nd stage of Primary school with the use of project ? based teaching and practical form of teaching and it ´s posibility of teaching outside a Primary school. The suggestion of the teaching material is in the form of woorkbook that contains worksheets for suggestion project dealing with the topic regional geography of South America and Amazon. There was also created mehtodological guide for teachers to help them in organization of these projects. The teaching text itself corresponds to principles defined in the current educational documents. The teoretici part evaluates the signifikance and status of the topic regional geography of South America in the curriculum in the kontext of the Framework Educational Programme for Elementary Education and the school educational programmes of school monitored. The next chapters are devoted to the didactic function analysis of current educational textbooks and workbooks for the 2nd stage Primary schools and to evaluace the importance of the project ? based in the teaching of Geography.

Of these major trends are then selected those that are enough significant to have been selected for practical implementation in teaching at primary and secondary schools. The practical part of this M. A. Thesis are new teaching materials according to current trends in industrial production, that were created after detailed analysis of already available teaching materials for elementary schools. These materials are presented in the form of instructional text, worksheets and digital educational material for the interactive Smart boards.

Spatial interactions considerably influence complex geographic organisation and the shaping of settlement structures, explaining and describing the importance of interrelationships in the landscape sphere on all scale levels. This is why they are called one of the crucial general terms of geography. When it comes to this topic, the biggest emphasis on it is primarily laid in the study of transport as well as transport networks that we can consider the main support for interactions. The topic of evaluation of spatial interactions or, if defined narrowly, of transport relationships, is characteristic due to its important interdisciplinary nature because the questions of interrelatedness of individual centres and their needs in the context of transport offer are dealt with by transport engineering fields, economic fields, land-use planning specialists, etc. Similarly to other spheres of social and economic geography, where this occurred earlier, present-day geography of transport is undergoing a change in the form of a variety of methodological approaches, "internal" specification of a more detailed delineation of the subject of study and new application challenges. The influence of sociodemographic characteristics on election results in the municipal elections in the Czech Republic in 2014 Abstract This thesis is focus on the sociodemographic structure of the voters and its influence in municipal elections in the Czech Republic in 2014. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate electoral behavior of the population in local politics. The aim is also to define which characteristics are the most important for their decision. The thesis is focused on the parties which are the current members of Czech Parliament. Then the parties were divided into three groups of the political spectrum (left, right and center). The thesis will gradually focus on the subdiscipline of electoral geography (its definition and the development), on the municipal elections and on the development of the Parliamentary parties in the three theoretical chapters. The analysis will examine the relationships between sociodemographic characteristics and the election results. The relationships will be examined using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the Multiple Regression. Spatial issue will then explore IDW method.
